Regular manicure $18

I had grace and had a regular manicure for $18. Grace was very nice and while prepping my nails she never nicked my skin. Although my manicure wasn't gel I think it was definitely worth it! Definitely coming back again. Place was very nice and clean!

Liquid gel mani

Beautiful space and a great manicure! Will def be back to try the head spa in the near future!

I love this place. I'm not sure why every time I go in there it's not crowded because the service is great and it's super clean.

Saw Colleen and the owner Katie for waxing services 9 months into my pregnancy. They were both…read morevery attentive and made me feel like I had been there many times. We had good conversation and they were careful and considerate not to make me uncomfortable during a typically uncomfortable service. Both of them had skin that was hydrated and glowing! Colleen recommended I come in for a facial to treat myself during the last weeks of my pregnancy. I think I definitely will!

IN RESPONSE:::::: I have never disputed your safety protocol or your esthetician's responsibility…read moreto protect clients' skin. I completely understand the risks associated with waxing while using retinol, and I respect your decision not to provide a service that could cause harm. My concern has always been the lack of communication with clients. As you pointed out, I have had five appointments with you since May 2025, including previous brow waxing services. Not once was I asked about retinol or informed of this policy. That is exactly my point: if this is your protocol, clients need to be made aware of it before arriving for their appointments, whether when booking or through your appointment reminder. I cannot be expected to know a policy that has never been communicated to me. Additionally, your response raises another concern. The esthetician told me the policy was seven days, while the receptionist told me five days when I called. This suggests there may be inconsistencies in how your policies are communicated and understood by your own staff. That is something worth addressing internally. I also take issue with your characterization that I "stormed out." That is simply not an accurate account of what happened. I do not even know which way to exit directly from the treatment room. I followed the esthetician to the front desk, where she stated that she would not be doing my eyebrows that day, and then walked away. The receptionist and another client sitting there both appeared surprised by the interaction. At that point, I left. I am not sure what you expected me to do instead. If you feel the need to verify what happened, your security footage should provide a clearer picture than the characterization in your response. To answer your question about how I would have liked the situation handled, I would have expected basic communication and customer service. I would have expected a response to the email I sent the following day, rather than being ignored for a week. When I called to offer constructive feedback, I would have expected the receptionist to acknowledge the inconvenience, apologize for the lack of communication, and offer a reasonable solution, whether that was rescheduling with a complimentary brow wax or escalating the concern to you so you could follow up personally. As a seasoned PR professional who has spent 15 years working with businesses, including numerous small businesses, I know that mistakes and misunderstandings happen. What matters is how a business communicates with its customers and handles feedback. A simple acknowledgment, a sincere apology for the inconvenience, and an effort to make things right could have completely changed my impression of this experience. Instead, my initial email went unanswered, my phone call was met with little receptiveness, and I only received acknowledgment after leaving a review. Finally, I find the tone of your response disappointing. Suggesting that I "stormed out," stating that you will not apologize, and focusing on how many stars you believe you deserve rather than addressing the communication issue does little to resolve the situation. I never asked you to apologize for prioritizing client safety. I expected you to acknowledge that a customer who had visited multiple times had not been informed of a policy that directly affected her appointment. You asked how I would have handled this situation, and I hope this provides a clear answer. I would have used it as an opportunity to improve communication, ensure staff were aligned on policies, and demonstrate that customer feedback matters. Unfortunately, your response has only reinforced my decision not to return. I shared my experience because I believe businesses should take constructive feedback seriously. I hope you take the underlying concerns on board, even if you disagree with my perspective.

I was a bit nervous because it was my first time getting a Brazilian but the technician Amanda C. was great. She did an awesome job of explaining the different waxes and why their wax formula is the best. She also made sure that the wax was not too warm. Overall, it was not nearly as painful as I anticipated. As a first time customer, the wax was complimentary. Since I got the Brazilian, it was not included in the complimentary wax, so I just had to pay the difference between that and a regular bikini wax. Amanda also gave me some free samples of their lotion and exfoliation scrub. I did not feel pressured to buy any more packages, any products, or book my next appointment right away. I did end up buying a serum that Amanda recommend, just because I figured I saved on the wax and so far I have liked the product. The check out staff did a great job explaining how their packages work and how you get more points if you reserve your next appointment right after your wax. I also appreciated that they had a tip guideline on the desk depending on the service since I wasn't sure how much to tip.

Luckily for me they were able to fit me in! Tara at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. She booked me with Isis and it was an amazing experience.
