I'm giving this place two stars because the salon is clean and the nails initially look fine, but the quality does not last. My first visit over a year ago felt rushed, with two techs working on me at once and filing that cut into my cuticles. I decided not to return at that time. I gave the salon another try recently. I was, again, cut by the nail file. While I was there, another customer came in saying her gel nails had lifted within three days. Unfortunately, I experienced a similar issue. My UV gel nail began lifting after one week. I asked three times for the nail to be removed and redone, but the tech ignored my request and only repainted it. When I asked again, she acted irritated and still did not address the issue. I was charged $10 for a repair that wasn't completed, and the owner defended the charge despite my concerns. Overall, the service felt dismissive and the quality was inconsistent. Based on my experiences and what I witnessed from other customers, I will not be returning. read more

It's pretty disappointing when you hear really great things about a spa and then you try to take your mom out for a spa day and the way you are treated there is not what the reviews say. I had called and was told that they except walkins and that they didn't need an appointment so I figured I would surprise my mom with a Mani Pedi day Together. We must've stood in the waiting area for an Hour! My mom has trouble with her balance and I wanted to spoil and pamper my mom and this was supposedly the place to take my mom from the past reviews that I read. Well I have been going to this place for a few years, not monthly but pretty frequently. The manager is nice enough, most of the time. She appears to be on top of the salon and staff. On the surface the salon seems clean. However I have noticed a few times, twice tonight I was disappointed with the sanitary if lack there of. I saw a staff member put a piece of the Saran Wrap in her mouth she was going to put on a clients heal. My operator dropped cotton balls on the floor that were saturated with acetone back into the container. The prices I feel are way to high. I have felt that for a long time- but my daughter Loves it there. But frankly, price has finally driven me away. Then to make matters worse- after I paid our bill tonight I tipped my girl and said thank you. The manager stopped what she was doing and asked me to tip the operator who worked on my daughter.... I already had done so. Maybe I am wrong, but since when is tipping required? Requested and expected maybe, but how dare she tell me to do it. Greeted warmly at the door by Christina (I think) and it felt like I was seeing a long lost friend. I was instantly at ease. I told her what I was looking for...a gel manicure, just one coat of color (if it's too thick, I pick!) on my sad short nails. My cuticles are horrendous too. She set me up with Nick and he went to work. I can't say enough great things about Nick. So meticulous with my manicure; he spent more time on my cuticles than the last 6 manicures I've had combined, seriously! A nice neck/shoulder massage, my mani looks fab, with a glass of wine to boot!! The cost was more than I usually pay for a gel manicure ($35) but SOOOO WORTH IT! I waited a bit to write this review. I went to this business on a Friday. It was not too busy and I was greeted almost instantly. My problem is not with the location, interior, cleanliness or staff. My problem is that after leaving my nails had a furry coat! I was on my way to work so there was no time to go back and have it addressed. Considering I had gel polish I figured that she didn't wipe them off properly (with alcohol). Once I wiped them the fur was gone but now I notice a LUMPY paint job!!! I visited yesterday and had the BEST pedicure I've ever had. I had an appointment and was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. The operator spent almost an hour which included foot and calf massage with hot stones, and perfect application of nail colors. Christina (who is owner) was scheduling appointments, handling receipts, doing nails, pedicures, massages and all at the same time. As a result, she provided horrible customer service.
