The facility is bright and beautiful. They offer several nail services; a few I've never heard of. The nail colors are plenty! You simply pick a color from one of the books available. The staff is friendly. My nail tech was Ella. I had a jelly pedicure and upon arrival decided to add a manicure. The jelly pedicure was fabulous. I wish I could have soaked in the jelly mix for a few extra minutes. The manicure was also great. Ella was meticulous and did a wonderful job. I'll be back soon!

It is located on a busy road but there is a parking lot next door, a lot behind the salon and there is street parking. Once you enter there is a check in desk where they will take your name, service and phone number. This salon is huge. It is two houses renovated into one large space. There are various nail and feet stations. They also offer waxing and lashes as well (cash only). There is not a ton of waiting room but also if they call your name for your service you have 5 minutes to respond (so stay close). I got a pedicure. The chair is higher up so you have to take a step up and then get into the chair. Overall a decent experience. My nail tech was attentive. The service was less than 30 minutes and I paid $37 (gel pedi). These are my two issues: 1) there is an additional $10 fee for ingrown nail removal and 2) I noticed as time went on they continuously walked around checking on the techs. My only assumption is so that the techs do not take long. I will say this. I have tried 4 salons in my pedicure journey. Each salon, prices and techs are different. This salon does not offer appointments. The issue is that they are so busy; people are lining up an hour before to get in. I felt rushed and the price is comparable to other salons where TIME was taken into the service provided. This was not the best fit for me but if you are willing to get there early, like the busy environment and the rush of service... this place is for you.

I have always been respectful, appreciative, and a generous tipper because I know how hard nail technicians work. Today I went in simply to enjoy a little pampering and received a regular manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, the polish would not dry properly. My nails had to be redone while I was there, and after spending almost two hours at the salon--including about 40 minutes drying them--I specifically asked if they were dry before leaving. By the time I arrived at my office, the polish was coming completely off. I returned to the salon, but I had clients waiting and could not spend even more time having them repainted and dried again, so I asked them to simply remove the polish. What happened afterward is what turned a disappointing service into an unacceptable experience. I called the salon privately because I did not want to complain or create a scene in front of other customers. The gentleman on the phone initially told me he could not hear me, so I spoke louder in volume--not in an angry tone. He then accused me of screaming and "storming out" and actually said to me, "Why didn't you fucking wait?" I was shocked. I have known this young man since he was much younger, which made being spoken to this way even more disappointing. I never cursed at him or insulted him. I was calling about a legitimate problem with a service I had paid for. This review is not really about nail polish. Products fail. Mistakes happen. Businesses sometimes have bad days. It is about how a longtime customer was treated when she respectfully raised a concern. A successful, busy business should never become so comfortable with its success that it takes loyal customers for granted. Every customer matters, and every interaction matters. After years of supporting this salon without complaints, I never imagined that one phone call would leave me feeling this disrespected and disappointed.

They were doing a 20% off spa pedicures so we both decided on that. It was relaxing and worth the money. Both girls did a thorough job and were very gentle and kind. I had an amazing pedicure with a great massage. She took so much care and took her time which i appreciate so much since so many places rush. The price is great for the service. I was really pleased! The wait wasn't too long as it was starting to get busy. I got a pedi and full set gel mani. Amy was great! An adorable young lady with a great sense of style. She was very professional, quick and neat! I'm very picky with the way my nails are done and very particular. She did them perfectly!
