She let me walk out with these horrible nails that look nothing like the picture. I have included the pictures of what I asked for and what I received, and I'll even include the set that I was given previously by my normal nail salon. when I said that I didn't like them, she blamed me for having a darker nude color underneath and that I needed a full new set. The facility is bright and beautiful. They offer several nail services; a few I've never heard of. The nail colors are plenty! You simply pick a color from one of the books available. The staff is friendly. My nail tech was Ella. I had a jelly pedicure and upon arrival decided to add a manicure. The jelly pedicure was fabulous. She forgot and sighed like it was my fault she made the mistake. The owner sitting next to her said to her "you wanted to stay late and make your money" when she was annoyed.
