Every time from the moment I walk in, I am greeted with warm smiles and a very friendly atmosphere that instantly made me feel comfortable. The staff are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about making sure you leave happy with your service. The salon itself is spotless -- everything is clean and beautiful, well-organized, and welcoming, which really adds to the overall relaxing experience. I normally do not write reviews however I feel like I need to after my experience today at Jade Nails and Spa. My daughter went in for an Acrylic Full set. Jade, the owner provided the service. The pictures speak for themselves!!! When I questioned and expressed my dissatisfaction I was told that I was "hurting their feelings." Then I was told that I was just mad because the tech that I initially asked for wasn't there. The interaction was very unprofessional. I get my nails done here from time to time. Most recently about 2 weeks ago. Pia is AMAZING!!!! Sadly though I will not be returning, thanks to the owner. I did ask for the tip back. The one good thing the owner did was give my daughter back her money. read more

This place is a peice of crap. Don't come here. They are very rude and have not manners. I was trying to ask the guy a question and he was raising his voice at me. I asked him to stop screaming and answer the question if this was the final shape. He said he does nails I don't do nails. He would not answer my question. They also want to charge an extra $10 just to cut your cuticles on a manicure you are already paying for. Never come to this place. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They can't give you what you ask for. Then they talk about you to the other person in Chinese. read more

So I very rarely leave reviews, mostly because life's too hectic to take time to complain. if I write a review, I usually want to do it because I have something positive to say, but I had to write something about today's experience mainly because of the level of disappointment. I know something can't be helped and the child in the salon that was there must have been one of the workers children, but she was bit hyper at one point which was causing my daughter to be hyper as well so that made my daughter to move around to the point where she messed up her nails a few times, they fix them and so we had to wait for them to dry a little longer . But with how the other girl was , I couldn't wait for her any longer for them to dry. I just had to get out of there and I thought her nails were already dry, but she messed them up when we got home. I feel like it was a complete was of $30. They never offered to do gel. I didn't even think to do gel and it was probably the smarter move to do gel since she is younger, and could run the risk of messing them up. like I said before, I know it can't be helped that the child had to be in the salon, but they should've set up something for her to sit in the back away from customers. I used to use the salon all the time when I was younger and I loved it I still love the people. They're sweet and I appreciate their patience they had. I just wish they would have offered the gel and done that instead because clearly the polished didn't dry fast enough and now I'm going to have to fix it myself before my daughter's dance recital, it just sucks when you are hopeful for a good experience and you don't get that. read more
