I believe because I did not live in the area and I did not want the higher service of a manicure/pedicure nor did I want gel polish. When asked why it was not $18 it was told $10 to take the polish off I had on. I have never been charged to take polish off when getting my nails done. Now if I came in just for that then okay. They inflated the price because they wanted a higher sale. It's said to say it's typical when you walk in and ask for one thing all they care about selling you something else. The idea should be let's do what they ask exceptionally well and they will come back!! I can say I would never go back.

I get pedicures in the winter and I have to say that they lack in massaging your feet and legs which is a shame. I am always happy with my nails but again they lack in massaging your hands which again is a downside but when you way out the price it's worth it.

If we can't come in 40 min late, what gives you the right to have customers waiting, and say NOTHING. I will NEVER go back! no apology bc they didn't care. they over booked and was only concerned about the money. 3 UNHAPPY customers. My kids did this for me as a gift, I am recovering from major surgery. HORRIBLE!

The pedicure didn't loofah or anything, didn't adjust the seat or turn the chair massage on, uneven shape and length of the nails, didn't put on my sandals just left me there with nothing at all (asked if I wanted the toe spacers I said I was going to wear my own flip flops and tech said I didn't need spacers but didn't put on my sandals) and said I could go to the dryer (across the salon) but I still needed my nails done so when I went to put on my own sandals it ruined my polish. Tech said it was "fine" since I was her last appointment she would fix it. My nails are all different shapes and lengths, didn't clean up the skin, didn't have me wash my hands, didn't brush the nail dust, just cut/filed/polished and had me pay after polished. I didn't dare remind her for a third time I was also there for eyebrows because after this I was terrified of what might happen. I think she may have been new to nails but there were people doing nails next to us that even commented on the color, why did no one point out that she was skipping multiple steps and still charge $48?

Nancy answered - can you get here in 15 mins? she said? 10 minutes later I walked into their little oasis. Lovely. Calm. CLEAN. I told her I loved Cat's eye nails but the other salons said it wouldn't look good on my short nails. One of her manicurists were working on my nails as we were all chatting. Nancy said - I can make it look beautiful - and she did. I've been coming here ever since. I schedule an appointment for gel pedicure and manicure usually one person does my pedicure and then I transition to doing my nails. I can only assume that the nail techs were ready to go and that's why they were rushing. They did my feet and nails at the same time. This process was completely over stimulating and in no way relaxing. When I walked in I had a specific vision for what I wanted for my pedicure and manicure. I showed the pictures on my phone and the nail tech told me she could only do two colors and she was unable to do the three colors which the image I wanted had. I said okay and picked my two colors. The person doing my feet had a specific name for what I wanted and she told the person doing my nails. When My feet were done u assumed we would transition to do the design I asked for . None of that was done. My toes were one color. I asked what happen to the two colors I asked for and everyone looked crazy. The person doing my nails said she could no longer do the style and suggested an alternate design that I was going to be charged for. I was totally disappointed but what made this trip to this salon more upsetting is I got my nails done for a dream trip I was taking 3 days later. My nail appointment was on a Wednesday evening. We flew out Saturday morning by the time we boarded the airplane I had completely lost one full nail. Not chipped completely gone! By Sunday I had four nails lifting. The staff is very warm and accommodating. This place has become my new regular nail salon. I usually come here after work as a walk in when I have time & have never been turned away. I love the customer service. The prices are reasonable for the area we live in and you will always get a consistent job because they take their time on each customer. I've never had them rush me out even when there are 5 other people waiting to get their nails done.
