Didn't have a color book for me to go through, was told to look at what they had available in polish on the racks on the walls and there is no way to get a good judge of color on nails out of a bottle. The service itself seemed very rushed, and probably is why they chipped so quickly. I'll be going back to my old place, I was able to go three weeks without having a chipped nail. So I was on the lookout for a place that made the experience more enjoyable. My friend suggested this place to me and even though it was far from me I was running out of hope and willing to try! The second I walk in for my first appointment I was greeted immediately and asked what color scheme I was thinking of doing! I felt so welcome! I was sat immediately and the staff were so incredibly friendly. It was cash only which I didn't realize but they didn't give me any attitude about needing to find an ATM. I chose this salon after my nail tech left another salon. I was able to make an appointment for a Saturday morning at 9a. When I arrived I was greeted right away and instructed to pick a color. They have a big selection of nail polishes. We were asked to sit to get our pedis first. I waited 25mins before anyone actually started my pedi. I understand my appt was the first one so I was okay with waiting a bit plus my feet were able to soak. I enjoyed the massage chair and the place is clean and chic. I had my acrylic refill done by Kim. I have stiletto nails and choose to go with an ombré nail color finish. I love the color and think overall Kim did well. Kim is very personable and kept asking how did I like the way she was doing my nails and she took her time. I appreciate that because I felt if something wasn't right I could tell her. Prices are reasonable and services recieved qe great. I was so happy I made an appointment for 2 week fill. I do recommend calling before you come as they have a loyal clientele and are busy. I was looking for a new place to get my nails done and came across this place near my house. The woman doing my nails was very gentle and friendly. I asked for a gel pedicure and didn't notice till I got out in the sunlight it looked nothing like a gel pedicure from a salon. It looked like a two year old did my nails and didn't use enough polish, there's a lot of spots without polish. And it was one of the most expensive ones I've ever had to pay for. I've frequented this nail salon a few times with different artists each time. The last two times, I've gone to Meiling specifically as I found her to be the best for me and her nail designs are so beautiful! She also takes very good care of my nails! I actually went to a different salon last week and my nails were done so poorly that I went to Mei a week later and the results are gorgeous. Walked in as it states they are welcome, no one at the desk to greet me, I see it's packed and I stand waiting. I ask how long for a gel manicure, told 20 minutes. I am told to sit at a dirty table and a girl soaks my nails in acetones, not wraps them, ouch. Then I wait as another girl does her thing to my nails. I wait for the owner, Nicole who is backed up to do my gel manicure, it is rushed and she is done in 10 minutes. I am charged $28 plus $1.86 on my card which they do not state anywhere at the desk nor do they tell me. So, I am there waiting 45 minutes for a rushed 10 minute gel manicure and in total 1 hr 35 minutes and spent $36. Make an appointment for this place and we aware. read more

Went in on Saturday without an appointment, very packed as to be expected, but was acknowledged as soon as i came in and was repeatedly assured i would be taken care of as soon and someone was free. As about 1/2 customers came in and went right to the back, i was told i wasnt forgotten about as they had appointments, which I appreciated. Finally a seat opens and i sat for a bit which was fine because i was getting gel nails removed. Nicole was my nail tech, very nice girl and just the whole atmosphere overall is fun and energetic, and the decor is a 10. She made sure i was out of there in time to catch my 5pm movie and compensated me very nicely for having to wait, which I appreciated so much considering I was a walk in anyway. Upfront, I don't get my nails done often. I really only ever go to the salon when I'm going on a trip or have a special event that I don't want to have to worry about my polish chipping. Otherwise I do them myself. I came here after my friend recommended the salon having recently had her nails done there. She raved about it and figured I would try it since I was leaving for vacation and wanted polish that would last the week or so. When I walked in there wasn't anyone at the front to greet me and a family sitting on the couch waiting. I heard a person say hello, but couldn't see anyone looking in my direction. Finally, a woman wearing a face mask starting walking to the front and it took me a minute to realize she was talking to me. I told her I was there for a gel mani and pedi and sat to wait. After a few minutes another woman came and got me and showed me to a pedi chair. I had to request the color wheel since there wasn't one to choose a color from while I was waiting. I asked if all of the colors were available for gel and she said yes. The lady was friendly and chatted casually with me. About halfway through the pedicure I started to wonder if I was getting a gel pedi as the procedure seemed different than what I'd gotten before, but I didn't say anything because again, I'm no pro. Afterwards she moved me over to my gel manicure. Overall it didn't take too long which I appreciated as I still had packing to do. When I went to pay I saw that I was charged for a gel mani and regular pedicure confirming that that had been misunderstood. I was disappointed as my toe nail polish usually comes off pretty quickly, especially after swimming. But everyone had been nice and I didn't want to make an issue of it. I paid, tipped and left. Well four days into my vacation my gel nails were separating from my fingers and I ultimately peeled them all off rather than have some nails with and some without polish. However, surprisingly my toenails lasted the whole trip. So overall, service was friendly and the place was clean. However, it seemed like as a new place they haven't completely gotten their act together. I may come back in the future to see if it's a more well-rounded experience. read more

I show up for my scheduled appointment to find out that no one showed up on time to open the store and honor my appointment so I ended up leaving and going elsewhere.
