I've never paid ($60) for a mani-pedi and had to go home and give myself a mani-pedi! The girl did nothing but paint my toenails and soak my feet in warm water. The mani was the same. I never polish my nails because of my job so I only needed my cuticles done and that was all she did. I declined the hot towels because by that time I was over it. The young girl was new and she was very nice so I did tip her but I will never go there again. read more

This was my go-to salon but I haven't been there in about a year. Went today for manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. Charged me full (high end) price but it was very disappointing and I'm not going back. The pedicure didn't loofah or anything, didn't adjust the seat or turn the chair massage on, uneven shape and length of the nails, didn't put on my sandals just left me there with nothing at all (asked if I wanted the toe spacers I said I was going to wear my own flip flops and tech said I didn't need spacers but didn't put on my sandals) and said I could go to the dryer (across the salon) but I still needed my nails done so when I went to put on my own sandals it ruined my polish. Tech said it was "fine" since I was her last appointment she would fix it. My nails are all different shapes and lengths, didn't clean up the skin, didn't have me wash my hands, didn't brush the nail dust, just cut/filed/polished and had me pay after polished. I didn't dare remind her for a third time I was also there for eyebrows because after this I was terrified of what might happen. I think she may have been new to nails but there were people doing nails next to us that even commented on the color, why did no one point out that she was skipping multiple steps and still charge $48? read more

Went there a week ago; as you can see my nails are not very grown out, however they are already badly chipped and dull. Didn't have a color book for me to go through, was told to look at what they had available in polish on the racks on the walls and there is no way to get a good judge of color on nails out of a bottle. The service itself seemed very rushed, and probably is why they chipped so quickly. I'll be going back to my old place, I was able to go three weeks without having a chipped nail. Very disappointed! read more

I have had off putting service at so many salons and it ruins the whole experience for something that's supposed to be a treat and be enjoyable! So I was on the lookout for a place that made the experience more enjoyable. My friend suggested this place to me and even though it was far from me I was running out of hope and willing to try! The second I walk in for my first appointment I was greeted immediately and asked what color scheme I was thinking of doing! I felt so welcome! I was sat immediately and the staff were so incredibly friendly. It was cash only which I didn't realize but they didn't give me any attitude about needing to find an ATM. I felt welcome and taken care of from start to finish! I gave this 4 star only because my nails did have some decent imperfections but honestly I didn't even care. I genuinely enjoyed my experience and that's what I came for! read more

I was in Jersey visiting family and one of my nails broke. Nicole fit me in last minute and did a wonderful job! She blended the broken nail with the design on my other nails and was very friendly. The staff was joking and having fun with their customers as if they were all family. It made for a fun experience. Definitely recommend! read more

The workers in here were amazing. We were joking and laughing the whole time. A friend of mine recommended this nail salon and I'm so glad I gave it a chance. Unfortunately I don't live in the area but if I'm back in town you bet I'll be coming back for a nail service. read more

I chose this salon after my nail tech left another salon. I was able to make an appointment for a Saturday morning at 9a. When I arrived I was greeted right away and instructed to pick a color. They have a big selection of nail polishes. We were asked to sit to get our pedis first. I waited 25mins before anyone actually started my pedi. I understand my appt was the first one so I was okay with waiting a bit plus my feet were able to soak. I enjoyed the massage chair and the place is clean and chic. I had my acrylic refill done by Kim. I have stiletto nails and choose to go with an ombré nail color finish. I love the color and think overall Kim did well. Kim is very personable and kept asking how did I like the way she was doing my nails and she took her time. I appreciate that because I felt if something wasn't right I could tell her. I have an appt in two weeks again. Great salon. read more

Friendly nail salon. Nice people. A little expensive for certain things for nails like if you want a sticker on your nail, it's 5.00 per sticker. They do a great job on your nails. It's clean and they sanitize their equipment. They try to accommodate you as much as possible regarding appointments. I recommend sapphire nail salon! All the nail techs do a good job. read more

Charged a bit much for just a kid polish change that took a few minutes. Nail salon wasn't anything to write home about.

This nail salon is clean, comfortable and friendly. I came in on 3/2/19 for the very first time. I got a gel mani and reg pedi along with a lip waxing. Prices are reasonable and services recieved qe great. I was so happy I made an appointment for 2 week fill. I do recommend calling before you come as they have a loyal clientele and are busy. If they are slow they can fit you asap. read more

I was looking for a new place to get my nails done and came across this place near my house. The woman doing my nails was very gentle and friendly. I asked for a gel pedicure and didn't notice till I got out in the sunlight it looked nothing like a gel pedicure from a salon. It looked like a two year old did my nails and didn't use enough polish, there's a lot of spots without polish. And it was one of the most expensive ones I've ever had to pay for. Will not be going back. read more

Absolutely LOVED my experience at the Sapphire Nail Lounge! The customer service was EXCELLENT and inviting! The owners are friendly and knowledgeable. The ambience is calming and the establishment is creatively laid out and decorated. I would definitely suggest this nail lounge as a brief getaway and self-care destination for your manicure/pedicure fix! Savonne was an excellent nail tech! read more

I've frequented this nail salon a few times with different artists each time. The last two times, I've gone to Meiling specifically as I found her to be the best for me and her nail designs are so beautiful! She also takes very good care of my nails! I actually went to a different salon last week and my nails were done so poorly that I went to Mei a week later and the results are gorgeous. She also took off the old set and redid my gel mani to the effect that my broken nail was repaired! Check out the pics of their work! Serious, their the best! read more

LOVE it here. Everyone is super friendly. My to go girls are Savone and Nicole. I usually make an appointment every 3 weeks so I don't have to wait. It's very clean here. They have a TON of colors. And I love the paraffin wax they do after every nail set. read more

I popped in after work because I was short on time and saw it was close to my route home. It was a great experience! Serena and Kim were super friendly and there was a lot of familiar interaction between the other customers and staff. No one was pushy about adding services or upgrades which made me happy. They did an excellent job on my nails and I'm kind of fussy. I will definitely be returning! read more

Walked in as it states they are welcome, no one at the desk to greet me, I see it's packed and I stand waiting. I ask how long for a gel manicure, told 20 minutes. I am told to sit at a dirty table and a girl soaks my nails in acetones, not wraps them, ouch. Then I wait as another girl does her thing to my nails. I wait for the owner, Nicole who is backed up to do my gel manicure, it is rushed and she is done in 10 minutes. I am charged $28 plus $1.86 on my card which they do not state anywhere at the desk nor do they tell me. So, I am there waiting 45 minutes for a rushed 10 minute gel manicure and in total 1 hr 35 minutes and spent $36. Make an appointment for this place and we aware. read more

Sapphire Nail Lounge - Wonderful gel set by Nicole! Love it - Nail Salons Near Me - Clementon, New Jersey

This review only got two stars because they do good quality nails but the service is unbelievable. I went in today as a walk in (I work 60hr weeks and don't have time for appointments really) and I was greeted. I said I wanted a full gel set and two of the girls doing pedicures rolled their eyes. I was told I had a couple of appointments scheduled ahead of me and to come back later (this happens every time I go there). They made me feel like an inconvenience so I went to the nail salon down the street. read more

This truly is a great salon but I hate the wait time. I didn't make an appointment ahead of time, so my wait time was 50mins-1hr. Instead of being a walk-in I will schedule ahead of time, the next time around. Service was great once I got seen. As more workers came in, my service began to pick up it's pace. Before I knew it I was in & out, leaving as a satisfied customer. read more

This was the first time I've ever been to this salon. I came after I saw all of the great reviews! I had Ashley, and she is absolutely amazing! I recommend her, or any of the other ladies in her salon. It's an upbeat place to come to. They talk to you, and you don't feel like your being ignored the whole time you sit while your getting your nails done. Thanks again Ashley, I will surely be back! read more

Loved this salon! Great choice of nail colors, exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and staff made us feel right at home! All the amenities and services you would expect (regular and gel manis and pedis for natural and acryllic nails. Waxing, nail design etc.) and prices were very reasonable. We did not have to wait long for our walk in Manis and pedis and they look great. read more

Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and fair pricing. Plus, their place is gorgeous.

I wanted to love this place sooooo bad being as though I'm new to the area and wanted a closer salon to go to. I was sadly let down, the atmosphere was nice, my technician was even nice but the pedicure was HORRIBLE! I literally felt like my feet were in the water, wiped down, then painted. When I decided to question the procedure my nail tech then started to buff and file after the pedicure was over. Overall, I was not pleased with my actual service. read more

It took me forever to finally try this place out, but I'm SO happy I did! The decor is heads and tails above that of all the other nail salons in the area, as is the quality of service! I called to confirm that they had a spot available for me, which they did. Came in and was greeted and sat down for my pedicure immediately. The young lady who did my pedi was upbeat, super sweet, and professional! As was the young lady who did my eyebrows! This will definitely be my go to spot, moving forward! read more

Very friendly welcoming people :) awesome service and my nails looked perfect. Found my fav salon!!

It was my first experience there and it definitely won't be my last. I've never gotten tips before and I'm 40 years olds. I'm mad for waiting so long to do so. Lin and the rest of the young ladies that work there were so friendly and courteous. I can't wait for my next appointment. Thanks so much for the amazing experience. I can definitely understand why there's a 50 minutes to an hour wait. read more

Upfront, I don't get my nails done often. I really only ever go to the salon when I'm going on a trip or have a special event that I don't want to have to worry about my polish chipping. Otherwise I do them myself. I came here after my friend recommended the salon having recently had her nails done there. She raved about it and figured I would try it since I was leaving for vacation and wanted polish that would last the week or so. When I walked in there wasn't anyone at the front to greet me and a family sitting on the couch waiting. I heard a person say hello, but couldn't see anyone looking in my direction. Finally, a woman wearing a face mask starting walking to the front and it took me a minute to realize she was talking to me. I told her I was there for a gel mani and pedi and sat to wait. After a few minutes another woman came and got me and showed me to a pedi chair. I had to request the color wheel since there wasn't one to choose a color from while I was waiting. I asked if all of the colors were available for gel and she said yes. The lady was friendly and chatted casually with me. About halfway through the pedicure I started to wonder if I was getting a gel pedi as the procedure seemed different than what I'd gotten before, but I didn't say anything because again, I'm no pro. Afterwards she moved me over to my gel manicure. Overall it didn't take too long which I appreciated as I still had packing to do. When I went to pay I saw that I was charged for a gel mani and regular pedicure confirming that that had been misunderstood. I was disappointed as my toe nail polish usually comes off pretty quickly, especially after swimming. But everyone had been nice and I didn't want to make an issue of it. I paid, tipped and left. Well four days into my vacation my gel nails were separating from my fingers and I ultimately peeled them all off rather than have some nails with and some without polish. However, surprisingly my toenails lasted the whole trip. So overall, service was friendly and the place was clean. However, it seemed like as a new place they haven't completely gotten their act together. I may come back in the future to see if it's a more well-rounded experience. read more

If there were 10 stars, I'd give them 20!!! I absolutely love this place! Never disappointed with my nails... The most amazing nail lounge I have ever been to, very clean and modern. Went in on Saturday without an appointment, very packed as to be expected, but was acknowledged as soon as i came in and was repeatedly assured i would be taken care of as soon and someone was free. As about 1/2 customers came in and went right to the back, i was told i wasnt forgotten about as they had appointments, which I appreciated. Finally a seat opens and i sat for a bit which was fine because i was getting gel nails removed. Nicole was my nail tech, very nice girl and just the whole atmosphere overall is fun and energetic, and the decor is a 10. She made sure i was out of there in time to catch my 5pm movie and compensated me very nicely for having to wait, which I appreciated so much considering I was a walk in anyway. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Nice polish selection and like the little touch of offering coffee and tea while you wait read more
