She made an appointment for the following day. When she arrived, she was told that they forgot to write it down and she would have to come back. Although she was annoyed, she did return. They could've handled the situation much more appropriately by either bumping someone who took her spot or by offering her a discounted or better yet a free service. During the service my partner felt very rushed. Simply put, their response was not a very customer oriented one. She doesn't think she'll go back.

The interior is modern, tons of options for polish colors, the pedicure chair is massage capable and includes wireless charging for phones which I loved. The owner is very sweet and kept asking if I was fine and helped check that my service was going well and also checked to see if my polish was set (I went with basic polish instead of gel). I did like that I didn't feel pressured into an up-charge service. They have parking in the back if you don't want to park on the street, and they do walk-ins but prefer appointments (call / FaceBook / Instagram). They are open Wednesday - Monday, closed on Tuesdays. I definitely will be back to try a manicure or even a wax service.
