For context- I've been coming here for YEARS and I believe 2 years ago they changed management. On Friday 4/10 I decided to try to get a spa pedicure around lunch time well apparently so did the rest of Sicklerville because it was loaded! So instead of waiting an hour I decided to make an appt for the next day at 10:30am(I didn't specify a tech). I arrived 15 min early for my appt and checked in. Others were also arriving for their appts. Unbeknownst to me when I asked for an appt I was booked with a specific tech named Jenny. Previously I loved booking with Sandy but it appears she's no longer there. As I waited for Jenny others were being called back but Jenny seemed to be busy. I waited 35 minutes to finally be called for my 10:30appt. I chose to get a deluxe spa pedicure which is $43. The pedicure was nice no issues. However when I went to checkout I was told my charge was $49. I asked the receptionist why when I didn't get gel or any designs I just got regular polish. She says "oh she says there is an up-charge for your service" so one explained to me why. At the time I brushed it off cause I had been in there so long and had errands to run. But on my drive home I thought about it ... I had given her a $10 tip on TOP of being overcharged! I'm not happy that I feel like i was price gouged for no reason at all. i won't be returning unfortunately . there are too many options in our area to be loosing consistent customers. I'm sure they are bringing in anywhere from $25K-$35K a month!

I wanted a gel manicure after removing acrylic nails, the nail tech didn't even trim my cuticles, or soak my hands in warm water just straight to the color. That's something I can look past mistakes happen, they took off the charge for the manicure. I spent an extra 15 dollars for a specific color they offered, it come out patchy and you can see the brush strokes which I wasn't very thrilled about. At check out my total was 55 dollars I had a 5 dollar off coupon for it being my fifth visit, she stamped it and wrote it off saying my new total was 50 dollars. On the receipt they charged 55 dollars, they took my 5 dollars off but didn't give me my 5 dollars off. I noticed too late I was already home when I looked at the receipt, I'm just overall disappointed. I definitely recommend booking with a specific nail tech instead of anyone that's available.

I do think sometimes they mistakenly double book, I always make an appointment and there's usually still a bit of a wait. So I make sure I go on days when I don't have to hurry somewhere after. But it's definitely a pleasant experience every time.
