I do think sometimes they mistakenly double book, I always make an appointment and there's usually still a bit of a wait. So I make sure I go on days when I don't have to hurry somewhere after. I didn't want to make this post and gave this establishment multiple times to correct on their own. I have been a customer for two years off and on. I have noticed within the last year I will book my appointments online to which they confirm but then when I show up they can only accommodate one half of the service requested or act as though I don't have one. Today I showed up early to my 9am appointment and there was two ppl there named Lynn and Jackie. I had a 9:00am appt with Hana for a pedicure then 9:45 with Jackie for a full set. Lynn stated Jackie would start my nails since Hana was not in. Then when Hana arrived 15 mins later she stated she could not due my pedicure since she had a 10am. Confused I stated that was fine and the manager came over and asked if Jackie could do my pedicure. Because this is the fifth time in a year it's happed I declined. As Jackie was finishing my nails she began to rush stating she had a pedicure to do. She did not towel wipe my hands or lotion. Sadly I had loved their service as much to even do a Tik Tok review, but it seems they are technology ignorant and double book or are simply not checking appointments. What if this was a special day I made the appoint? No apologies are ever given or explanation. I've brought it up to staff multiple times to which they blank stare and act as though they have no understanding. This was my last time visiting this salon and I will never recommend anyone to make appointments for special events here. This was not a Happy Nail Spa day. read more

This place is consistent. I get gel color change/manicure/pedicure by different technicians and for the most part, they do a good job. I can't speak on full sets or other types of service but from what I can see, they do a great job with that as well. They could have more OPI color selections. I often get the same shade, depending on season (darker in the winter and brighter in the summer) but usually a shade of red. But if there were more color options, I'd probably be a little more adventurous. Location is convenient with a parking lot and a Pho spot next door. Prices seems reasonable for the nail service (and the pho next door) - given the inflation on everything. read more

i really had a great experience here! my nails are exactly how i pictured and the girl at the front was so enthusiastic about helping me create a good idea. I got a full set of gel with tips, it was rather expensive. They charged me $74 for the first one, hopefully it will be cheaper when I go back for a fill but it was a great experience overall. the place was also super clean. read more

I would rate this salon 0 stars if I could - it is truly the worst I have ever gone to. The gel pedicure was very basic and basically a polish change - my nails were hardly filed/shaped and my heels were not scrubbed, although there was a hot towel at the end. For my manicure, I asked for a French ombré which the staff attempted to do for over an hour despite no one truly knowing how to achieve that result. I would have preferred them say that they cannot do that style and I could have gone somewhere else, but instead I wasted my money as well as over 2 hours of my time. I got my nails by Linda, I'm 24hrs I had openings on my nails came back few days later because I went out of town for work the next day after getting it done when I noticed it. 4 days later she attempted to fix it. Thought I was on the clear 6 days later the same thing occurred to the same 3 nails 2 on the right and one on the left. I didn't bother returning until today for a soak off. I need consistency and a home salon to patronize and maintain my nails. Right now I'm not sure if I'll be returning. I'm sad about this because the staff is pleasant but I can't be bothered with errors with the cost of service being so high. read more

Went 6 days ago with 4 nails fallen off, my appointment was scheduled for 9am and I didn't get finished my refill until near 11am. I got French tips and there's no base coat you can see my real nails through. The glitter that the lady chose that said matched perfectly looks nothing like the picture and was poorly done. Once everything was finished I was charged $80 for a refill. I did not change the shape or the length. I paid the 80 and tipped and left without saying anything because this wasn't my normal salon and I knew it wouldn't be the best. But then today they're all starting to fall off. The sign outside for a $20 pedicure drew me in off the street. I'm a sucker for cheap deals and gimmicks. And it turns out that the service was excellent for the women I dropped off at this nail salon. I'm not one to get a Mani/ Pedi myself but I'm always willing to take beautiful women to be treated like royalty. The women at this location took extra time and gave great attention to detail. It's a yes We came in on Easter Sunday- when every other salon in the area was closed and there was a about a 45 minute wait. I was a little irritated but they were honestly taking their time in making sure everything was done very well with each client. We were offered bottled water during our wait and they came by every few minutes to make sure the water was still hot once I actually started soaking my feet. I love the hospitality here. Someone is always going around to make sure you are ok and they speak to you in a very gentle and kind manner. I got a gel mani and pedi and I was not skimmed on any part of my experience. I was pleased with the pedicure before she even put he polish on lol. They scrub, wrap your legs in hot towels and pay close attention to the small things along the way. Cool perk --- their special is you get a 20.00 pedicure with services above 25.00... 7 days a week. This will be my new nail spot when I'm in south jersey! My 4th time at this place and today was the day I realized I was being way over charged. The manicurists Chey is a very good at pedicures. My nails are considered long to the salon. I went in for a refill. On my nails I use "liquid acrylic" which burns bad when in UV light. The refill was $30, $10 to fix two broken nails $15 for gel polish, $15 for length. I paid $70 total for my nails. and for what I got it I am not satisfied. I always get liquid acrylic & at other salons it's always gel & if any nail break within a week it's free to fix.
