I never polish my nails because of my job so I only needed my cuticles done and that was all she did. I declined the hot towels because by that time I was over it. The young girl was new and she was very nice so I did tip her but I will never go there again.

The place is clean and well ventilated. There aren't any odors and the attention to detail is unmatched. I had a lavender pedicure and it lasted over an hour. It was incredibly relaxing and I left feeling so pleased with my time there. There's a drink station filled with coffee and other beverages. There's also an ATM machine there. I will definitely be returning! I have a feeling my pedicure will last me awhile.

I schedule an appointment for gel pedicure and manicure usually one person does my pedicure and then I transition to doing my nails. I can only assume that the nail techs were ready to go and that's why they were rushing. They did my feet and nails at the same time. This process was completely over stimulating and in no way relaxing. When I walked in I had a specific vision for what I wanted for my pedicure and manicure. I showed the pictures on my phone and the nail tech told me she could only do two colors and she was unable to do the three colors which the image I wanted had. I said okay and picked my two colors. The person doing my feet had a specific name for what I wanted and she told the person doing my nails. When My feet were done u assumed we would transition to do the design I asked for . None of that was done. My toes were one color. I asked what happen to the two colors I asked for and everyone looked crazy. The person doing my nails said she could no longer do the style and suggested an alternate design that I was going to be charged for. I was totally disappointed but what made this trip to this salon more upsetting is I got my nails done for a dream trip I was taking 3 days later. My nail appointment was on a Wednesday evening. We flew out Saturday morning by the time we boarded the airplane I had completely lost one full nail. Not chipped completely gone! By Sunday I had four nails lifting. I opted to remove the nails so this would not frustrate me during my trip. This whole salon experience was a waste of time and money. I won't be able to go back.

The staff is very warm and accommodating. This place has become my new regular nail salon. I usually come here after work as a walk in when I have time & have never been turned away. I love the customer service. The prices are reasonable for the area we live in and you will always get a consistent job because they take their time on each customer. I've never had them rush me out even when there are 5 other people waiting to get their nails done.

At check out I was charged 3 dollars more. I questioned Hannah and was told this was for the nail trim. I informed her that all these years I never paid for this service as it was always included . She stated sorry, but left the charge. I will never return to this Spa and I advise others as well. Im literally "in the chair" getting my toes painted…read more I booked my 10:15 am appointment early this week and expected to be taken ON TIME. Isn't that what appointments are FOR?!!!!!! I was placated with "five to ten minutes." I played on my phone for another 15 minutes . Then I was escorted to a pedicure chair. I sat for A HALF HOUR!!! I selected "anyone" for my technician." Is that why? At just under an hour in total wait, I opened my Jersey mouth, which rarely comes out lol. "EXCUSE ME - I HAD A 10:15 AM APPOINTMENT AND HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 45 MINUTES and AM LEAVING G FOR THE SHORE!" The techs all looked at each other bewildered and like "oh sh*t", then a male tech was over in under five minutes. He's doing a great job but Im overall unhappy /po'd. The tip will reflect as much. They most likely will lose me as a customer because of their incompetence and lack of apology. There are too many competitors for this utter nonsense!!! Im stupefied!

Unfortunately instead of the salon responding with a professional response.. example of the appropriate thing to say would have been " We're sorry to hear about your negative experience. Please provide us with more information so we can investigate the issue and take steps to prevent it from happening again." Instead I'll post what she did say in the photos. Again still so unprofessional and completely ignored the fact that after 14 days my nails had a mold growing under a fresh set. If i showed her one the 14th day no reason my nails should be lifting before then. I used to have nothing but good things to say about this salon, but unfortunately, since it has been taken over by new owners the pricing has not at all remained consistent. The last straw was me paying for a $85 REFILL. Unfortunately i was getting my nails done and had to abruptly leave without getting the top coat finished. Mind you i get the same thing every time. Same color and a design on each index finger because i had to abruptly leave i did not get to speak to the tech about why i was being charged $85 for a refill but when i went back the tech told me it was the stones that made it so expensive. Mind you it was so ugly if i would have been able to stay i would have absolutely asked her to remove it. So you mean to tell me a refill set unfished costs $85.00 and to top it all of when taking it off my nail had some kind of mold or fungus underneath. Absolutely horrible. She then recommended a new set for $75. It makes zero sense and to top it off the tech used a different color pink powder and did not inform me she was going to at all what so ever. Until the top coat was on it that's when i saw that she basically picked whatever she wanted without telling me. Pictures below of the $85.00 refill set unfinished, the fungus, as well as two different color pinks that i did not agree to and the worst part the major inconsistent pricing. Lady had NO issue with that except COMMUNICATE that to the customer. Owner began, asking another tech what was taking so long? 3rd customer became upset as the tech began to rush at the request of the owner. I finally left at 11:35. I told them cancel my appt! If we can't come in 40 min late, what gives you the right to have customers waiting, and say NOTHING. I will NEVER go back! no apology bc they didn't care. they over booked and was only concerned about the money. 3 UNHAPPY customers. My kids did this for me as a gift, I am recovering from major surgery. HORRIBLE!
