Love this place! Been a loyal customer here for years, they never disappoint. They get a 4 only because their prices have gone up significantly since Covid, which is understandable but difficult for me to go in as often. The interior of the salon is very nice and clean, they are social distancing and being very cautious about capacity (definitely call a few days ahead to make your app). I searched Yelp this morning for a new nail salon closer to me, before calling to make an appt (as I read that it is highly recommended). Pedicure was perfect, she asked for my preference before she did anything. The tech was very quiet and shy, and didn't initiate a conversation with me, which I don't mind at all as long as the service is great. Then I got a gel refill with Ava!! She did such a great job and gave me exactly what I asked for. She checked the shape of the nail with me, the thickness of the French tip, and engaged in great conversation. The painting job was inside the line. Hygiene is a very important thing here! I sat down and noticed my foot tub had a removeable liner that is filled with warm water, it catches all of the clippings and dead skin. Once done, the water is drained and the liner is removed and discarded. There are several options to choose from, each one with a different cost and time limit. We had the 50 minute treatment. The chair is comfortable and has multiple message options. I actually was so relaxed I fell asleep! I had the Herbal Spa Pedicure, with Muscle Tension Relief. This was like nothing I ever experienced! I will get this one again. I had a foot message, calf message with warm stones. It sounds rough, but it wasnt rough at all! This spa is my favorite! If you are needing a pedicure or manicure, try this place out. For the fellas, this place has a lot of male customers, dont feel intimidated. I was one of the very first patrons of Posh Nail Spa and always spoke highly of their work. Over the years I have referred countless people to this nail salon who are/were active customers. Recently I scheduled an appointment and was a half an hour late due to some unforeseen events which I completely understand how that could effect business and would have waited like a walk-in. However, being I was late I was barely spoken to as though I was an unfamiliar face and then told that I could come back later and would NEVER be able to schedule another appointment. There wasn't any postings in the salon that said this was their policy. Please note there have been times that I made an appointment and still had to wait and was completely understanding. The managers' disposition on this date was condescending, demeaning and he was very loud, to embarrass, unlike his regular tone any other time I was at the salon. I've even witnessed him escort a customer outside to discuss an issue that came up where the customer did not come back and make payment in the time that was promised. I normally do not leave reviews but the way I was treated has left such a lasting impression I felt compelled to leave a review. Avoid!! Save your money. I don't know why this place is so highly rated aside from the aesthetics of the salon itself. I came in for bridal nails with some of my party and showed a picture of the simple pale muted Pink ombré that I wanted. I ASKED if he could do it bc I had alternatives if he couldn't. He said he could. What I ended up with looked like a poorly done American. With a muted polish over it, it kinda salvaged it- but it's not what I asked for and I don't like it. I'm pretty sure they gave me someone new or in training- which why would you do that to the FUCKING BRIDE without asking if I wanted to take that risk. My ring finger on my left hand looks like trash and I have a halo of glue or acrylic around my finger. I wanted squ-oval and got giant stupid looking square nails. They don't even look like the shape of my natural nail which I said that's what I wanted before he cut them off. The girl getting her refill next to me got hot towels and bottled water when she came in and sat down for her hands. I'm pissed and won't be returning. There are too many options around here to be anything less than satisfied. Apparently they expect you to tell them to remove the excess glue and the acrylic off your skin - they will call it cuticle cutting and want charge you an extra 5$. $87 down the drain. read more

Where do I begin? I FINALLY found a nail place that I love. I've searched and searched for local places forever that really did my nails the way I like them. I have a huge pet peeve when the technician doesn't paint all the way down to the cuticle. It makes it look like I need a fill already. Well, Posh did a beautiful job!!!! The nails are shaped great, the acrylic isn't thick, and the paint job is perfect. I also got a pedicure and was impressed with how much time they spend massaging your legs. I prepaid for nail art on 10 fingers. This is after verifying the lady could complete the manicure and nail art in 40min because I had to go to work. She said yes it would be done in 30min. The first 3 fingers although did not match the photo were good enough , not perfect but good enough. The last 7 nails were poor. The worst 3 I asked to be redone. She removed the nail polish from one of the 3 nails and told to go sit under the dryer. Then she took back another customer. I went the dryers and checked the time. I needed to leave for work. I asked the gentleman at the register to remove the polish because I didn't have the time to sit and wait to have the worst 3 fixed and I wanted my money back. Another gentleman came up and said they already did the work. I said but this is horrible. He cut me off and proceeded to say that they already the work and I need to stop her after one nail. I had been going to this salon weekly. Today I had a service with Thao who made me feel like she was doing me a favor by doing my nails. Service was rushed as they are usually pretty booked. I could tell I wasn't happy about the shape of my nails but I let it go until I got in my car and saw that the two tips that were put on were super thick (which I hate). While I was still in the salon I asked twice if they were going to be filed more and Thao's annoyed response was that she wasn't finished yet. I went back in and asked for the two nails to be filed, I was told that they were busy. I waited. No one acknowledged me. I got back up and asked the "manager" if anyone could help me and was told they were too busy. I was quite upset as you can imagine and left. I called Jimmy who claimed to be the owner. He claimed that they were going to help me but I left too quickly. Hmmm. I don't know what "we're too busy to fix your nails" means at Posh. The bottom line is that Posh is feasting right now and has no regard for their customers because they are busy. If you want to feel valued as a customer, find another salon. These people could care less about their customers ! Mind you , I'm a great tipper as well. Guess what, Posh ? Lily phoned in this pedicure. I paid extra for the deluxe which wasn't. She left so much oil on my legs it got on the upholstery of my car and I had to towel it off, I feel like a greased pig. Did a terrible job taking off dead skin yet still managed to hurt me. Burnt me with the towel. Then barely put polish on I actually had to check if she used two coats because it took her less than a few minutes to apply. Never put polish on edge of nails to finish off. Love this place! Second time here. Today I was in the area and remembered how good they were when i went last time. It's situated in a little strip mall next to Marshalls and HomeGoods across from PJs. I came here after I had a poor experience somewhere else which left some of my nails damaged. They listen to your needs, they are pleasant and don't talk amongst themselves in a different language which can be uncomfortable at times, they don't rush through the job and they are reasonably priced. Hit or miss. Everything rides on who you get for a Tech. I've been coming for about a year and had a great tech (Lilly) who is now only part time. Today I just had an appointment with Lynn (not sure if she gave me her real name) and it was awful! Not only did she leave to work on someone else halfway through the appointment, but after she returned she tried to rush through my nails (filing my nails and SKIN erratically!). Then she caught a major attitude after I called her on it. Also this seemed to be okay with the owner, which was even more disappointing.
