It was my first time visiting Posh Nail Spa for a pedicure & manicure and I had an amazing experience. I got quite the eyes on me as I entered as it was expected as I am a guy walking in for these services. The owner performing the services was very professional and polite. I would recommend Posh Nails Spa. read more

-Posh Nail Spa charges an extra $5 for tools. -What's kinda uncool is that they didn't tell customers upfront... they only mentioned this once they've stripped off my previous nail polish -They also charged an extra $5 for taking off my previous nail polish -The manicure service they did lasted a day... it chipped the day after... not even a week -The front desk person was also the one who did my nails, and she was rather abrasive Unfortunately, due to such an unpleasant experience, I will not return to this place. STAY AWAY! My gel manicure was more expensive than other nail salons because I was forced to buy tools for myself. I was okay with that but after my nails chipped after only a few days of a Gel manicure, I was really upset. After I went to let them know, they said they don't warrantee nails after 3 days. This was my first time and I will not be returning. I confirmed 3 times that I wanted dip, and the nail tech still put gel polish on my nails. She had to start again after I told her I wanted dip. The dip is layer so thick on my nails, it is so embarrassing. There is polish all over my fingers that I need to remove myself now. Would not recommend to anyone read more

THIS IS MY PLACE! Thao is the absolute best. I go to her every time I come. I'm an RN and my dip sets/gel pedi always last 4+ weeks and my shape/cuticle paint is always on point. Which is great because I always travel. Jelly pedicure is THE BEST. Couldn't say more good things. read more

Love this place! Been a loyal customer here for years, they never disappoint. They get a 4 only because their prices have gone up significantly since Covid, which is understandable but difficult for me to go in as often. The interior of the salon is very nice and clean, they are social distancing and being very cautious about capacity (definitely call a few days ahead to make your app). The techs are always very sweet and friendly. Definitely recommend the jelly pedicure, it's $45 now which is very pricey but it's worth it ! Always leave feeling fresher and lighter. read more

I searched Yelp this morning for a new nail salon closer to me, before calling to make an appt (as I read that it is highly recommended). Pedicure was perfect, she asked for my preference before she did anything. The tech was very quiet and shy, and didn't initiate a conversation with me, which I don't mind at all as long as the service is great. Then I got a gel refill with Ava!! She did such a great job and gave me exactly what I asked for. She checked the shape of the nail with me, the thickness of the French tip, and engaged in great conversation. I enjoyed my first visit here today, and plan to come back. Natural pedicure is $27 Gel refill is $38 read more

This is hands down the best nail place in the area. Great service. All the technicians were friendly and my nails look great!

The salon favors appointments, which makes sense because even mid-day their technicians are busy. The salon has about 10 pedicure stations and 10-12 nail stations. The salon is clean and bright. Their pedicures come in packages for $27, $35, 45+ depending on the services selected. The salon comes with nice small touches: 8oz water bottle per customer Large color selection both gel and standard Quiet atmosphere Overall the pedicure was fine. The painting job was inside the line. However, considering their prices are pegged to minutes of services, I was a bit annoyed my technician got up a few different time to go get supplies, to address questions of coworkers, etc. Though the service was finished and looked nice, I was forced to pay for 30 mins and wanted 30 mins of service. Besides this time wasting, everything else was great! read more

I dont do pedicures very often. This was a birthday gift from my wife. First observation, this spa is clean, spacious and very inviting. The staff is friendly, professional and personable. Hygiene is a very important thing here! I sat down and noticed my foot tub had a removeable liner that is filled with warm water, it catches all of the clippings and dead skin. Once done, the water is drained and the liner is removed and discarded. There are several options to choose from, each one with a different cost and time limit. We had the 50 minute treatment. The chair is comfortable and has multiple message options. I actually was so relaxed I fell asleep! I had the Herbal Spa Pedicure, with Muscle Tension Relief. This was like nothing I ever experienced! I will get this one again. I had a foot message, calf message with warm stones. It sounds rough, but it wasnt rough at all! This spa is my favorite! If you are needing a pedicure or manicure, try this place out. For the fellas, this place has a lot of male customers, dont feel intimidated. I went with my wife and didnt feel like an odd-ball. read more

Love this place! Ask for Henry, he gives the best manicures and pedicures. He books up weeks in advance, so be sure to make an appointment. He is very attentive and makes sure that you like his work. And if you don't, he fixes it until you do. I'd recommend getting a jelly pedicure here if you're looking to treat yourself. Overall very affordable and clean. read more

I was one of the very first patrons of Posh Nail Spa and always spoke highly of their work. Over the years I have referred countless people to this nail salon who are/were active customers. Recently I scheduled an appointment and was a half an hour late due to some unforeseen events which I completely understand how that could effect business and would have waited like a walk-in. However, being I was late I was barely spoken to as though I was an unfamiliar face and then told that I could come back later and would NEVER be able to schedule another appointment. There wasn't any postings in the salon that said this was their policy. Please note there have been times that I made an appointment and still had to wait and was completely understanding. The managers' disposition on this date was condescending, demeaning and he was very loud, to embarrass, unlike his regular tone any other time I was at the salon. I've even witnessed him escort a customer outside to discuss an issue that came up where the customer did not come back and make payment in the time that was promised. I normally do not leave reviews but the way I was treated has left such a lasting impression I felt compelled to leave a review. So please beware loyalty to Posh is not appreciated and don't miss your appointment time you will be "Black Listed" read more

Where do I begin? I FINALLY found a nail place that I love. I've searched and searched for local places forever that really did my nails the way I like them. I have a huge pet peeve when the technician doesn't paint all the way down to the cuticle. It makes it look like I need a fill already. Well, Posh did a beautiful job!!!! The nails are shaped great, the acrylic isn't thick, and the paint job is perfect. I also got a pedicure and was impressed with how much time they spend massaging your legs. The place is trendy and clean, plenty of pedicure chairs, and many color options. I was walk-in and didn't wait at all once I picked my color. I was greeted immediately and given a bottle of water without asking. The technicians were incredibly friendly. I will be back...this is now my regular nail place. read more

I found this place after a search on YELP! I must say I was beyond impressed with the service and final product. I walked in on my lunch break and mentioned that I only had an hour to get a gel manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows. One person worked on my feet while the other worked on my manicure. Everything turned out perfect!!! They are so accommodating and professional. This will be my NEW go to place!! Thank you so much for your services. read more

Avoid!! Save your money. I don't know why this place is so highly rated aside from the aesthetics of the salon itself. I came in for bridal nails with some of my party and showed a picture of the simple pale muted Pink ombré that I wanted. I ASKED if he could do it bc I had alternatives if he couldn't. He said he could. What I ended up with looked like a poorly done American. With a muted polish over it, it kinda salvaged it- but it's not what I asked for and I don't like it. I'm pretty sure they gave me someone new or in training- which why would you do that to the FUCKING BRIDE without asking if I wanted to take that risk. My ring finger on my left hand looks like trash and I have a halo of glue or acrylic around my finger. I wanted squ-oval and got giant stupid looking square nails. They don't even look like the shape of my natural nail which I said that's what I wanted before he cut them off. The girl getting her refill next to me got hot towels and bottled water when she came in and sat down for her hands. I'm pissed and won't be returning. There are too many options around here to be anything less than satisfied. Apparently they expect you to tell them to remove the excess glue and the acrylic off your skin - they will call it cuticle cutting and want charge you an extra 5$. $87 down the drain. read more

I love this place! At least 4 years ago I found myself desperate to find a GOOD nail salon. After reading numerous reviews, I called and made an appointment (recommended). It is beautiful, clean and well run. As I would find out later, it's family operated and staffed (all knowledgeable & talented). I visited this salon for a mani-pedi as I was passing through town. It was beautiful! I had the best experience. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and my nails look fantastic. I loved the ambiance, there was lots of natural light and pretty colors. Their customer service was excellent too, at least in my experience. They even give you a little bottle of water when you arrive! That was a nice touch on such a hot day. I recommend the deluxe pedi--totally worth a few extra dollars! read more

I walked in and didn't have to wait. The salon was clean and open. There was music playing with a TV on mute, so the environment was relaxing and not too loud. I prepaid for nail art on 10 fingers. This is after verifying the lady could complete the manicure and nail art in 40min because I had to go to work. She said yes it would be done in 30min. The first 3 fingers although did not match the photo were good enough , not perfect but good enough. The last 7 nails were poor. The worst 3 I asked to be redone. She removed the nail polish from one of the 3 nails and told to go sit under the dryer. Then she took back another customer. I went the dryers and checked the time. I needed to leave for work. I asked the gentleman at the register to remove the polish because I didn't have the time to sit and wait to have the worst 3 fixed and I wanted my money back. Another gentleman came up and said they already did the work. I said but this is horrible. He cut me off and proceeded to say that they already the work and I need to stop her after one nail. I tried to interject and say the work became worse after the first nail but he cut me off. Told me this one time they will give my money back but next they won't. I tried to say the work deteriorated after the first nail. Not happy with how I wasn't even heard and they except payment when they clearly did a crappy job. I told them I won't be back; the gentleman stated fine I have other customers... read more

I had been going to this salon weekly. Today I had a service with Thao who made me feel like she was doing me a favor by doing my nails. Service was rushed as they are usually pretty booked. I could tell I wasn't happy about the shape of my nails but I let it go until I got in my car and saw that the two tips that were put on were super thick (which I hate). While I was still in the salon I asked twice if they were going to be filed more and Thao's annoyed response was that she wasn't finished yet. I went back in and asked for the two nails to be filed, I was told that they were busy. I waited. No one acknowledged me. I got back up and asked the "manager" if anyone could help me and was told they were too busy. I was quite upset as you can imagine and left. I called Jimmy who claimed to be the owner. He claimed that they were going to help me but I left too quickly. Hmmm. I don't know what "we're too busy to fix your nails" means at Posh. The bottom line is that Posh is feasting right now and has no regard for their customers because they are busy. If you want to feel valued as a customer, find another salon. These people could care less about their customers ! Mind you , I'm a great tipper as well. Guess what, Posh ? Nail salons are everywhere in this area and I'm sure there are plenty that would appreciate a weekly customer. Bad business!! read more

Posh Nail Spa - Ridiculous lumpy nails ! - Nail Salons Near Me - Moorestown, New Jersey

Lily phoned in this pedicure. I paid extra for the deluxe which wasn't. She left so much oil on my legs it got on the upholstery of my car and I had to towel it off, I feel like a greased pig. Did a terrible job taking off dead skin yet still managed to hurt me. Burnt me with the towel. Then barely put polish on I actually had to check if she used two coats because it took her less than a few minutes to apply. Never put polish on edge of nails to finish off. I used to love this place but this is the second bad experience I've had and certainly my last. Anyone know a good place to get a pedicure? read more

Pedicure was amazing, but once my nails were done and applied it went downhill. Every little detail cost more money, just to file my nails cost five more dollars. Then in the picture below i hit a nail when drying and asked politely to fix it and that's what she left me with, a clumpy uneven mess. Extremely expensive just to have rude employees not care about your nails when it's close to closing time. Disappointed. read more

Nail salons are a hit or miss. It's typically the latter. It's difficult to find a nail salon that is spotless, professional, does great work, and is also wallet-friendly. Posh Nail is that place. I've been here a couple of times so far, but this will certainly be my go-to spot. The technicians here treat each person like a long-time client of theirs. Each person is just as important as the next. There are no rushed jobs. Customer loyalty is rewarded with a frequent business card. Because of their service, it is always busy here! I highly recommend calling in for an appointment. You'll definitely feel pampered here and you'll walk out with great nails that will last you weeks (even my regular, non-gel, manicure)! I have been looking for a great nail salon in the S. Jersey area and I finally found it. I received a warm greeting upon my arrival and was asked to select a color for my manicure. My nail technician was Andrew; he engaged me in friendly conversation and provided me with tips for keeping my nails heathy. Love this place! Second time here. Today I was in the area and remembered how good they were when i went last time. It's situated in a little strip mall next to Marshalls and HomeGoods across from PJs. I came here after I had a poor experience somewhere else which left some of my nails damaged. They listen to your needs, they are pleasant and don't talk amongst themselves in a different language which can be uncomfortable at times, they don't rush through the job and they are reasonably priced. Got a gel mani today. Will definitely be back even if I have to travel a little farther out. read more

This may be the best nail salon in the area. I began coming here after my mom suggested we try it. I'm happy we did! I suggest making an appointment especially if this you'd like to be seen during the weekend. There were a few times where I walked in and was denied service because they were booked, I haven't made that mistake since. The staff is very friendly and know their regular clients by name. I look forward to my biweekly gel manicure and deluxe pedicures. If ever I have an issue with my nails (breakage, chips, etc) there's no problem? Today I went in, after having gone to a new shop because I was uncle to make it to them before an event I had that night, three of my nails had chipped not long after and needed some serious repair. I had 2 acrylics put on by the other shop, today I was told that's not necessarily the best way to treat a break. A gel top coat was put on and the acrylic filed down so that they looked natural. I'm beyond pleased with the work done here, and really enjoy the atmosphere, music, conversation, and shows played on TV. This is amazing shop, give it a try!! read more

I have been coming to Posh ever since my first visit and have not been disappointed yet. I believe I've had service done by everyone and they have all done a great job. I never feel rushed, but pampered and relaxed. I always love the music they play and my nails always look great and last up to two weeks.
