I've been going to the same girl for years but she doesn't do toes and she's always booked so I was in need of somewhere I could go in quickly. I can't believe I've never written a review of QQ Nails! I was a regular customer of QQ Nails and would always see Yugy. She always takes her time with my nails and does an excellent job. I was getting gel then the dip and I prefer the dip since it doesn't seem to damage my nails as much as gel. I never had any issues with my nails chipping or not lasting at least two weeks! I haven't been since January 2020 (we all know why) and I do miss getting my nails done regularly. read more

Started writing this while in the pedicure chair. The whole pedicure was about 9 minutes and 4 of that was a massage. My cuticles were "pushed back & cut" before my foot was even in the water I could have done a better job at home! I should have known it was going to be this way when i called yesterday and the woman i requested said she didn't do toes‍. I got a gift card for Christmas, but once that is exhausted, I will not be coming back. read more

FINALLY found a salon I'd return to close to home! Absolutely love QQ, especially Yugy! She listened to my wants and needs and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I was upfront and told her I'm very picky, and many times I walk out of a salon happy but not in love with my nails... yesterday I did both! I've never been able to find someone or an establishment that I'd return to. But I will definitely be returning to QQ! I have been a customer at QQ Nails for over 3 years and won't go anywhere else. Recent the original owner sold the salon. The new owners are very motivated to build back the business. They recently added a free paraffin treatment after gel manicures and hot stone massages for pedicures. They use disposable liners in the pedicure tubs, which I really like. They give you a punch card and after your 10th visit, you get $10.00 off. read more

I get my nails done about once a year and I had to find a new place to go since I moved recently so I found a groupon for QQ nails. Even as someone who doesn't go often, I know/have gone to enough nail places in the past to feel extremely disappointed with my experience. The main reason I went in was to get my nails trimmed and shaped, but also to have a relaxing experience. Ha. The water in the foot bath for the pedicure was near boiling. Everywhere else i've gone to they give you a foot massage and make sure all the rough, dead skin is off your feet and heels. Yes, she technically put some lotion on my legs. Yes, she technically touched the foot buffer thing to the bottom of my feet, but two seconds is not gonna do the trick. My feet are not soft, there was no foot massage, and she slapped some lotion on, only to wash it off immediately. She also started draining and cleaning out the foot bath while my feet were still in it... dragging this plastic tub guard out of the bath and letting it drip over my legs, which wasn't pleasant and doesn't seem right to me. I was very confused by the whole experience. I've also never seen someone dilute the nail polish as much as she did. She must have done so 5 times. Now, i'm no expert, but in my mind, watering down the paint that much will make it very thin and not as good. Which may be why after 24 hours the paint on my fingernails is extremely chipped and looks like I've been digging through dirt with my bare hands. No hand massage either. Or mini back massage before i left even though other customers got them. And this was a Monday when i was one of their only customers. I always make sure to be friendly, treat everyone nicely, and tip well on the normal price of the service, but I will not recommend, and I will not go back. read more

Decided to get a groupon for this place because why not? They took me as soon as I walked in, which was expected since I did have an appointment and I showed up on time. They immediately asked if I wanted to upgrade to gel but I declined. The pedicure was good. The technician did a thorough job of cleaning my nails (with a little pain) and I brought my own polish for my feet so they look pretty good. It was my hands I was upset about. A different lady cleaned my nails- then switched to a third women to paint them. She missed a spot on my thumb which I asked her to fix. Little did I notice she also missed another spot in my pointer finger. You can also see some of the strokes. Not even a few hours after getting my nails done- one chipped while I was folding laundry. Then another and another. I know I didn't get the gel but man, I thought the polish would at least last 24 hrs before going to the dogs read more

Horrible service! All women are very arrogant & not willing to listen. Not be mention that they were talking among each other about customers (in their own language), which is very rude. If you go for a smaller service (like only manicure or regular nail polish) they will make u wait & take the customer who is doing higher service (such as mani - pedi or gel nail polish). Even the owner is very unprofessional- they shouldn't be in business in area like cherry hill. Had bad experience every time I went, never going back & don't recommend it to anyone either. Awful awful experience. Zero stars. I went with my mom and sister, we waited for a while and no one ever greeted us after 15 minutes of just standing by the front desk. One of the girls finally asked what we wanted not getting up from her seat while working on someone else, we said 3 pedicures and she gave us the DIRTIEST look. Awful, I've never had an experience like that. We just left right away. We went to the nail place at Barclays Shopping Center instead which is fabulous, people are really friendly, looks new with nice chairs, waterfall, great selection of colors. This place was a rip off. I went in for a regular mani and pedi. The girl doing my pedicure was very slow and they had to have another girl take over; by the time they got to my nails, I didn't have time to complete the full manicure. They proceeded to charge me for the 'gel' soak off (which was not indicated prior to service) and for the full mani & pedi. Carpets were dirty and staff was disengaged. Really disappointing for a salon that is located in a decent part of NJ and so close to Philadelphia. Will not be returning. read more

Today was my first time here and I must say, I was very disappointed. I guess for $25 mani/pedi you shouldn't ask for much but you'd still expect some level of decency. My nail technician did a very poor job at filing down my nails, both fingers and toes. She had a really hard time with squaring out my nails. I had to tell her so many times to re-file my nails so that they are no so slanted. Her paint job wasn't the greatest either, there were still blank spaces towards my cuticles. There was one incident where I noticed a fuzz on my one nail, instead of taking it off, she ignored it and paint over it with 3 coats to try and cover it. When I pointed it out to her, she said she would redo that finger. However, she didn't and continued to put the top coat on. When she asked me how do I feel about my nails, I told her that 1) the color distribution is not great and 2) I can see the fuzz on my finger. She yanked onto my arm and proceeded to re-paint my one nail. As a makeup artist, I know what it feels like to work in the beauty industry where you provide services. Therefore, I do expect some level of professionalism from these nail technicians. I noticed a lot of customers coming in and having to wait even though appointments were already made. There were a lot of bad mouthing going on as well, too bad she didn't realize I UNDERSTOOD everything that was being said about me, and other customers. Hygienes. I noticed they did not wash down the pedicure tub after I was done. The technicians use a plastic bag to wrap the tub and after they were, drained the bag INTO the tub and left it at that. This is the first time I've ever seen any salon doing that. This is the lazy way of doing things and is very un-hygienic. I would never come back here ever again. I also recommend everyone to avoid this place unless you're okay with everything I mentioned above. read more

I got the deal on Groupon for gel Mani for $20 except when I went, it was being advertised as $15 whiCH was pretty annoying to see. Anyways. I made an appointment except it started to get very busy halfway through my pedicure, they rushed through the rest. Also, I've never had a gel Mani in less than 10 minutes. The polish is ALL overy cuticles and the polish is not evenly on the nail. I couldve saved my money and had a monkey paint it better. Pay a few more dollars and go somewhere else. read more

This is the only nail Salon I've been going for the past year. The salon is very clean, staffs are very friendly! They have mani&pedi deal for $25. And gel mani & pedi for $38! And they always do good job for me! Once in awhile, when I'm tired, I do their spa pedi for only $35! You get 15 mins foot massage! I think they offer good service at a decent $! I had a perfect experience at QQ Nails yesterday. I called to make an appointment and said I had a Groupon. They were able to take me right away. I had the next gen nail process applied to my nails. Becky was professional and thorough. This process takes multiple steps but lasts better than any other manicure I've ever had! I never felt rushed or less than an honored patron. Unfortunately, they get loud with you there too, so just be prepared. The lady who was doing my nails kept messing up and I had to direct her on how to fix up my nails several times. Poor service. Made appointments for me and my daughter to try after being disappointed the past few times at Dream Tips. They took my daughter for a manicure right away but I had to wait 35 minutes for my pedicure. The mani and pedi were well done and the manicure was only $11 which was a great price. Got a mani pedi here twice, both times the staff was courteous and very accomodating. I will say I think they need to up thier staffing/become a bit more organized as I made an appointment and still had to wait about 45 minutes to get a chair. My mani/pedi was rushed the first time and on my second visit it was a little longer with more care taken. For 25 bucks, I can't really expect much more. I live in the city and you can't get a mani/pedi for that price anywhere so you get what you pay for. It is pretty clean, however I have noticed they do not use thier pedicure liners correctly which defeats the purpose of having them. Overall 3/5; you get what you pay for read more

I loved it here! I have been searching for a nail salon for months and this place was my favorite. The pedicure chairs are nice and they massage. Everything seemed clean and in order- I've noticed some tips and previous reviewers said they do not clean their pedicure tubs- I watched them clean them several times and all materials they used came in packaging. I had a $20 pedicure there and the woman was so fixed on my "small toenails" (I have short nail beds and keep them cut shorter because I'm a runner); I kid you not, the woman kept showing the nail technician next to her my feet and made 6-7 rude comments towards me. This place was absolutely awful. There was about 5 employees and 5 customers and they were so rushed and had people waiting and told people to come back. They did my last 3 nails in about 3 seconds because the phone was ringing. It wasn't even busy, if they plan on running a successful business then maybe they should hire more employees.
