I used to love this place!!!! I have been going here for years. However, my last experience was awful! I schedule an appointment for gel pedicure and manicure usually one person does my pedicure and then I transition to doing my nails. I can only assume that the nail techs were ready to go and that's why they were rushing. They did my feet and nails at the same time. This process was completely over stimulating and in no way relaxing. When I walked in I had a specific vision for what I wanted for my pedicure and manicure. I showed the pictures on my phone and the nail tech told me she could only do two colors and she was unable to do the three colors which the image I wanted had. I said okay and picked my two colors. The person doing my feet had a specific name for what I wanted and she told the person doing my nails. When My feet were done u assumed we would transition to do the design I asked for . None of that was done. My toes were one color. I asked what happen to the two colors I asked for and everyone looked crazy. The person doing my nails said she could no longer do the style and suggested an alternate design that I was going to be charged for. I was totally disappointed but what made this trip to this salon more upsetting is I got my nails done for a dream trip I was taking 3 days later. My nail appointment was on a Wednesday evening. We flew out Saturday morning by the time we boarded the airplane I had completely lost one full nail. Not chipped completely gone! By Sunday I had four nails lifting. I opted to remove the nails so this would not frustrate me during my trip. This whole salon experience was a waste of time and money. I won't be able to go back. read more

I love this place! I got a powder manicure & pedicure from Chi Chi who was so sweet. She did a meticulous job on my nails & toes, and she took her time. The staff is very warm and accommodating. This place has become my new regular nail salon. I usually come here after work as a walk in when I have time & have never been turned away. I love the customer service. The prices are reasonable for the area we live in and you will always get a consistent job because they take their time on each customer. I want to say that this is the best nail salon I have gone to in years! I have a hectic schedule and am generally not able to make set appointments for things. Amy the owner does my nails and pedicures and there is many a night that she has stayed even an hour after closing to work me in in an emergency. I saw the review from the poster about the water or heat going out, get real it was winter! Just because a place is a business doesn't mean things won't go wrong! I was there one of the nights the hot water had stopped and I was immediately told what was going on so I could decide to stay or comeback another time. I stayed. Yesterday was my first time going to Oasis nails. I didn't make an appointment and just showed up around noon on a Monday. They were happy to have me for a pedicure and gel manicure. Vee did a fantastic job. I liked that she asked about my preferences (file or clip, shape of nail etc) and didn't just go ahead and do whatever. I choose a color changing polish for my mani and she did a great design on top. Very happy with the price and quality of work. I will definitely go back and ask for Vee again. Thanks girl! Ps. I just relocated here from north jersey and I am very particular when it comes to my nails . I searched high and low on yelp reviews and pictures online before finally deciding on a spot . What made my choose to Come here was the review from Jacqueline W. I enjoyed reading her review and especially the picture that she added for the gel French manicure . I arrived today 8/29/15 where Amy the owner did my nails . As you can notice in the picture I posted, she did a fantastic job . Secondly , I wore shoes this week that gave me blisters on both of my feet . I decided to try a spa pedicure because my feet were in so much pain . Although the spa pedi is very pricy it was 100% worth it . My feet felt like they had gone to heaven and are very thankful to Oasis and the sweet lady that pampered my toes . It's been a while since I've pampered myself so I decided on a full set. I asked for coffin nails. And Peter let me know that I couldn't go too short for that. So I said ok. I stuck with a standard color. The charge for full set is $25. Peter asked me to pay right before he painted my nails. I was surprised to hear him say, "$35". I asked why. He said $5 for the shape and $5 for the length. I found it to be a little deceiving because I was not told up front the charges and I find it silly to charge me $5 for length. I got my nails and toes done last Sunday and already my gel polish is chipping and my one toe is chipping at $60 this should not happen. The salon is clean and people are nice there, but now I am on vacation since Wed and my toes and fingers keep getting worse. I have only worn flip flops, so this shouldn't happen. There are other Salons I have gone to and in terms of how long the polish lasts this is the absolute worst. Got a gel mani, and regular pedi. The pedi did come with a hot stone massage. It was the bomb.com. They also warm the pedi scrub, and lotion. The place is clean, and they have more than enough color options. They open new instruments for every customer. There are two tv's displaying scenic pictures. The shop did have music playing, instrumental version of popular song. There wasn't a lot of chatter, which was nice. It was very relaxing. A young lady named V did my nails. She was great! My Spouse and I had planned on attending the Phillies game that afternoon, but it was cancelled due to rain., SO instead we (she) decided to go shopping for knick knacks and things for our house. I had noticed that a new nail spa had opened in the plaza near Ross. And it didnt take much coercing to convince her to go and give this place a try , (and get me a chance to sit down). She decided on a manicure, and she talked me into getting the same. We walked in and were greeted by a huge smile, and were immediately taken back by the incredible decor, and charm this place has. It looks like a brand new 4 star hotel lounge. She asked what services we were interested in and made sure to let us know we would be taken care of in a healthy, hygenic, and relaxing way. The first ting I noticed was that they have a machine that looks similar to the one at the Doctors Office in plain view with all tools / utensils that will be used in your treatment, and each time they make sure you know they are getting a new set out of the machine. It appeared to be a high heat / uv sanitizer device, and it had all the normal pre-sanitze steps next to it. It appeared to be meticulously used and maintained for all staff. I was taken to station 4, and my manicure began with an incredible lemon slice / olive oil blend in warm water. She made sure I was comfortable, and took her time not to rush through gettin my hands done. It was nice, and smooth, with little stress. (although seeing all those tools on my fingers did freak me out a bit.) The hand massage before the shiny paint at the end went on was pretty good also, she rubbed my palms pressure points and made sure to get each finger individually for about 3-5 minutes and even got a few cracks out of my knuckles and thumbs. I am very curious to try out the really cool looking pedicure machines, but I am too ticklish on my feet to have anyone try to make them look nice. As the missus says, "I'm a kicker." The ambiance inside also has the same feel as a very fancy day spa, with soft music, and citrus aromas in the air. I was offered a bottle of water, and some cookies when I was done while I waitied for the missus to finish her waxing treatment in the back. It was the highlight of out day, and over all it was really great, and for a great price. read more

Last time I went in there they had NO HEAT and today I go in there sign in mani, pedi, and brows. The man saw what I wrote. After sitting 20 minutes they tell me oh we can't do your pedicure because we don't have any hot water. I was pissed to say the least. I will NOT be back there. read more

I used to go here all the time because they were quick and did a good job most of the time but the last few times were absolutely horrible. Extremely pricey!!!! They are nice and the salon itself is clean and pretty but that doesn't mean you can charge that much for acrylics. I would not recommend coming here for acrylics. The last few times they were uneven and a couple times the gel CHIPPED shortly after but it wasn't too bad so I gave them a couple tries but I've had enough. Every single nail is uneven and there's even little bubbles on almost every nail even though I got gel. It's $5 for shape (coffin is what I got), $10 for gel polish, $5 for them being "long" even tho they are short in my opinion and MUCH SHORTER than I requested they be. Some nails are skinny coffin some look closer to a regular square shape..... i just paid $50 for a set that's insane. I would pay $50 for good quality but this is just awful. EVERY. SINGLE. NAIL. IS. WRONG. SOMEHOW. I'm currently in the market for another regular salon that actually does quality work. read more

The staff is very friendly and professional and there's always a welcoming smile and "hello" when I arrive. The prices are reasonable and they have a very large selection of color choices. I had previously left a 5 star review for this salon based on my first visit there. My thoughts have changed radically since I went back for a second visit. I went on a weeknight for an acrylic refill, the salon hours were until 7:30. I felt rushed the entire time, even though I went in just after 6pm. The male technician who did my nails rushed me in deciding on a color. I ended up being the last customer in the salon. As my nails dried, the salon lights were dimmed, back lights shut off, the staff put on their coats...it was just a few minutes after 7. Someone walked by and I confirmed with her that they were open until 7:30. The staff started leaving and loading their cars while I was still drying! I felt so uncomfortable sitting there that I decided just to leave. Before I could put on my seatbelt, the staff were all in their cars and had pulled away. WORST gel manicure and pedicure EVER! I had a gel manicure before and the lady did a very nice job. The atmosphere was nice also so i figured I would return. Today Stephen was my technician today. He was barely able to paint my toes without making a mess on my skin. Nail polish was all over my toes and my sandals! He was insure what product to use for the gel manicure and forgot to use primer. I has to tell him to use the primer first. He wasnt able to cut my cuticles without hurting me. When he finished polish was either on the edges covering my skin or not polished on the side. The manicure looked like a small child painted my nails. He had to fix three of them before I stood up. $50 for a poor job. When I told the young lady at the front she looked at my hands and simply said sorry he was filling in for someone else. She quickly too my money. Being new to Cherry Hill, New Jersey I tried several salons in the area , Think God I found my place at Oasis Salon , The whole Oasis team couldn't be more attentive to their customers, they even have a sign that said please be patient we take our time with each client and they do do that! Being a fanatic with my nails it probably took me 10 to 12 salons to fill my help all my expectations, Oasis salon did !!!! They are phenomenal, in service , price and quality consistent service and their prices are very reasonable where else can you get a full pedicure for $22! So I highly recommend the salon to all ! And I must make a comment about one of the reviews as I read, when somethings not fair it's not fair! I was there" that day there was so-called had no heat, "that is not a true statement ". A water heater broke ( equipment breaks and that's beyond the salon owners control). But by the end of business THAT day they have the water heater fixed and they also added another water heater so the problem wouldn't happen again, and when I went back that evening for a pedicure they did not charge me ! Great place. Thorough basic pedicure with stones. You don't feel rushed. Small cash discount. Nice employees. Beautiful atmosphere.
