At first, everything looked great and I even left a $20 tip on an $83 service because I was initially satisfied. Unfortunately, within an hour, the polish on my fingernails began to chip. After taking a bath that evening, the polish continued to peel off significantly. By the next day, it looked so bad that I returned to the salon to see if they could fix it. Instead of being met with understanding, I was told the issue was my fault--that the oil and water on my nails prevented the polish from adhering properly. The conversation quickly became uncomfortable and dismissive. What added insult to injury was being charged again--$25 more (with a $5 discount), despite already tipping generously for a service that didn't hold up for even 24 hours. This experience left me feeling disappointed, not just with the quality of the service, but with how poorly the situation was handled. I won't be returning. .
