When I asked if she planned on putting lotion on my feet, I was argued with that she already did. When I said no you didn't twice I just gave up. Then when I was checking out the other tech came up and put oil on my shins. Which confused me, as I said they didn't put lotion on my feet. I have planter fasciitis issues and specifically went to have a foot massage and pedicure. Seems like the same lack of quality is there even with new owners. They charged me $49 for a dip powder that I left with brush streaks on my nails and on some sides looks like I don't even have color. You also have to purchase your own nail filing kit which I have never heard of. I get my nails done regularly at a higher end salon and I pay $40 for dip.

I usually visit another location and familiar with the Gel X service. I asked about pricing and was informed there would be an increase in price for shaping the nails. I was confused because with Gel X the nails are already shaped and in different sizes ( short, medium square nails and more). They brought out long pointy nails stating they needed to be cut and shaped. The lady who started working on my pedicure was actually good, but then the boss came in, pull her to another client in the middle of the work and took over herself. It was the worst experience. She applied the nail polish on my toes very sloppy and uneven. Then she did gel manicure. Very unprofessional. She did not cut cuticles or any usual routine before applying gel. She rushed through the work. My nails look disaster. The gel is all over my fingers and it looks like I am wearing my nails for two weeks already. I asked to fixed a few nails , but she looked annoyed by it. Finally, when I was ready to pay she made up a price , much higher than their website says. And she also was telling her technicians to charge their clients different prices ( not what it says on the website).
