Would not recommend anyone go here: there is no way the reviews online are real! I scheduled an appointment to start at 3pm for French dip manicure & gel pedicure & left at almost 6pm! The pedicure was subpar. The French dip manicure did not happen. They talked down to me like I was stupid- very condescending- said "they put dip on the nails and gel overtop to create a "French dip manicure "???" I've never heard of that. Usually a nail salon creates the white tip by dipping in white powder and pink base by also dipping in pink powder. Here the girl put clear dip on 3 times and was going to put gel overtop that. My nails were very bumpy, thick & not smooth. Another lady was arguing with me saying that's how my nails were! Total BS! Needless to say, I left 3+ hours later at almost 6pm with nothing on my fingernails! The worst part is they didn't care to fix it, were condescending, wasted my time and charged me $70 for a pedicure and acrylic removal! I came in with builder gel already on my nails, and while I agreed to remove the previous set and add a $10 French tip on 4 nails, I was never told about extra charges added at checkout for "soaking off" and "length." Charging extra for removal makes no sense when nails are typically filed down during a new set anyway, and charging for length feels like an unnecessary add-on since maintaining length is part of regular fills and sets. Listing lower prices online only to add surprise fees is misleading, so I'd recommend asking about every charge beforehand. What made this worse is less than two weeks later my builder gel started separating from my natural nails and one completely popped off. During the appointment my nails were also burning badly under the UV light, which has never happened to me before despite getting builder gel regularly for the last 8 months. I called twice to address the issue and the manager has yet to return my call. Between the hidden charges, poor quality work, and lack of customer service, this was by far the worst builder gel experience I've had.

Nancy answered - can you get here in 15 mins? she said? 10 minutes later I walked into their little oasis. Lovely. Calm. CLEAN. I told her I loved Cat's eye nails but the other salons said it wouldn't look good on my short nails. One of her manicurists were working on my nails as we were all chatting. Put out a dish of cold water to soak my hand in - that's a first! cold water! Only treated cuticles on one hand. I picked out a lavender color and the technician applied pink. Never asked me if I liked the color or anything. At the end, she brought up the nail blow dryer from the floor - I wasn't going to put my hands where other people's feet usually go. So, I left. It's disappointing, I've been here several times and I have not been disappointed before. The picture is of a manicure 4 hours later. I came back and changed my review to 4*, since 95% of the time, this place is great.
