If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would. I went in today to get my upper lip waxed. These workers are very fast and very unprofessional. My upper lip got BURNT and my skin is GONE. That is NOT normal and NOT okay. The manager was also very unprofessional and said my lip being like this after a wax is normal. I know my skin being GONE is NOT normal. Look out for my dermatologist bill!! I AM PISSED!! read more

Was happy to see that this place was within walking distance of my new home. Haven't had a pedicure since the shut down and really was starting to have issue with my in grown toenails. (Don't judge! Inherited them from my moms terrible feet!) Getting back to my usual spot in south philly wasn't going to happen easily so made an appointment. Was a little wary after seeing the crazy artistic nails that they do, wasn't sure they do just ugly men's feet! Walked in and was temp checked immediately and sent back to wash my hands. Rose, I'm assuming the matriarch of three family, took care of me. She was wonderful. Did a great job and went back 3 or 4 times to take care of my problem toe. I love my pink and white set by Sam! Recently just got my fill too. I've read all the negative reviews that was left here on yelp but I beg to differ. I did not have a bad experience with them and they're really welcoming. They recently allowed walk ins but I still highly suggest for you to schedule an appointment. If you want your nails done or anything done on time, isn't it better to schedule an appointment? My HIGH HOPES were LET DOWN by a painful experience... On Tuesday I went for the first time to get a gel polish manicure. Pleased with the style of how my nails looked I left happy. By the time I got home I noticed my nail snag onto my shirt. Immediately I felt around my nails and noticed that the sides of my nails were not smooth. Having Something snag onto my nail and they would chip was my concern. By Tuesday ( The next day) My nail ripped below my nail bed. ) It was extremely painful. Not to mention the fact that within the next day 2 other nails painfully cracked below the nail bed. It is now a week into having a Gel polish manicure and my finger tips are still in so much pain. Everything that touched my fingers hurts. I am now waiting for my nails to grow back over my nail bed. It's really unfortunate because I had such high hopes. I didn't even want to write a review. I went back and forth for days trying to not write a review but today I woke up this morning to throbbing fingers and they are still throbbing from my nails being cracked so low. This had everything to do with the way the nails were filed. They should have been smoothed out. If I could give zero stars I would. I called this nail salon 3 times and even DM'd them on instagram. Once I checked their Facebook it CLEARLY said walk ins are welcome. I then felt silly for sending a dm so I unsent it. I live pretty far from the salon so I had to travel about 20 minutes. I was so excited to get my nails done, and the salon was completely EMPTY yet I was denied service. She said I had to make an appointment, I showed her my phone and that I called 3 times and I told her I DM'd her and she checked it and said I wasn't there , i then told her it's because i unsent it. I discovered this place on Instagram and I thought I would only find it in California or something because the way they do nails is AMAZING!!!! The two girls that work there are so sweet and kind. Totally forgot about my first bad experience here because of how nice the nails they do look on instagram. Got my nails done Christmas eve salon was empty. A young girl named V did my fullset with gel color. First my cuticles were left untouched and my $40 FULLSET was done so sloppily it looks like I need a refill it hasn't been a week since I got them done. 3 nails were also crooked. The girl was more worried about getting her own nails done I highly doubt the instagram pictures are of actual clients. read more

This is a place where I've referred family and friends to do their nails considering that do such a great job! However, their customer service is not up to par considering that they are no where near apologetic. Everywhere (store door, google, ig at the time says that they open at 10am)! I made an appointment 2 days prior for a pedicure for 10 am because I had a long day ahead of me. Came on time for my appointment only to wait outside for an hour and half (almost until 11:30am)! Mind you I live about 20 mins away! I met Ruby and her mother outside and they were no where near apologetic. Obviously I was disappointed! I told Ruby that they need to change the sign on the door, google, etc and the person who took down my appointment should have notified me on the time change. It was basically her blaming me as if I should have known . As I was leaving I confronted Ruby and told her it really doesn't hurt to apologize to your customers as this seriously was a inconvenience on my end! She rambled about how it says 11 am on certain place. I told her that they STILL came late though! Still no apology! They were just nonchalant! I'm really big on how I spend my money and customer service experience! Not coming here again because I just can't phantom how one can feel to big just to state an apology smh! read more

I just had the most pleasant experience at this salon. My nail tech was so nice, had a great sense of humor, and did my nails so efficiently!! I asked for natural looking acrylics that weren't "thick" and she understood exactly what I meant. Absolutely going to make this my new nail place- highly recommend!!! read more

Terrible. Had an appointment for 10. I have somewhere to be this afternoon. They are supposed to open at 9:30. I get there 9:50 and nobody is there. They arrive 10:10 and the lady sits on her phone yelling at someone the whole time. Rude and unprofessional!! Will not come back read more
