I've experienced everything from a deep tissue session with a skilled therapist to more relaxing treatments, and every visit is top-notch effort. The staff strike the perfect balance between professional yet friendly, to making conversation enjoyable without ever being intrusive. The atmosphere is incredible, too. The subtle aromas, the calming rooms, and the overall vibe make it easy to completely unwind. Such that I've actually fallen asleep during a few massages because they were just that good. So I am 50-50 on this review. While I have received massages that I am very happy with I have also received massages that I am not happy with. Everyone is different, you seem to find the people that you like the best however they usually are booked out about two months in advance. This is pretty much the same for any massage place that you go to. They offer things like an Aroma therapy, CBD oil, the usuals at your massage places. The one thing that I just realized, I am very, very unhappy with. When you check out, they have this thing called Tippy (as others do) where you can leave your tip on a debit card. However, they already have the percentages preset in there, which I thought was fantastic! I don't have to go back into my phone and try to figure out what 25% or 20% of the cost is depending on how good the massage was because it's already there. However, if you are a Member, your price is different, but it is not giving you that 25% or 20% of your discounted price. It's giving you the percent of the normal price. I tip off of the cost that I am charged not the cost that a non-member is charged. I was absolutely furious when I figured this out so I am basically just sharing this so that other people can also realize this as well. Yes, you can tip any amount that you would like, but it is very misleading when it gives you the preset percentages. read more

I called the massage place and talked with a VERY helpful and kind girl that helped me to book an appointment for the very next day. We had Tim and Chacina (I might be spelling this wrong.) Easy to make an appointment, but you'll receive 3 texts, and 4 calls for reminders. Complete overkill. The experience was average at best. The massage room itself was cold, and the oil used was also cold. The blankets aren't heated. Front desk was unwelcoming. They tried to upsell my massage and when I inquired about the ingredients of the "boosts", she looked at me like I walked out of a spaceship. Baffled , she replied "you mean the ingredients?!" (Isn't it an employee's responsibility to know the product?) Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. In the future, I'll take my subscription elsewhere. read more

I came to ME for a facial today and was greeted by a pleasant young lady at the front desk. After filling out some paperwork, I was lead back to their waiting area. The ambiance was warm and relaxing, yet very dark. My appointment was for 11:30 but my aesthetician didn't begin until 11:45. Needless to say I was less than happy about this. She spoke with my about my daily regimen/concern, then lathered up my face with a bunch of Murad products. It was 12:24 when my "60 min" facial was over. I was told to get dressed and escorted to the front where she suggested a few of their (pricey) products. My overall experience was just ok. Not sure if I'll return for another facial. So far, my experience with 3 locations have been mediocre at best. I really wish I could give 2 stars but I am trying to be generous since the massage itself was pretty good. However, the way they handle transfers needs great improvement. Massage from Donald was pretty good, nice deep tissue massage but customer service in how they handle transfers and the time they actually massage is 50 minutes if you get an hour and 80 minutes when you get a 90 minute massage. read more

I just got a massage here today and loved it. They were very nice. The place was clean and relaxing. I loved their questionnaire that allows me to be really specific with what I want from the service and they actually follow it! Nikki was my massage therapist and she was amazing. She listened to my requests and the massage felt great! I also loved that she let me enjoy the peaceful and relaxing massage without trying to make conversation. I hate to be rude to therapists when they chat during a massage, but it was not even an issue here and for that I was very thankful. A great massage, easy to book, and great price. Ok. Receptionist was nice. Interior room was chilly. Massage room was a nice 75 degrees. My therapist gave me a 50 minute massage with just the right amount of medium pressure on the back. However on my legs (calfs and hamstrings) the pressure was almost non existant. And when i turned over and the front of my legs were addressed, she didnt go above the knee... sorta felt jipped.... but my foot massage was devine. Overall a nice plesant professional average massage. Kudos.... i got to keep the leftover aroma therapy lotion. read more

The massage there was sub par and my masseuse didn't even give me the full Amount of time last visit. The woman Valerie was extremely rude and continued to want to antagonize me Until I became So Frustrated and used profanity. I was embarrassed at myself but asked her politely to stop being snide and continued with a embarrassing tone and terrible customer service. I even asked for the owner or regional manager and was advised that he will only push you back to me. Wow, so unprofessional and rude. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I'll take my subscription elsewhere. I had 14 sessions or over $1,000 of sessions and they only wanted to let me transfer 4 at a cost. Do they realize we had a pandemic and lockdown??? When asked to have it all waived (only $40- total instead of $20)she snickered and said that won't happen we already waived $20. OMG! Really... BEWARE-stay away! Went here after (during) a month of traveling - on a business trip - which had left my shoulders and neck quite sore. I was so excited to see there was a Massage Envy nearby (I've been a member for many years now) and I booked a deep tissue appointment for the next day. My therapist was Mick, who the front desk person recommended as their deep tissue specialist. I asked her to focus on upper body, particualrly neck and shoulders...and my goodness the experience was divine. In, of course, the good-painful deep tissue way! I left feeling so much more relaxed and loose in my shoulder and neck muscles! All the pain and stress, the deep knots, were SOOOOOO much better. I can't even tell you. May 12, 2017. I didn't even have a chance to get a massage yet to be greeted by a rude receptionist. Right now I'm so upset I'm sitting in my car our front writing a review. And I never write reviews. I'm currently pregnant and my body is really tense with all sorts of aches. I walk in asking if there was a menu with the services that message envy offers. She turns around grabs one and hands it to me. I'm looking at this menu confused because it only shows time length and the price. I standing there telling her "so I'm looking at this and I don't understand it" she replies back with "what Don't you understand one side is message the other is facial" This point I already wanted to walk out but wanted to give it a chance. Hello like NO duh I can read. I then looked at this young lady and said "I see that what I meant is there's no types of messages? I only see prices and time length. Right now I just know my body is tense and that I would like to know what massages you guys offer" she looks at me and continues to explain that they don't have a certain message since everyone is different and it's customized to each person needs. All while she was saying this to me she said with an attitude. I came in to be relaxed not to deal with a rude receptionist. While walking into massage places you want to feel warm and welcomed not having to express your needs to a cold tone rude person. Deplorable experience today! This was my 2nd & final visit to this location, as it only seems to cater to the snobbish, bigoted & bourgeois clientele! Daniel's (the front desk girl) client service skills are pathetic. She called me a couple hours before my visit to say Im going to have to pay $100 for a $40 massage b/c Ive been there once before (What a lie. Where in the policy is this written? In the finest of print Im sure.) I told her that this massage was given as a "gift" & that it was prepaid. After rudely harassing me with off-base, dim-witted questions about my previous visit, I soon grew tired of her, asked her name & swiftly ended the call. When I arrived, the gleeful & engaging attention she was paying to another client abruptly switched to a mad dash to get me to the back (mind you, the most I said over the phone was to ask questions & end the call). The exception to my first visit was that Beverly was my therapist and she did a wonderful job! Im 6'5" & muscular so I need a therapist with seasoned hands, which she indeed has. So if you are forced to visit this place, ask for Beverly b/c she knows her stuff. Todays therapist caused me to have flashbacks to the time I had chickenpox scabs healing all over my back & the feeling of when I had to put my shirt on/take it off...ill! Short, obese w/ small scaly hands...the thought of her touching me causes me to cringe in disgust. Early 60's, hunched over...I dont mean to be harsh, but this lady is NOT who one would envision coming down the hallway at a spa! She probably felt similar feelings, as it seemed she barely wanted to touch my hand to introduce herself (can anybody say "redneck"?). Hello, I have had some issues here. I booked a massage and foot scrub and did not receive the foot scrub, so they invited me to come back at the introductory rate. 2nd time around , although the massage was terrific, the foot scrub took up 5-6 minutes from my 50 minute massage. also, I then booked a massage with my husband with the same therapist and the front desk switched him to another therapist without telling him. he was unimpressed. I am so disappointed as i really wanted him to have my therapist. it was the whole reason i made the appointment for him. read more

I totally love this place! I was diagnosed with scoliosis as an adult and was advised to have frequent massages to help with the pain. That could get costly but my membership at ME has been a God-send. I have visited many other ME sites and spas around the country but I have to say ME Cherry Hill is the absolute best! My usual therapist is John and he is very knowledgeable and attentive. When John isn't available, the front staff have made excellent recommendations based on my needs and I have NEVER been disappointed. This place used to be the Best Message parlor in town at a low rate. I have been a member for many years and when Cherry Hill opened I was very impressed with the customer service. Now when I go in everyone seems to busy. I understand that they have grown and are gettin busier. But they are no longer work the extra gas miliage!! They staff is very young and unprofessional. I have even spoken to a couple Therapists in there are are complaining about the place DURING THERE SERVICE!! I reallty think it has to do with the young immature people they have in there. I will remain nameless for the sake of this person's job! Came in on a Sunday (4/9/2017) to receive a 60-minute massage for both me and my mother and the experience was WONDERFUL. Although neither of us are members, the staff was kind enough to squeeze the two of us in on the weekend. We walked in and were kindly greeted by three lovely ladies at the front desk, who then asked us to fill out some quick paperwork about our medical history and massage preferences. After filling out the questionnaire, we were quickly lead to the tranquility room where we waited less than 5 minutes for both our masseuses. My masseuse Nikki was extremely pleasant and exceeded my expectations, especially since this was my first massage ever. She asked during the massage if pressured needed to be adjusted and cooled the temperature of the massage bed to my liking as well. She made sure to focus on the tension in my back since I listed it as one of my problem areas. My mother too loved her massage and had no complaints, which surprised me because she can sometimes be a hard person to please. I'm still debating about signing up for a membership because $780/a year is a steep price for only massages but I'll definitely be returning back again because of Miss Nikki. third time and I thought this was going to be my new regular center to visit. Why is it getting worse as it grows? New management? Do they switch them around from locations?? My first time there was so great! What happend? differant owner because its a spa now and they do facials??? SOOO FRUSTRATED!! Frontdesk was snippy from the get go. Yes, They were busy but it was a very rude way to set the tone. When I spoke with Manager she didnt have the answer for anything. I had to call my home center when I left to get simple answers and find out the stuff she did say was wrong. The Massage was good. Although my time got cut short. When I left I spoke with a girl just to let hr know and she argued with me and told me I was wrong that she was timing it! I wasnt trying to get money back or anything I just wanted to make someone aware, boy did that backfire. I was pretty much called a liar infront of other customers. also when I was leaving I walked down the hall and happend to see folded sheets on the floor! I Hope they werent going on the bed! Dont get the room near the breakroom! Unless you want to hear about the therapists personal relationships! I know thats a lot of negative but I will state the positives Great location! Beautiful and relaxing decor clean bathroom! The therapist was good and had a great personality They use Murad I would go see that Therapist again but unfortunatly the frontdesk ruined a posible client for her. This place used to be so much better than it is now. I don't know if it went under new management or just decided it was better to be difficult but they have a new policy that states someone underage (even if they are 17) has to have an adult in the room for the ENTIRE MASSAGE. I have visited this location about 4 times now and it gets better every time I go back. The front desk workers are nice and friendly and are always ready to assist me in finding the right therapist for my needs. I have received massages from a different therapist each visit, to find a favorite, but I consistently leave relaxed and satisfied. I work on my feet a lot and have been exercising regularly lately to get in better shape, which led me to look into getting a monthly massage. I tried a couple places out in the area but ultimately ended up with this business and location specifically for their high quality work, plus the membership deal and pricing isn't bad either.
