After a consultation, you recline in something like a lawn chair, fully clothed with bare feet. Your feet and hands are massaged using pressure that's firm but not painful. I have tendon issues and on-and-off plantar fasciitis in one foot, and this felt really, really good. I felt my stress melting away within minutes Just a heads up about the location: despite the peaceful music playing, you can still hear trucks and cars going by on the BHP and any conversation going on in the reception area, which is shared with a chiropractic office. So, the walls are a bit thin. BUT Grace is truly fantastic and her rates are quite reasonable. I recommend her!

My husband and I recently visited Ruby Spa and booked the 90-minute his-and-hers massages…read more I had Eva, and she did an amazing job! She took her time, was attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire massage. I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend her. Unfortunately, my husband's experience with Lisa was very different. He felt that there were too many pauses throughout the 90-minute massage, and at times it seemed like she was even falling asleep. There was also some talking going on a couple of times, and it was noticeable that the massage had to be slowed down or adjusted. Whatever the reason, my husband did not feel that he received the full 90-minute experience he paid for. He left very disappointed and said that if this had been his first visit to Ruby Spa, he probably would not have returned. We paid for a 90-minute massage, so we expected 90 minutes of consistent, attentive service. I would definitely return because Eva did an excellent job, but based on my husband's experience, there is room for improvement in consistency and attentiveness. Hopefully, the management will take this feedback seriously because we really wanted to enjoy our experience together.

She seemed annoyed that I was even in the store. I was told that they weren't taking appointments that were booked online. She said I should have never been allowed to book online and that my confirmation email was not sufficient for my appointment. She refused my service and said I'd have to call later to book because she was busy and didn't have time to book me in person. I just smiled and said okay. I acted like her rudeness and lack of customer service was acceptable, but it most certainly was not. There are far too many day spas in the area for me to rebook with the rudest service I've ever had and any spa.

Not only that I had her for a post op lymphatic drainage massage. She had me stand the whole time and only worked on my incision. That is not a lymphatic massage. Besides the fact it is not even sterile to burp on me in my open wound!!!! I am still annoyed. Then she had the nerve to ask for a tip and when I did not tip her she texted to ask again! Awful all the way around! I have had lymphatic massages before her and after her and I know what they are supposed to be. Certainly not this and no way would I ever had said yes if I was warned of the gross burping!
