Amazing strong pressure massages. Been here at least 10 times over last few years. Highly recommend for strong massage.

Very friendly, clean & comfortable. Only thing i didn't like was the room we had (front room) was hardly private. You can hear the people walking in the entrance & the little curtains that serve as the door (i guess) made me feel weird getting dressed/undressed as you could see through the small crack between the curtains. If i remember correctly the walls did not go all the way up to the ceiling either so it was very very easy to hear the foyer. Tbh, you can't beat the quality of the massage & masseuses though so I'd still go back & just request a different room. read more

The is right next to the pizza shop, which is nice if you're hungry after a massage. The place was clean I had just did a walk-in for 1 hour massage, I don't remember the lady's name but she did a good job on my back and my shoulders. I had just come from the gym so it helps out a lot. Only thing I didn't like is how the privacy the area is right as soon as you walk-in the entrance you can see right into the first massage area. Got a one hour foot massage. The chair is literally in the waiting area/entranceway. Everytime the door opens a blast of cold air came in which was annoying as it already was cold inside. Also people talking wasn't relaxing and my massage girl talked to someone that came in as well as co worker. Chair was not comfortable at all. Girl also wore gloves so the feel of plastic on your skin especially when she didn't have lotion was annoying and hurt. I won't go back read more

My husband I went for a couples massage. I have to say they took us at 9 when they were supposed to closing and not only did they do a great job they were strong. They were pleasant to deal with. They literally get up on the table a couple of times through the massage. I had Judy and my husband had Lisa. Judy did a great job with just enough pressure. My husband had Lisa and she was really strong too thought he might have to tell her to back the pressure off a bit. We have absolutely nothing bad to say! So... I was recently looking for a Replacement Spa for my daughter & myself. We usually go to HAND & STONE, but because it was a last minute kinda thing they didn't have 2 appointment together so we decided to try somewhere new...big big MISTAKE!!!!!!! My daughter is a Rowen Student so I usually go up every other week to visit, so we figured we'd try somewhere close to her & upon looking up spas I came acrossed Rubys... most of the reviews were good so I figured, why not. Plus their prices were good, so we went with the 90 minute massage! Right off the bat, they asked if we wanted to do them together...we opted to do them separately but they kinda said no nicely. So okay not really 2 big of a deal. They start our massages & right away the lady is pushing so freaking hard on me so I asked her 2 please not apply some much pressure because it's hurting, she says okay but still keeps pushing super hard !!! 10 minutes into it my daughter tells her massage therapist to go easy on her... atleast she let up on her. After an hour and 10 minutes there done and just walk out !!! Me & My daughter are looking at each other wondering where they went, so we just laid there thinking they would come back in...but NOPE. !!! So we got dressed & went out to pay... and as luck would have it they charged us for the full 90 minutes !!! I was gonna pay by card, but they charge An extra $6.00 to pay that way... so I paid by cash and only had $10 left over to tip with so I gave them the $10!!! Well the old man who rang me up told me that was to low for a tip & I needed to pay more $$$$$ for the tip... by then I'm just staring at him thinking did he really just say that 2 me??? So I politely told him that was all the cash I had on me N he just got Nasty!!! So needless to say that was our first & last trip to RUBYS SPA !!!!!!! VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL read more

I just got the most amazing massage by Cici!!!! I called after I got off of work and asked for a 5:15 appt. They were very sweet and accommodating answering questions over the phone! This place is very clean and has an amazing ambiance especially considering the very reasonable prices. Cici gave me the most relaxing 60 minute massage including hot towels, hot stones, essential oil, light and deeper pressure and she focused on some of my tense areas without me prompting. I was given a 2 hour massage as a gift from my daughter. The spa atmosphere appeared clean and very calming. Staff were skilled , professional and welcoming. Usually I am apprehensive about exposing my body however, the masseuse made me feel comfortable to undress and respectably placed the towels where necessary. She hit every troubled area and I left feeling relaxed and wanting to return. I highly recommend Ruby Spa. Finally a massage that I can enjoy. Really a relaxing and pleasant suprise. Clean and comfortable spa from the moment I walked in I felt relaxed. Grace the owner is very nice. I took an hour massage and was put in a nice room, very cozy and the attendant came in. A young lady who gave a really good massage. After she used some hot stones and massaged my scalp. She finished with a gentle face massage. I will be back soon and I am bringing my wife. They have a couples room and I think it will be a nice treat for us both to enjoy this place. I did get a discount because they are advertising it right now so the owner took $10 off the price. Not a bad stop for $50 and I did too the girl too. They allowed my fiance and I to use 2 groupons to get a couple's Swedish massage for 50 minutes and it was fantastic! The environment was very quiet, relaxing and everyone was so nice and professional. We were able to get an appointment the same day which was great. After using the oil they used hot towels to massage and wipe off any excess oil so we didn't feel greasy when we left. They gave us complimentary bottles of water afterwards too! So nice!
