Scheduled a deep tissue massage. Greeted by friendly staff, then to change in back area with robe & slippers. Annie came to get me and thus far I highly recommend her. The massage was thorough and she worked on my shoulders as I asked. Once done I had water , changed and checked out. I recommend this spa!

FRAUDULENT CHARGE! I've always wanted to try Spa Via. I had a spa finder gift card that would expire if I didn't use it soon. I saw a Facebook ad for $20 off first visit. On the same post I asked if they take spa finder gift cards and they said they did. They did not mention it would not work with the promo (see picture attached.) So I went and had a great massage by Allison. The front desk person was welcoming and thorough in explaining the Covid options and changed. I left my massage feeling relaxed, only to be told I couldn't use the gift certificate with the discount. I told her I specifically asked on the same post and was not told they couldn't be combined, and that's the reason I drove from Berlin to Moorestown rather than going somewhere closer. She called the manager who said if I could show the Facebook page they'd honor it, but I was not able to find it then. I left the $75 gift certificate plus $5 cash (with the discount it should have been $79) and $20 cash for the tip and walked out! Today I looked at my credit card and saw I was charged $30.56 which I assume was the discount and tax. I would have still been mad, but would not have fought it if they had asked, but I did NOT authorize them to use my credit card. I didn't even give them my credit card. So this was a fraudulent charge. Really bad business practice to have me leave mad after a relaxing great massage, where I may have gone back to and recommended, and instead I'm telling everyone my experience.

I was misdiagnosed twice for what turned out to be a garden variety fungal infection. It seems when they don't know what they are looking at they fall back on doing a core biopsy. When I requested to see a real doctor I was informed that she wasn't taking new patients, so it was the incompetent PAs or nothing. I spoke to the office manager who tried to convince me that the PA who treated me has been with the practice for 5 years so just as good as seeing the Dr. Seeing I was getting nowhere with this practice I went to another local practice who had no problem scheduling me with a real Dr. who immediately and accurately diagnosed my issue.

If you want to be harassed every time you visit they bring up your bill not being paid, but are not…read moreavailable to provide update on your test results. They send an text message informing you of your bill and 4 days later call you at work to say you have an outstanding bill. Even if you switch to reg mail they still call you even if you have not physically received your bill. I never met with a physician but with a Pa, but the charge is still the same. So if you want to have frequent calls regarding your bill, which this practices, then this is your place. Professional curtesy customer service is lost here.

I had my hair colored by Rose, and she completely missed the mark--it looked nothing like what I…read moreasked for. I spent over eight hours in the salon for foil highlights and a cut, a service that should have taken around three hours. It got so bad that the owner had to step in to take Rose's other clients that day. Later, I received a call from Alicia apologizing for both the poor results and the horrible experience. She admitted it should never have taken that long and offered a redo of whatever I wanted to make up for it. Fast forward to when I called to schedule the redo--I was told the earliest appointment was three months out. Then, despite being promised that the next service would be fully covered, I was informed that I had to pay for the cut because my complaint was only about the dye. Even though my experience was awful and I was treated poorly by Rose, I agreed to pay for the cut because I needed it before getting my color fixed. A week before my appointment, they called to tell me that the stylist for my cut was out, but they could still do the color. However, if I wanted my original stylist to do the cut, I'd have to wait another two months. When I expressed frustration, I was rudely told that they are a "pre-booking salon"--as if I hadn't already waited three months. They expected me to get my color done first and then wait two more months for the cut, which isn't how balayage works. I asked if someone else could cut my hair before the color appointment and was told no one was available on that day. Eventually, they squeezed me in a week earlier, and I paid $80 for the cut. On top of that, I was upsold an oil and deep conditioner for $125 because they claimed my hair was dry and coarse. Finally, when I came in for my "on them" redo of the dye, I was charged $30 just to have my hair blow-dried, so I wouldn't leave looking like a wet dog. I thought this was supposed to be a complimentary service! And to make matters worse, the junior stylist who did the blow-dry didn't even do a good job. On top of everything, the redo dye was a balayage, and when the stylist started, she told me that achieving the look I wanted would take multiple appointments costing nearly $300 each time, plus an additional $60 if I wanted it blown out before leaving. She was able to do some balayage but said she mostly just needed to fix the terrible lines and blend my hair before she could actually create the look I asked for. Like an idiot, I booked another appointment because I'm getting married and wanted my hair to look good. But two weeks before my next appointment, I found out through a Facebook post (not from the salon) that the stylist no longer works there. Was the salon even planning to tell me? Were they going to wait until the last minute--or not tell me at all? The whole process was supposed to involve two appointments spaced six weeks apart to achieve the balayage look. Now, thanks to their lack of communication, I'm left scrambling to figure out what to do before my wedding. This entire experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. Their attempt to keep my business was a complete joke, and I will never be returning.
