I just had a massage here today! I was feeling achy, and I had a really sore spot right in the middle of my back. Sandy, who is an absolute sweetheart, managed to work out my knotted muscles without causing any pain. I didn't even have to tell her where it hurt, she just knew! This place is a little slice of heaven... seriously! I've been going to an Asian massage place in philly for almost a decade and when I moved back to jersey, I was sadly disappointed with every massage I had... until I found Sandy's! I particularly like very strong, deep tissue massages that work out all my kinks and knots. These ladies may be small but they are strong and give a great therapeutic massage! I've now be going here for almost a year. I tend to go anywhere from 1-4 times a month and I'm ALwAYS looking forward to my next appointment. Sandy's has definitely become my guilty pleasure. I had a horrible knot in my right shoulder and after some research i came upon Sandys. The woman who did my massage took her time and really worked my shoulders and lower back. I liked that she inquired whether the pressure was ok on the different areas of my back and shoulder. It'S important to know what your clients need as everyone's idea of a relaxing massage is different. Wow stopped by hear after hearing from friends that they're clean, professional and super strong. My back has been sore forever and I figured why not stop by before vacation. They were very accommodating as I called ahead 15-20 minutes and they were able to take my friend and I both. They take cash only, you pay before the massage. Rooms are clean and quiet and my masseuse was amazing. I wish I caught her name but she really worked me over. Asked if I liked a hard or softer massage and usually when I go anywhere I say hard and I'm disappointed or have to repeatedly instruct the masseuse to go harder. A perfect therapeutic massage from a tiny tiny chick. Unbelievable! Love this place and will definitely come here from now on then crossing into China town for a massage. Highly recommend anyone to get a manage here they're super professional and clean and really work with you on problem areas. Personally my masseuse didn't even need instructions. For this area Sandy and her spa get a lot of attention. Sandy has built up quite a following over the last few years. And, for good reason, she's a clever astute business woman who has managed to not only ply her trade but parlay it into a very successful business. Primarily due to her intelligence, drive and motivation. Aside from the intelligent and enlightening conversations you can have with Sandy you will come away very relaxed after receiving a massage. Sandy gets booked early and she has a staff to take care of customers she can't get to. Like most, if not all reviews, this place is amazing. Impromptu massage for me, as I was on my way to Philly, so I decided to stop by and see for my self. Amazing!!! My therapist was Kiko. I had never had an hour massage. Only therapeutic massage for carpal tunnel syndrome and also a numbness in my calf, and half hour massage at the chiropractor. That said, i did not feel this massage was "therapeutic" She didn't seem to know anything about how to get the knots out. Just heavy duty rubbing. (For example, other massage therapists have bent my arm, lifting the scapula to reach those muscles better.) Plus the masseuse, not Sandy, didn't speak English so I wasn't able to tell her that I was not happy with her technique. This was a gift certificate so I didn't choose this place. Sandy is the absolute sweetest! And she's so great at what she does! She's also super accommodating to scheduling. I have so many back issues and she's the only massage therapist that helps. It's a very therapeutic massage, no spa BS. I go here when I'm really hurting and she always finds the issues and even ones I didn't know were there. And their prices cannot be beat! read more

This place is definitely my new addiction. No this is not your foofy swedish massage spa type atmosphere, but they truly give GREAT massages, and get out every knot and kink in your muscles. I have been here twice this week because for the price of two massages, you would only get one going elsewhere. I had Kim Sue both times, and this woman has magical healing hands. I am a former massage therapist, and have to say its the best massage i've ever had. I was a bit skeptical at first seeing it was in a small strip mall next to a hair salon and grocery store, but don't let that deter you. Another added perk is they incorporate hot stones for no additional charge, when other places always charge extra for that. She was very strong, and beyond thorough, focusing on every muscle in my body, from my shoulders, legs, arms, head, feet, chest and even my stomach. That style of massage is truly rare to come by these days, it is amazing for promoting circulation and relieving tension. I am extremely disappointed because I was so excited for this massage. I asked for a 60 minute massage and 30 minutes was spent getting hot stones rubbed on my upper back and shoulders (not complaining) that I did not ask for. I asked her to focus on my lower back and she continued to dig into my shoulders. The rest of the time she spent literally palpating the rest of my body. She barely touched my lower body which was what hurt most. Maybe it was my fault as I should have mentioned more what I wanted but she never asked. Lastly, I would like to add that I am not one to not tip when it is deserved. As I was walking out, she then asked me if I had left the tip in the room for her and I was speechless. Many reviews had talked about how great all the girls were so I never asked for a specific masseuse but maybe mine was having a bad day or something.
