Our appointment was for 4pm and at about 4:20, when we were still sitting there waiting, I asked the man at the front how much longer it would be. He said ten minutes because they were running behind. Now, I understand that can happen and that's fine. But no one said anything to us about being a half hour behind schedule when we came in, which I think is ridiculous. Then we finally get into the room. The relaxing music was only on in the main space and not in the rooms. The bed was hard as a rock and cold. My boyfriend's masseuse was male, and it bothered me that no one asked me if I was comfortable with that given the fact that I was practically naked in the room as well. My masseuse and his kept talking throughout the massage. Both massages were incredibly rough and felt rushed. When my masseuse went to get the hot stones, she left the door to the room half open. I know we're under sheets, but still. We could hear everything happening at the front desk, all the people talking, the doorbell ringing whenever someone entered or exited. It was far from a relaxing experience and incredibly disappointing considering the cost. Not worth any of it in my opinion.
