I got my lips done and loved them in 2017. I went back again for touch ups and again for more filler over a course of time! She injected incorrectly in my mucocutaneous line, also known as the wet dry boarder, which caused this. (I'm not a professional, obviously this is what I have been told when searching for places to get my lips fixed!) She lifted up my lip and injected underneath and once finding out what happened to my lips, I asked why this happened and she said she didn't even inject there. Things like this can happen, When the lips migrate I get that, however, when an injector injects right into that spot underneath your lips, and then lies, that's a big difference !!! When going back, doctor Brenza kicked me out of the office and told me I was never allowed to return. I went to many different doctors and they said she has to be the one to fix it and dissolve it. One plastic surgeon even wrote her a letter saying that it may need to be cut out at this point bc it could be scar tissue. My lips are so un even. I found one doctor that did try dissolving it and it didn't budge.. however, nobody wants to try to refill them, she should fix them. I have tried to reach out to her because the last picture is 2023 TODAY my lips look worse and the lumps underneath are bigger than before. She ignores all my messages when all I ask her to do is look at them to see if there is anything she could do. Just be careful if you ever go here!!!! She fooled me with being the nicest person ever!! Also, don't try and say you tried to fix the problem like you do in these other comments. You left me with botched lips for years and they have only gotten worse! I will continue to spread the word.

When she finally comes back, she demands my pin code for my card, and at this point, i'm getting really weirded out so I said "okay. I'll type it in for you" and she just chuckles and leads me to this weird ass back room where another woman is. Then, she's standing OVER MY SHOULDER trying to watch me type in my PIN number! I cover up the key pad and both women start to laugh. The card for whatever reason wouldn't go through (which didn't make sense because it absolutely had money on it) and she just said "oh it no work" and I'm like "right okay. I'm gonna go. This is weird." And she didn't even try to get me to stay, she just said "ok we see you next time" and I was like uh no. You won't. I called my bank to cancel my card. I'm not usually this paranoid, I'm a 25 year old broke college student working 2 jobs, so if they wanted to steal my life savings, they wouldn't get very far, but they were literally taking ALL of my information in this private back room and couldn't care less about taking my $70 for my massage. I got such a weird sketchy vibe coming here I will absolutely never go back. So uncomfortable and unpleasant.
