From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a calm, peaceful atmosphere that instantly made us feel at ease. The massage itself was incredible--our therapists were so skilled and intuitive. They listened to what we needed and worked out all the tension without it being too intense. I was so relaxed, I actually fell asleep during the massage! That's how good it was. I woke up feeling lighter, looser, and completely recharged. The couples room was cozy and serene, with dim lighting and soft music that made it feel like a total escape. My partner felt the same--we both left feeling calm, refreshed, and connected. If you're looking for the perfect couples getaway, even just for an hour, Luna Spa is the place. We'll definitely be back soon. As it was my birthday they sung happy birthday to me extremely polite!!

I went to the place, I understood it was early in the morning still kinda around 11-12 ish. There was a couple masseuse in the back sitting down relaxing but it's understandable. The places was very clean and had some type of bamboo flute playing on the tv for background music which was nice and calming, they do accept card which is really good. The private massage rooms were behind closed doors and very clean and comfortable, I disrobed myself fully and laid on the table and the lady came a little bit later and asked if I wanted a soft or medium massage. I told her medium due to having a sore back and it really needed work, but I laid there and was thinking she mostly touched the glutes more then anything but I liked the massage and enjoyed the time.

My neck and shoulders were KILLING me. I really needed someone to beat all my tension out of me…read moreand make my muscles and tendons behave. I asked a local women's Facebook group for suggestions and a few mentioned this place. I didn't want anything fancy - frankly, I'd just been to Peru and Turks and Caicos and had indulged in some wildly expensive (to me!) spa services, but I didn't need all that for this. They quoted me $60 for 60 minutes. DONE. I came out of there battered and bruised, but it was what I wanted and what I needed. Fast forward 36 hours and I'm feeling so much better - no more neck or shoulder pain. The massage started with kneeding over a thin blanket, then that was eventually removed. Nicely warmed oils were added to my body (no particular smell) and finally, hot stones were rubbed over my back. Sigh. A few comments: Language can be a barrier - speak slowly and clearly. Tell the ladies what you want and need them to focus on and how long you'd like timewise. If I hadn't spoken up, I think they would've just done whatever your standard massage was. The ambiance is pretty basic, but I got a private room with a heated pad to lie down on. No fancy smelly essential oils here. The background music was not annoying. Speak up if you want a little more or a little less pressure. The lady who was giving me a massage asked me several times, so I appreciated that she checked in. For those curious and need to know - take off as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

She seemed annoyed that I was even in the store. I was told that they weren't taking appointments that were booked online. She said I should have never been allowed to book online and that my confirmation email was not sufficient for my appointment. She refused my service and said I'd have to call later to book because she was busy and didn't have time to book me in person. I just smiled and said okay. I acted like her rudeness and lack of customer service was acceptable, but it most certainly was not. There are far too many day spas in the area for me to rebook with the rudest service I've ever had and any spa.
