I had the pleasure of a 90 minute massage by Nicole today -- it was pure bliss. I made a scheduling mistake and showed up 30 mins late and was completely fine with just a 60 minute massage because I screwed up the time -- Nicole gave me the full 90. I would highly recommend a massage from her. I can't wait to go back! Update: I've been to Nicole 3 times already since my last massage and each time is better than the last. I've been coming to her for maternity massages and holy moley-- she's a goodness! Just had a foot reflexology & maternity massage with her in my third trimester and i think my feet are on pillows. Definitely recommend. read more

Great experience, owner is so nice, my boyfriend and I enjoyed a couples massage and came out feeling so good! Definitely returning!

The most professional and clinical licensed massage therapist in the area. Nicole goes above and beyond safety protocols to keep you safe during Covid 19 and I am sure after. Her practice sits within a Doctors office and you will receive the very best therapy to heal your body. I recommend all of my Personal Training clients to Life Essential Massage. read more

I went in for back pain and plantar fasciitis. Nicole provides a high quality therapeutic service, and she has friendly and patient customer service. The room is nicely set up for a relaxing environment with good lighting. Unlike other LMT providers, essential oils / aroma therapy seem to be included as part of the service, and the oils and essential oils used are natural and of good quality. The session lasts the full duration as advertised (you don't lose time for discussing and getting ready, etc.), and the rate is very reasonable with a great introductory rate discount and a loyalty card discount for repeat customers. read more

I took the advice of the the previous reviewers of the talented therapist, Nicole. I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday evening and was able to have an appointment for the upcoming Monday, which was fortunate as it was the last day of my scheduled vacation. Upon booking my appointment very late in the evening, I received a text indicating that my appointment request was received, and a follow up text the next morning (Sunday) confirming my appointment for Monday morning. I thought this was easy and convenient. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by Nicole's welcoming smile. After the short first time client questionnaire was complete, I was taken to the therapy room, where Nicole asked me questions about what I was trying to achieve with this session, if I have any areas of pain, and what type of firmness I preferred. The last part is important for me, as I have been to other therapists that do not ask this, and I always find the pressure of the massage to be light for my liking. The session itself was certainly the best I have ever received out of the 6-8 I've had in my life. I highly recommend the services of Nicole and I will be back to her many times in the future. She truly is excellent at what she does. read more

I decided to try Life Essential Massage 2 days ago. I was very excited because of the great introductory rate. When I walked into the building, I hesitated a little but then soon I realized 1st floor has different other offices. In few minutes Nicole came down and took me to the second floor. As soon as I entered the room, I was very impressed. It was very neat and decorated very pretty. She mentioned and made me smell a different variety of Aroma Therapy oil and made me pick which one I liked the best. Nicole was very professional. She made me so comfortable and Cozy. Nicole uses hot towels , which I also have never seen any other professional massage place using. Today, I even received a personal Thank You card from her. I highly recommend her and will definitely go there again. Her regular price is even lower than some places introductory price. read more

I'm not sure why there aren't more reviews here! Upon arrival, Nicole made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She has a great, soothing demeanor and you can tell immediately upon meeting her that she really cares about her clients. The building was easy to find and the room itself was very clean and provided such a relaxing setting. This was my first time getting a massage in a non-large 'spa' setting. I will never go back. I feel like Nicole really took the time to get to know what I wanted from my session with her. I didn't feel rushed or overlooked at any point during the session. I had been going through a stressful period in my life and was so happy to leave the session relaxed and feeling like I had done something special for myself. If you live in the area and are in need of a relaxing pick-me-up or some "me" time, don't hesitate to see Nicole :) read more

Nicole is hands down the best. I went to her for a prenatal massage and highly recommend. I will be back as soon as I'm back on my feet!

I was so incredibly happy to find an amazing massage therapist so close to me. I never have much luck when I ask for firm pressure, but Nicole nailed it! The facilities are immaculate, her room is warm and inviting, and I love her use of essential oils. I am definitely rescheduling. I highly recommend Nicole! read more

Just finished my 60 minute massage with Nicole and it was beyond amazing. So amazing that the only downfall about the massage, was that it only lasted 60 minutes! I will definitely do 90 minutes next time. As soon as I walked in, Nicole was there with the new client form (medical questionnaire, etc.) waiting to greet me. She was very easy to talk to and answered any questions I had. The massage room was very clean and pleasing to the eye. The bed even had a heating pad that felt very nice on my back. On a more important note, Nicole's hands work wonders! I've had my fair share of (great) massages but something about this one was very different. It felt very thorough and systematic, like every move her hands and fingers made was literally releasing something from my body. She dug into places I didn't even realize needed to be soothed. Also, her introductory rate can't be beat. If you haven't been to Life Essential and can't decide if these reviews are bogus, I can tell you, they're not! You will not regret it! read more

I've been going to Nicole for several years now. She is the absolute best, I haven't gone anywhere else since. Her space is comfortable, welcoming and relaxing, as well as neat and clean. The massage table is padded and heated so you'll never want to get up. I always get a 90 minute massage when I go. She works out all of my knots and tension, which can't be easy to do. I always feel like a million bucks the next day. You can tell she's not only VERY knowledgable, but that she also cares. I've recommended her to everyone I know. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! read more
