She is so incredibly observant and detail oriented that she does not miss a thing. The process from start to finish is near perfection- and that applies to both finger nails and toes. Typically, I'd be more open to a pedicure elsewhere or by others, but nobody will take care of your ingrown toe nails or cuticles like Mia. As for the facility- Hi Tech is very clean and I love that you can book appointments online. I can typically get away with booking about a week in advanced to reserve a time that works best with my schedule.

Upon arrival, there was a slight argument between the employees I guess there was a mis-communication between them so I didn't feel welcomed but after I was told to sit-down, things calmed a bit and my nails are all fixed and good to go. She said she couldn't remember. I have a photo with how she left my nails before she handed me the file because she's un willing to make a simple almond shape. On top of that, she kept trying to up-charge me, not even offer a simple apology let alone a discount for spending 50 minutes of my time finding my own nails in a nail salon that I'm paying for to relax in be in and out in an ample amount of time, when I have a meeting 90 minutes from my appointment time. They literally just send me home without even color on my nails. They even had the audacity to come in my ear and tell ME to hurry up that my nail tech has more appointments. Wow. I think they are racist and classless. They told me to "NEVER COME BACK." If I'm not getting my nails done I don't understand why I would. The last time I was here, my nails were lumpy and uneven, but I thought I would give them another chance. I'm vastly disappointed, I feel discriminated against, and I think this business needs to be shut down.

I've been coming here for about 4 years now, and I have never felt more welcome. Jenny and Rachael are so terrific; truly nail artists. I'm so picky and they always work with me and make sure my nails are perfect! I've definitely had some "grass is greener, right?" moments in the past four years. I've been to two salons, to which I will NEVER return, and one place which was roughly the same service (although, I had to go back to get my nail fixed 2x in 4 days) but it was more expensive. I usually visit another location and familiar with the Gel X service. I asked about pricing and was informed there would be an increase in price for shaping the nails. I was confused because with Gel X the nails are already shaped and in different sizes ( short, medium square nails and more).
