I just received notification that this nail salon is using the photo promoting it on Yelp, the one currently seen of my boyfriend's feet that I posted 3 years ago in a review in which I gave this place a 1 out of 5. We both got pedicures, he was charged $5 more because he was told at the register "men have dirty feet." I posted the picture to make a point that he has beautiful feet, probably nicer than mine, less product was used, less time was taken, and yet he was charged more and insulted on top of it. For the record, I DO NOT APPROVE OF THE PHOTO BEING USED TO PROMOTE THIS NAIL BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY ARE POSTING IT IN BAD FAITH AND IT IS MISLEADING AS IT WAS NOT POSTED AS A POSITIVE, IT WAS POSTED AS PART OF A NEGATIVE REVIEW!!! They were very rude on the phone and confusing on website so I had no idea what to expect as far as services before I went. They rush everything and don't cut cuticals or bother taking off old polish. I got a simple polka dot design and they were all different sizes. This place is great. Good for guys or girls, boyfriends too. Nice pedicure machines and good variety of service offerings. The technicians take their time and you can tell they care about the work they're doing on your nails. If you want good service and an even better set of nails, this place will not disappoint you. I've recommended it to everyone I know that does their nails and none have been disappointed. Must try! read more

As a first time customer I was not disappointed. Jenni did a beautiful job on my ombre gel nails and Lisa did my French toes. This is the first time since the pandemic that my mani pedi was not rushed. Ty girls. You have gained a new customer. read more

Since I recently moved to Medford, I have been using this nail place for my manis and pedis for the past few months, and I must say I give it a thumbs up. Even though there are nail salons probably every 1/4 of a mile around here - they really aren't all the same. At Forever Nails, they are courteous and give great manis and pedis. The massage they give you during a pedi is longer than the usual 20-second one you get at other places & the price is the same. Also, if you pay cash, they deduct 2% from your total. You can just walk in and most of the time the wait is only a few minutes as they have a decent number of staff ready and waiting to accomodate. I also like this place because they don't talk your head off while you are getting your services. They pretty much let you be. I always grab a gossip magazine - not only because they are fun to read but because I don't really want to make small talk with them as it's usually a break for me when I go there. read more

I saw they are under new ownership on Facebook. I've never been here so today was my first visit. My daughter and I went for Manis and Pedis and had the technicians Hannah, Kathy, and Jenny. They all did a fabulous job. Hannah asked if I liked the nail polish color before painting my nails and was a perfectionist about my nails. The prices are MORE than fair especially for the quality of work. The place is clean also. We'll be back for sure read more

I don't get my nails done often so I don't have a regular spot. I recently decided to treat myself to a pedicure. With so many places in town I never know where to go. I decided on Forever Nails on Stokes and glad I did. I didn't have an appointment and was lucky to find that Tammy was available. She made the experience very enjoyable and did a great job! I really want to like this place because the one time I was able to be seen they did a nice job. But since that one time I am never actually able to get my nails done when I go in there. There are always only two women working and when I go in they either just flat out say come back or they tell me it's going to be a long wait. Today no hello when I walked in they lady only looked up. I told them what I needed and she just said 45 minutes, stone cold, no personality. It was just the two women working and the two women they were working on. No one else waiting. It just seems ridiculous. There are so many other nail places within 5 minutes. You'd think they would do a little more to get business. At least they didn't tell me they could do it and then just leave me sitting waiting forever. I will give them that. read more

I went to Forever Nails because my regular place was closed, and it just proved that every time I stray from my favorite places I pay the consequences. This place gets one star for rushing through my pedicure, doing the worst nail polish job I've ever had (I can do better and that's not saying much), and charging $5 more than every other nail salon I've been too. That will be the last time they get the luxury of touching my feet again! read more

All the technicians, especially the owner Jackie, are friendly and do great manis, pedis and waxing. Prices are reasonable and the place is super clean. Much better than other local places - more like "salon quality." read more

I have been here two times, they don't do a good job for pedi/mani. Not enough costs for gel polish, nails chip way too soon.

I went to forever nails last Saturday for my first and last time. I told the lady I would like a French pedicure. She told me that wouldn't look pretty on my toes and I should just pick out a polish. I wanted a French! So as she started doing the French she started talking to the co worker next to her giving a pedicure as well the lady stopped what she was doing to look at my feet and laughed. My pedicure lasted 15 mins, I felt rushed and they made me feel uncomfortable. read more

I have been coming ever since it had opened. I LOVE it here! They may rush if you come 5 mins to closing (person above me) because i know everyone in there and they have familys to go home to in Philly. They always do a great job, no complaints! read more
