It's super easy to make an appointment online and they're always quick to confirm. When you walk in, they're always extremely friendly at the front desk - they have you check in on their iPad and then wash your hands at the back. I've never had to wait more than a minute or two before being sat. I've been bouncing around between nail techs since coming here and have come in with nail art inspo each time and every tech has killed it so far - I honestly don't think you can get anyone bad in this place. Everyone has been easy to talk to and has communicated if they think they can't do a certain design or has been receptive to me communicating any changes to the design. I've never felt rushed or pressured - the most comfortable I've ever felt at a nail salon! The place feels clean and hygienic. They also offer some fun drinks - like Vietnamese coffee or a mimosa, which I think is so fun and truly adds to the feeling of being pampered. Prices are pretty decent for what I get done - I don't think I've ever paid more than $70 even for gel with an intricate 10 nail design. This is also the only place where the gel actually holds up! I always had issues at other salons with it peeling after a week, but I can go up to 3-4 weeks with these! 10/10 I can't recommend this place enough - I drive 20 minutes out of my way (and pass multiple other salons on the way) just to come here.

Showed up about 5 minutes late (traffic!!) and no issues! Got sat immediately and was given colors to choose from. I did not catch the name of who did my nails but it was a man. He was so nice! Made casual conversation but eventually stopped talking (which I honestly appreciated, I'm not much of a talker!) They took my temp and had everyone spaced out. All the employees wore masks and some wore gloves. I wrote in my check in that there were no gloves because my technician didn't have them on but then I noticed others did. Didn't bother me! Kim's work was shockingly **sloppy**; nails were uneven with **gaps in the acrylic** despite being freshly done. She acknowledged the poor quality and told me to return. I wasted time driving back only to be told Lanny wasn't there to fix them. When I finally returned, **Lanny removed my entire set instead of just fixing the four bad nails**, despite me explicitly stating I was **NOT paying for a full redo**. I reiterated this multiple times, even asking if Kim was paying her. Lanny remained silent. **Kim, who was openly avoiding me, finally addressed me only to dismiss my concern about payment, saying "we'll talk about it later," then spoke to Lanny in Vietnamese and walked away.** It was clear Lanny was being forced to fix Kim's mistake. The final, unacceptable straw came with my last appointment with Lanny. I had booked it specifically to tip her for the forced redo, anticipating leaving the salon for good. However, Lanny was **nasty, cold, and deliberately inflicted pain**, pulling my hands roughly and squeezing my ring finger and pinky into my diamond ring repeatedly without apology. Her petty and childish behavior was utterly misplaced; her anger should have been directed at her greedy boss, Kim, not me. After years of loyalty, bringing Christmas gifts, and generous tipping (including for missed appointments), to be treated with such disdain and intentional harm was infuriating. I left without tipping Lanny, as she completely forfeited it with her unprofessionalism. **Kim is a greedy, manipulative fraud who fakes not understanding when confronted with issues.** While Peter and some other staff are kind, the management's unethical practices and the resulting poor service, especially Lanny's behavior, are unacceptable. I will say that my nails lasted for 2 full weeks and looked absolutely stunning! I got so many compliments & I was a happy girl. The only thing I didn't like was that my nails were not cut and/or asked if I wanted a different shape, especially since they were already long to begin with. I definitely should have spoken up, but I didn't and let my technician do whatever. Because of this, my nails started breaking from the middle of my nail by week 2.5. I feel that if I got an almond shape & slightly shorter nails, they wouldn't have broke. Overall, I do like their service & options, so I would still recommend! She didn't wait to see if that was the color she just went and started painting, and was seemingly impatient. I didn't want to deal with her huffing and puffing anymore so I just stuck with the color. Overall, a terrible experience. I don't know what happened during the pandemic, but this place is not what it used to be. It's a hazard. AND, on top of all of that, my gel polish didn't even last a week before it chipped. The place is a general health hazard between them butchering people's nails, lack of sanitation of their tools, and the toxic fumes from what must be their lack of reasonable ventilation.
