Pros - I do like the look of my nails, it was a clean environment Cons - she literally cut the skin on one of my toes and when I pulled my foot out of the water bc it stung, she told me I had sensitive toes - but there's an abrasion there this morning. In addition, every one of my finger nails is cut at each upper corner where they separate the nail from the skin to file - I took a shower this morning and all my fingers and the one toe burned. Not even complaining about the fact that there was too many customers per employee ratio - we all had to wait at some point. I waited 20 minutes to get my nails done (which I do NOT mind waiting if the quality is worth it). This was my first time at this salon, and I won't be returning. Oh! & it cost me $130 for my nails and toes, which I had a small design and dip removal from my nails - no way should this have cost $130!!! & the color selection is minimal. read more

I wanted to love this place since it's close to my house and gave them three tries before posting this review. My first visit was mostly fine except my nails were not properly glued so I was worried water would cause fungus underneath until my next visit. My second visit was also an appointment so I mostly expect to be seen on time. The owner, Nicole, was late and she seems to be the main communicator since the other staff do not speak English. My most recent appointment was a disaster. I was scheduled to see Nicole and she was 40 minutes late. I saw one person who started by the usual drilling off of the gel. She was very slow and generally only does pedicures. There was an assistant who asked if I minded waiting to which I answered I didn't have a choice. There was also another client who appeared to be double booked for Nicole so everyone was 40 minutes behind. I was passed back and forth between Nicole and the first woman. No discount offered and no apology. I won't be going back as my time is important and this is the second occurrence of running late in an appointment centered business. read more

I've been here a couple times, they're pretty inconsistent and definitely not worth the money. The first time I went it was great, the second time it was all right the same day my nail came off. I had to go in a couple days later to get it fixed And they did it free of charge which I appreciate. And I trust at this place. I went in today right at 10 o'clock when they opened and I guess it was this dude's first day because he had no idea what he was doing or where everything was. I already have an issue speaking up when something is not right with my nails, but I also feel like I shouldn't have to speak up if something doesn't look right my nail technician should know. My middle finger is half the size of all of my other nails. my nails genuinely look horrible and the color is inconsistent and blotchy for $75 I shouldn't of been given someone who is in training to do my nails after all the shit is semi permanent with whatever cement they use. The picture makes everything look OK but I did walk out with half the tube of glitter on my pants and on my hands I look a mess now. read more

I started going to Bliss because it was close to home. I only get pedicures & never get the basic - always upgrade. Well, Bliss has so many pedicures to choose from. They are all great! The techs actually set timers to make sure they are on track for the 10,15,20 minute massage you are paying for. I have never left feeling like I didn't get my money's worth. A few times I opted to add the suggested collagen booties (for lack of a better word) WOW your feet feel smooth for days after. The techs are professional, friendly and they take their time. I have never felt rushed. Reading the other reviews, I seem to have lucked out with always getting a well trained employee. If you are looking for fancy designs, I don't believe this is the place for you. I can't speak for the nail service, as I have done my own for years now. If you want a full pedicure then give them a try. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I went in to get my nails done for my birthday and the young man who works there did not ask me if I wanted my nails to be taken off and he took them off removed my previous set which really hurt and then put a set on that did not fit my nails! I asked him to remove them and he did not he tried to file it but it did nothing I kept saying it hurt but u just moved on the nails were to long I wanted a cute design for Halloween and I asked him how much it would be for the whole set with the design he went over to one of the ladies and came back with 50-60$ so I said fine when me and my bf went up to pay they say 95$!!!!!! HE took my nails off without asking to redo my whole set witch was fine for what I wanted then put a set of tips that didn't fit! When i argued with the lady he just lied and said I agreed??!?! NO I did not this place is messed up I saw someone had the same thing happen a day later or before me so I repeat DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! P.S I had to cut and file all my nails because of how tight the nail tips where I tried to make it look cute but im sad I spent so much money for them to be like that to a lot of other people. read more

I am never one to write a review but after my experience today, I cannot keep quiet. I have been getting gel manicures for over 8 years and I have never had an experience this bad. The salon was beautiful and relaxing however, the service I received was horrific. My nail tech coughed the entire time and could not stop sniffling. She first started by drilling my nails so far down that my nails were burning. I should also mention that she drilled more skin than nail. I said "ouch" and she looked at me and kept going. Once she was done drilling to the bone, she poured a whole bottle of acetone on my hands and made me wait so long my skin was burning while she sat on her phone. Again, using the drill, she filed away to the point where my nails are paper thin. At this point, I was completely dissatisfied and asked for a regular manicure. She proceeded to get ice cold water and had me soak my nails for 30 seconds and used the cuticle cutter to aggressively scrape off any remnants of gel. I kept my mouth shut and sucked it up but what really bothered me is the cleanliness of the service. I saw her take the tools she used on me, wipe off the dead skin/polish with a dry paper towel and place them back into the package and into her drawer. Unsanitary is an understatement. I wasted $30 to have a horrible manicure with polish all over my hands and around my cuticles. Next time, I would prefer to do it myself. I will NEVER come back here and advise you to find a place that they will not only provide a better experience but take into consideration being clean. read more
