If my appointment couldn't be accommodated, I would have appreciated being told that upfront instead of waiting around for an answer that was apparently already decided. In the end, I wasted an hour of my time, left with no service, and ended up having to shave. While she was cutting my hair she asked if it was curly. I said yes. My hair is naturally curly. Which when it's wet you should be able to tell. The cut is great she kept my length and did exactly what I asked except when it got to the blow dry. She pulled out a curling brush and the hair dryer had that one nozzle on it that makes a thin stream of hot air. I told her specifically do not straighten my hair. And she said no she was going to curl it. So I let it go. My hair came out straight except for a couple little flips at the bottom. That is not curly. If you dry my hair for 5 seconds and just run your fingers through it it curls all by itself I told her not to straighten my hair to me this is straight. And that is the biggest pet peeve of mine I have naturally curly hair so I like to show it off after a fresh cut.
