The reason I am even giving two stars is because the location was very clean from the time you walk in. I also appreciated that she took me fifteen minutes early. I unfortunately cannot speak highly on the massage. I was REALLY disappointed with it for a couple of reasons. Firstly, it felt INCREDIBLY rushed throughout the entirety of the process. I completely understand that there is only one hour to do a full-body massage, but that doesn't mean you can rush to a point where I am unable to even relax. I have received many one-hour, full-body massages in my life and this one felt like I was being massaged by a very inexperienced person (although I understand she is licensed). Secondly, the experience felt very unprofessional, as if there was no rhyme or reason to what was happening during the service. Cindi mentioned a couple times that she was physically tired from the holiday rush, so I already felt shortchanged. Regardless, please do not charge $60 for a service that you cannot perform to your best ability. If you know I'm paying and you don't feel your best, please still take your time and try to provide a relaxing experience. The whole experience felt very chaotic and I felt very taken advantage of. I feel terribly writing this review, but for $60, I must say it's not worth it. I normally will tip no matter what happens (bad haircut, bad nails, bad food service-- because I do believe in tipping and in treating people well), but I was truly so disappointed and confused as to what I had just experienced that I simply could not add more than a couple dollars additional tip.

He was tolerable at best. Just by ringing the doorbell he seemed irritated: "Its not a house just come inside!!" Btw, um, looks like a friggin house. Next was the sales pitches---he wanted me to spend more money and when I didn't buy in I was given a below average massage. He even compared what a better massage would be if I paid for more time with him. "See if you paid more I could give you this massage *rubs harder*." There is definitely a creeper factor to his personality. Not to mention that I wasn't given the full massage time I paid for. I was completely okay with it though because I couldn't enjoy or relax with him babbling about how wonderful he is, could be or comparing why the larger massage chains are terrible.

The masseur did an hour and charged me for the full hour. I paid at the time and then went home to check my email and confirm that I had requested the 30 minutes before emailing a complaint. He replied saying a half hour barely scratches the surface and he hoped it was worth it. I get the impression that was not an error on his part. 2. The entire time he complained about some college classes he was taking. 3. In addition to the general annoyance of #2 when I'm trying to relax, he made some comments that were 100% inappropriate given that I am a younger female and he is an older male. 4. When I was walking out my back felt like a broken twig and I remember feeling pinches and stings. I had had massages from multiple providers before and I know how I should feel after. I had no idea how this guy stayed in business and to my shock he had someone scheduled right after me. The person scheduled after me was a guy though, so maybe he only scares the women off.

The girl was young around 25 but did not speak proper english. She did not even use oil to massage just her hand. My arms and legs were paining while she was massaging she did not even give a sholder massage. i had to litrally teach her how to massage sholders and where i wanted to be massaged. Her attitude was bad and she was constantly looking at the clock. I though of leaving in 30 mins but since i had already paid thought i better stay for the rest 30 min. I did not feel relaxed after i came out. I told them i would never come again and walked out. I do not reccomend.

I felt a lot of rubbing on my bones (spine, shoulder blade, hip bones) and not much attention to the upper back/neck area which is where most people have tension. The first time I went it was strictly on my back but the second time I was on my back and front. There feels a lack of consistency in the massage itself, going to my low back and then back to my head and back to my low back etc..Pressure was decent and the spa itself is nice, with welcoming front desk staff, water after the massage, and reasonable prices. I would say prices commensurate with quality.
