My first visit over a year ago felt rushed, with two techs working on me at once and filing that cut into my cuticles. I decided not to return at that time. I gave the salon another try recently. I was, again, cut by the nail file. While I was there, another customer came in saying her gel nails had lifted within three days. Unfortunately, I experienced a similar issue. My UV gel nail began lifting after one week. I asked three times for the nail to be removed and redone, but the tech ignored my request and only repainted it. When I asked again, she acted irritated and still did not address the issue. I was charged $10 for a repair that wasn't completed, and the owner defended the charge despite my concerns. Overall, the service felt dismissive and the quality was inconsistent. Based on my experiences and what I witnessed from other customers, I will not be returning.

I was also in attendance for the celebration! The technicians suggested that the girls get gel manicures because they would last longer and my daughter agreed. They decided that they wanted designs on their nails. Her daughter wanted flowers. As the technician painted the flowers on the nails, my daughter and her daughter did not like the way they looked. They did not really resemble flowers and they were off center. The technician removed the design and started over. After she finished, they were still not what she asked for. Although the technicians were pleasant, the overall visit was not what we expected. When it came time to pay for the services, my daughter was shocked at the amount due. She was charged $112 for two gel manicures with designs that were not satisfactory. That was not including a tip for both technicians. I think it was important for the employees to be transparent about the pricing and that was not the case.

She is so incredibly observant and detail oriented that she does not miss a thing. The process from start to finish is near perfection- and that applies to both finger nails and toes. Typically, I'd be more open to a pedicure elsewhere or by others, but nobody will take care of your ingrown toe nails or cuticles like Mia. As for the facility- Hi Tech is very clean and I love that you can book appointments online. I can typically get away with booking about a week in advanced to reserve a time that works best with my schedule.

The nail technician did not even want to have a conversation with you or even help you decide which color was closer to what you wanted. Rather her say "idk it's your choice. It's your toes" This is the worst experience I have ever had. The only reason why I went to this building was because of the advertisement they had in front of their store "gel manicure and pedicure for $40" they were not specific that the pedicure was regular color. It was misleading. Let alone I left after my Gel pedicure of $35 cause the quality was already terrible to even get my nails done. For my nail technician to be 20 years in this field, she was not the best. I had gel polish on my toes so she had to remove the color. She used a filer to get the color off but instead of focusing on my toes she went on my skin and rubbed it so hard now my skin is bruised and burns. Then my water for the pedicure was too cold. The work done in this pedicure was done complete opposite of how a normal pedicure should be. It was not relaxing. It was rushed. And my feet was in the water for no more than 2 minutes and it was out. I was also here with my friend and she got hers done as well. We both did white toes and the way her nail technician did her nails painted onto her skin. They were really rude and spoke in Spanish saying "these people don't tip. And it's the people that have money that don't tip" although I was not happy with the work done on my toes and how she bruised my toe... I still tipped $5. Now I posted a updated picture of my toes after I got out the shower. They are still red since yesterday, 9/22/18. They burn when water touches it.
