I never had a complaint on any of the women or the work. After some time, I decided to try dip powder and got Tracy. She has been my nail tech ever since. They charged me $49 for a dip powder that I left with brush streaks on my nails and on some sides looks like I don't even have color. You also have to purchase your own nail filing kit which I have never heard of. I get my nails done regularly at a higher end salon and I pay $40 for dip.
