I am extremely dissatisfied. I asked for square and she didn't shape them at all. Not even to at least match my natural nail width. They didn't have quite the color I was looking for so I was trying to decide on a different tone and they kept rushing me. Another employee chimes in when I was explaining I wanted acrylic saying it's dip powder in a rude and impatient tone. I apologized to my nail tech for being difficult and all she said was "mmm" without looking at me. The amount of carelessness and lack of effort put into this was not worth the $90 for regular toe nail polish and bulky, unshaped dip nails. I've come here a couple times before and I've been disappointed every time. This was my last straw. I understand it can be annoying and frustrating when a client is indecisive or keeps changing their mind but that gives no right to an employee to half-ass the work or be rude. I'm mostly disappointed that I felt bad for requesting specific colors or styles and that I paid for this anyways. I literally went home and removed them immediately.

This was easily one of the nicest nail salons I have ever been in and I have traveled around the world. Everything in this place is top notch. The beautiful light fixtures are difficult not to take notice of. My nail tech, Naijah handled my manicure and pedicure like an absolute pro! I chose to get French tips on both my hands and feet and she tackled it with the precision of a surgeon! I love this place and would absolutely recommend coming here. At this time they are only taking customers by appointment but are willing to take walk ins if the schedule permits so if you can, call ahead!

First time getting my nails done since January 2020! Very apprehensive to go anywhere and also relatively new to the area, but had a great experience!! -lots of safety protocols in place, felt very at ease and relaxed! Also received a very good quality pedicure and gel manicure, will definitely be a returning customer!

My favorite place! Been there 3 times (they just opened a month ago) and I'll keep going back! it's so pretty and clean inside! They are very welcoming! I get the dip powder. They really take their time when working on your nails. Best place and staff ever!

They were so clean, gentle, kind, and I loved the end results. Definitely found my new spot, and will be recommending them to everyone.

Missing white nail polish on every nail because she rushed

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!! My usual Beauty Nails Salon was not available today so I decided to go to a new place for Valentine's Day emergency where do I even start she cut me hurt my finger when filing my hands .All my nails are crooked and I asked for square regular white French tip NO GEL she gave me gel anyways and DUCK SHAPED . The nails are not even square . Each nail is missing white color on them she went extremely fast and rushed the Full Set And then to top it off then messed up the middle nail and didn't even want to fix it I got charged $50 for a simple full set French tip. The staff was extremely rude when I came in and I called prior to coming in to see if they had availablility before for manicure and pedicure and when she got done rushing my hands she wanted for me to pay , I'm like I called for a pedicure also . I'm from Los Angeles, CA this was my far the worst nail salon and nail experience I have ever experienced never again. Don't recommend any military girls come here or anyone at that! They charged $75 total including the pedicure which she also rushed and burned me with hot water . This place is terrible needs to be shut down. Toes are crooked as well. PLEASE whatever you do do not come here save yourself the money!! . Not to mention they don't listen to what your asking them to do. Very RUDE!!

Just got a fresh white milky French set and I'm in love!…read more Jan always gets it just right -- every single time. She knows exactly what I want and somehow makes it even better. The shape, the color, the vibe... always perfect. If you know, you know -- Jan is THAT girl for nails!

I've been going to Lynn at Tulip Nail salon for many many years (Since 2008/2009--) and I called…read moretoday for a pedicure for myself since I start a new job on Monday. As soon as I walked in, the young lady, not Lynn told me I needed to pick a color that was gel. I asked them if I could just do clear with a design maybe a couple flowers. I was told that if I'm doing a design I had to get gel I told them that I've never been told that in my entire life until today from them. I also don't appreciate being told that I only have one choice if I want something when that is not true, especially in the world of nails and pedicures and manicures I already know what I wanted for myself so that I could start my new job and feel great having a nice pedicure done. The place is always clean, that's why I at least gave one star because it is not the Place, but when Lynn is Not there, these people say Anything to Add to the charges. I don't appreciate that. Listen, I have no problem paying lots of money and tipping well as long as they, listen to what I want. After all, it is my feet and When I had questions about what they were trying to tell me, they said that I just had to get the Gel. they didn't really have any strong concrete reasons behind it other than the up charge, which is kind of ridiculous when I'm sitting there, asking them why they're telling me I have to get one thing or another, I could see if there was some new thing but there wasn't I wonder if Lynn knows how her business is being run when she is not there makes me very upset because I was looking forward to having a nice pedicure today. I'm deeply concerned and discouraged because it would be nice to have a pedicure and patronize my friends salon.

I had an amazing experience at Artistre! My hair was pretty messed up from a salon I went to…read morebefore and Sarah did an amazing job making me feel like myself again. It was my first time, but they had a new location that was gorgeous inside. It's truly a luxury experience. As a new customer I didn't know, tips are cash only.

I had my hair colored by Rose, and she completely missed the mark--it looked nothing like what I…read moreasked for. I spent over eight hours in the salon for foil highlights and a cut, a service that should have taken around three hours. It got so bad that the owner had to step in to take Rose's other clients that day. Later, I received a call from Alicia apologizing for both the poor results and the horrible experience. She admitted it should never have taken that long and offered a redo of whatever I wanted to make up for it. Fast forward to when I called to schedule the redo--I was told the earliest appointment was three months out. Then, despite being promised that the next service would be fully covered, I was informed that I had to pay for the cut because my complaint was only about the dye. Even though my experience was awful and I was treated poorly by Rose, I agreed to pay for the cut because I needed it before getting my color fixed. A week before my appointment, they called to tell me that the stylist for my cut was out, but they could still do the color. However, if I wanted my original stylist to do the cut, I'd have to wait another two months. When I expressed frustration, I was rudely told that they are a "pre-booking salon"--as if I hadn't already waited three months. They expected me to get my color done first and then wait two more months for the cut, which isn't how balayage works. I asked if someone else could cut my hair before the color appointment and was told no one was available on that day. Eventually, they squeezed me in a week earlier, and I paid $80 for the cut. On top of that, I was upsold an oil and deep conditioner for $125 because they claimed my hair was dry and coarse. Finally, when I came in for my "on them" redo of the dye, I was charged $30 just to have my hair blow-dried, so I wouldn't leave looking like a wet dog. I thought this was supposed to be a complimentary service! And to make matters worse, the junior stylist who did the blow-dry didn't even do a good job. On top of everything, the redo dye was a balayage, and when the stylist started, she told me that achieving the look I wanted would take multiple appointments costing nearly $300 each time, plus an additional $60 if I wanted it blown out before leaving. She was able to do some balayage but said she mostly just needed to fix the terrible lines and blend my hair before she could actually create the look I asked for. Like an idiot, I booked another appointment because I'm getting married and wanted my hair to look good. But two weeks before my next appointment, I found out through a Facebook post (not from the salon) that the stylist no longer works there. Was the salon even planning to tell me? Were they going to wait until the last minute--or not tell me at all? The whole process was supposed to involve two appointments spaced six weeks apart to achieve the balayage look. Now, thanks to their lack of communication, I'm left scrambling to figure out what to do before my wedding. This entire experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. Their attempt to keep my business was a complete joke, and I will never be returning.
