I was truly not expecting anything could fix my split, two years with press ons, torn shredded fingernails! Sadie wasn't even phased! She did a rose acrylic for my cruise that is artistic perfection! I am over the moon with happiness and have perfect, absolutely perfect acrylic nails for my cruise! We moved on to a pedicure. I'm missing a half toe nail so think.....another challenge! She fixed the toenail with acrylic and it does not even look injured! Perfection!! The prices were totally fair in line with other salons... most of whom would not do this or this beautifully. Fabulous quality! read more

Bee Nails & Spa - My perfect acrylics by Sadie at Bee Nails! I'm 76! I still like to be pretty! - Nail Salons Near Me - Hainesport, New Jersey

Save your money!!!! There is hair cured into my nails, bubbles everywhere. The tech cut my nails way too short, leaving only one how I had asked. The design looks nothing like the picture I provided. (I asked prior to being seated if she could do said design, she said yes.) Shapes are so far off and uneven. I also have a couple crooked nails. Yes I paid, and yes I left with these nails intact. I was not asking for them to be fixed/redone/removed after this horrible experience. I'm not the type to complain, but I specifically downloaded Yelp to leave this review. I left Bee Nails crying. read more

nice people but the smoke breaks are horrible I don't smoke and have asthma and when you smoke at your back door and the smoke is coming in your shop then come in and that smell of smoke is all over you and I smell it , horrible and the other thing you have to ask for warmer water for your feet to soak in or you will get cold read more

I love this salon they always provide great customer service. Very clean establishment. I've been coming here for years. My daughter comes to get her nails done here and she lives in NYC. The prices are reasonable but you have to bring cash tip. They only accept visa and MasterCard. They provide water and the chairs have Massage features. You can call ahead and make appointments. They have tv and beautiful lighting. If you are in MT Holly try bees and you won't bee disappointed. This a full service nail salon and they also do a great job with eyebrows waxing. I hope you enjoy my review. read more

HORRIBLE! I took my daughter her for acrylic nails and they were just god Awful I mean the sides of the nail weren't even painted and the matte polish left little bumps on the nails and they couldn't do little stones which was a disappointment and the stiletto nail was not shaped right so if you're looking for a place in Mt. Holly to get nails done go to theONE Nails&Spa at 1690 Route 38 suite 7 read more

Bee Nails & Spa - Awful job! - Nail Salons Near Me - Hainesport, New Jersey

WHEWWW CHILE, Nasty Nasty Nasty!!! Just throw the whole doggone shop away! The attitudes I received today was just deplorable! This review is based solely on customer service, because I'm already aware of what type of work is produced from here. I'd never get my finger nails done at this place because the craftsmanship is rushed and sloppy. But other patron's reviews can speak to that, with the added bonus of pictures I might add. I usually stop at this beacon of light to have the crust knocked off my feet with a pedicure before I head over to Hand & Stone for a 2 hour hot stone oiled rub down by the most unattractive heterosexual He-Man on the schedule... it keeps me grounded. But today I stopped in only after I broke a nail next door bagging my own groceries at ShopRite. It was 7:18 pm and the nail shop closed at 7:30. I asked the attention-impaired teenager counting receipts at the front desk if someone could look at my broken nail and possibly fix it. Without even looking at me or said nail, he asked if I could come back on Friday because they were closing. Nevermind the two other customers being serviced or the 12 minutes remaining until an official closing time. I grimaced slightly and said okay as I turned on my heels but then doubled back and asked if I could just have some glue to keep this mug in tack. This time, with a dull look on his face, he asked again if I could "just" come back on Friday. I said, "For Glue?! My nail is only cracked, can it just be glued until I come back on Friday?" I had no intentions of coming back on Friday. The boy turned to a man that I presumed to be the owner and called him Uncle and then told him that I only wanted my broken nail to be glued. The Uncle/Owner, the Uncler sighed very heavily while staring at me. "What? You want glue?!" He said as he snatched the glue from his station and then proceeded to add a single dab "near" the crack on my nail in my swift motion. "There's your glue." I stood there for half a second to see if he was going to look at it to ensure the crack was sealed, but nope. He tossed that glue back onto his station and spoke his natural language and the little ladies in the shop scurried about to ensure that the place was surely closing in record speed. I just bit my tongue and walked out. Now I wasn't expecting a grande ole event and a red carpet for my poor little nail, but as a common patron... a repeat victim of the $5 extra foot scrubs... expected some common courtesy as a nail professionale! Someone who was interested to creating and upholding a culture of care for their customers, a place that deserves your loyalty. HELL NAW! He ain't interested in none of that shit! I went to Tulip Nails in Lumberton at 7:30pm as they were cleaning up for the night and was gladly helped to secure the nail. I tipped them and plan to return for the monthly unhusking of the feet in preparation of the ritualistic Masters Of the Universe rub down at Hand & Stone. I have been going to Bee's Nails for a few years on and off and learned pretty early on that they leaned more towards quantity and not quality. Which is why it only took me once to know that I'd never get my fingernails done again. Only a few times to know that I should always ask for no polish with my pedicures and just this last time to never again take another step in that place. Just remember that convenience is not a good enough reason to stop in this joint, you might as well serve your ole man a few Colt 45's and ask him to hook you up with a full set, white tips. I'll end with this... I told you so. read more

My mom waited over an hour to get a gel manicure done, even though I had made an appointment for both of us. I had an appointment for a gel manicure and normal pedicure and got seated right away, but nobody even looked at my mom the whole time she was there. I understand that they may be busy, but their customer service was horrible and they shouldn't have taken an appointment if they were overbooked. When my mom told them she was not happy with having to wait so long (in a respectful manner), the manager was very rude in return and told her "this is just how it works". My tech was very nice but my mom's afternoon was ruined as she was really looking forward to this. read more

Int daughter made appointments for three of us for my grand daughter 7th birthday she has always wanted to get her nail done are appointment was for 1030 as we waited for over twenty's minutes we were sat in the pedicure chairs with cold water and ignored for another twenty minutes . And we're still sitting here and nothing .This is the worst place it's now 1106 and we're still waiting. Never again will I come . read more

I went there while it happened to be dead only one other person there and three technicians yet the guy who did my nails made me feel rushed. They had a poor selection of gel polish. I paid $30 which included a $5 tip however, after I got home and checked out my nails I realized that they were jagged as if he didn't even file them. They were also painted poorly and to put it bluntly they look like shit. I won't be going back and instead I'm going to have to dish out more money tomorrow to have them fixed. read more

I don't even want to give them a star. I went there yesterday around 630 at night. Not busy at all was sitter right away. I had very long nails asked them to cut them a little, my nails are now down to my finger tips. The technician cut my cuticles several time. Then the paint was completely messed up. I felt as if he rushed the whole time. I will NEVER go there again! read more

Don't waste your money on this place. Horrible service and nasty attitude from employees. I bring my daughter for a simple refill on her acrylics nails and I even pay in advance ending with bad cuts on her cuticles and on even acrylic and no mention the worst paint eve. Do yourself a favor, don't even bother with this place !! read more

This place charges you $5 to scrub your feet, for a regular pedicure. You pay $22 to get your feet wet, and get some polish. They told me this after I got in the chair. Wouldn't recommend this place. Never been asked to pay for scrubbing. I get pedicures every two weeks, so it's not like I needed scrubbing anyways. Appalling. read more

Got a mani and pedi done and they did a great job on my toes, but they did a horrible job on my acrylic nails the lady cut my cuticles and were bleeding and when I went to wash my hands she said I rubbed my hands too hard which is why they are bleeding, didn't apologize or admitted it was her fault read more

My friends took me for my birthday. I spent $69 for a full set "gel" and eyebrow wax. All of the nails on my fingers started peeling up the next day and by that night only my thumbs nails were left; barely intact. I called and spoke to the manager and informed him that "all" of my nails fell off and he told me to come in and get them fixed. When I walked in and spoke with him, he made a big scene in front of customers, saying he thought only one nail fell off and that I would have to pay him full price to get them fixed. Cause I ripped them off! 1. I've been getting acrylics for years, and they have never fallen off. And 2. I make minimum wage and spent $69 to get my nails done... why would I take them off?! I will definitely not be going back here, ever again! Only gave them 1 star, just so I could post this. read more

The wait was ridiculous. we waited for like an hour and a half and they took so many more people before us that had just gotten there. ALL WE NEEDED WAS A REFILL. Absolutely disgusted with this place. Find somewhere better... read more

SUPER UNFRIENDLY AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Avoid! I went in for mani & pedi and allotted myself 1.5 hours for the services. They put me in a pedicure chair to soak for 45 minutes and during that time no one came to me, looked at me, or apologized for the wait! After 45 minutes a woman came and was unfriendly (got the vibe that she hated her job) did my pedicure and took her time to chit chat with her coworkers while putting my pedi on pause. I told her i didn't have time to do mani but would come later and paid for both things. I was told they are open till 8:30pm. came back at 7:30 and was told to come another day. RIDICULOUS! I asked for a refund for a mani I didn't have and $10 was given back to me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never going back and advise others to avoid as well! read more

I go every 2 weeks for a mani, spa pedi, and eyebrow waxing. Helen is my go to! She does great work. Extremely friendly. Takes her time. I can be in and out within 2 hours. Some other reviews comment on the wait, but just like any other nail salon, they get busy and I have heard them ask people to come back. They are pretty straight forward on the wait time. Will usually tell you it's going to be a long time if it is. Their polish selection has defiantly grown since be started coming about a year ago. Overall my favorite place to get myself pampered. read more

Went in on a Saturday morning and requested a full set of Gel nails and eye brow waxing. The technician (can't remember his name) was rough and kept telling me to relax (I was relaxed - he was being rough!). My nails were nicely done, however one started peeling with in an hour of leaving the nail salon. I glued the corner down to make sure it wouldn't lift anymore. My eyebrow waxing was decent. She did a good job but did not put any 'cooling' lotion on afterwards. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The technicians there are very nice but the male manager/owner who works there is very rude. I had an appointment every time I went but still sat for a minimum of a half hour. Honestly I don't even think they write down appointments, everyone is really a walk in. So this past Saturday I had a 3:00 appointment for a nail fill and called at 2:50 to make sure my nail tech was running on time. I live 5 minutes from the salon. The rude male manager said oh yes she'll be on time. I sat in the nail salon until 3:30 until I finally left in disgust....my tech was still drilling someone's nails and had at least another 15 minutes to go. I mean how hard is it to be honest and say she won't be ready come later? The male manager there doesn't care at all about his customers and I would avoid this salon as he doesn't deserve our business. I left and found a new place. read more

The employees here have terrible attitudes. When I first walked in they completely ignored me for about 10 minutes before finally asking what I wanted. I just wanted my eyebrows done. They told me to go sit in the back and the woman who did my eyebrows came in told me to lay down and I said "I just want them cleaned up please" she cuts me off and says "yeah yeah". She then rushes while doing my eye brows and when she finishes she put the mirror in my face and goes "good?" then walks out and turns the lights out on me while I'm still laying on the table. I paid for the service and even gave the woman a tip and after looking at my eye brows when I left they looked awful. There were stray hairs every where and didn't look very clean at all. I will never go here again. read more

I'm giving one because 0 is NOT an option UNFORTUNATELY. I made an appt for 3 pedicures when my daughter and I arrived we were still waiting on my friend to arrive. The woman barked "pick your color!" So we were just like okay we will pick ours while waiting for my friend.... we literally had only looked for 15 seconds TOPS and she goes "okay! Let's go!" And as I look up she's got this irritated look on her face I explain we're still waiting on my friend and she goes " ugh fine!" So we wait maybe another minute or so I happen to look over her way again and she frantically starts motioning us over & says "come on!" Beyond rude with her tone and facial expressions while talking to the other employees in a language I can't understand...... needless to say I walked out refusing to give their ignorant staff ANY of my money! read more

Just returned from Bee Nails, had a Pedicure. I had received a gift certificate, had been waiting to use it for a special occasion as I normally do my own nails. The technician was fine but when it came time to pay they would not accept my gift card stating that it was a couple of months expired. First off someone paid money for this and the money did not expire, I was willing to pay any difference. Then I asked if they would accept some of it and take a little off as a late fee? The manager was rude and dismissive. There are many other salons nearby. Go somewhere where you will be treated appreciatively and kindly. read more

I made an appointment on Saturday for this past Sunday. When I called i said... I want to make a pedicure apt as early as possible for 2 people. I want to make sure that we can go together. The manager said sure no problem come in at 10. When my mom and I got there, there were several people waiting. The manager told my mom and I to get a color and sit in the water. About 10 minutes later someone started on my mom's pedicure. I sat there for 30 mins and water got cold. The girl got me more hot water and finished my mom. Meanwhile about 6 other people came in and the manager took some and started pedicures for the others as well. I'm still sitting.... 47 minutes later. No one came to me to tell me I was next. Or they were short staffed. Nothing. The manager knew I was upset and said nothing. I wouldn't have made an appointment if I wanted to wait almost an hour. I will NEVER go back in there for a pedicure. The manager is Very rude and Very unprofessional. read more

I have gone to this nail salon on my 1 hour lunch break 3 x's. Made an appointment each time I went a few days before going. I got there the 1st time made me wait 10 minutes. Made it back to work in time but I didn't allow my nails to completely dry. 2nd time they had me wait 15 minutes. 3rd time I walked out after waiting 20 minutes all the while they were taking walk ins for waxing. Never acknowledging to say they're sorry for making me wait. The male owner saw me getting more impatient and couldn't care less. That made me so angry. I will never go there again. VERY POOR business practice. read more

i'm giving three stars because the staff was SO nice and gentle, but the actual work isn't worth the money spent. honestly the worst gel manicure i've had, it's already cracking around the edges of my one thumb and i got them yesterday. if their gel application is like this, i'm glad i didn't spend the money on acrylics like i had originally wanted. read more
