The nail salon is in a strip mall that has lots of available retail space and there are only about 4-5 other stores that are open. I made an appointment in advance and when I arrived I was immediately greeted and my nail tech Anna was ready for me. Anna is wonderful! She is a true professional and knows what she is doing when it comes down to doing nails. She didn't even bat an eye when I showed her my design ... other nail techs / nail salons have told me my designs were too complex or they didn't have the product needed to do the work. But not here and not Anna ... and Anna literally nailed the design exactly as I wanted. Stanley did my pedicure which was amazing! He asked all the right questions and was gentle yet thorough enough to ensure my nails were cut and shaped to my liking, my feet were smooth and gave my legs and feet a massage with hot stones that was incredible. The only reason the review isn't 5 stars is because of the total cost of the service which was more than I expected and the most I've ever paid for my nails and feet in all the years of getting them done (which is a LOT of years). But I am now aware of how they price their services and know for next time. My overall experience was wonderful so I made my next appointment on the spot :)

I've gotten my nails done here three times, and each visit has been unpleasant thanks to the bitter, unfriendly man who owns this place. He acts like doing nails is some kind of punishment, and the only time I've ever seen him crack a smile is when I mention tipping him through Zelle. Today was the final straw. I walked in at 12pm to a completely EMPTY salon, and they told me they had "no availability" all day. Funny enough, my friend went back 30 minutes later and asked for a manicure just to test them...and they took her right away! I also watched them let other people walk in after me and get service. If that's not discrimination, I don't know what is. To make matters worse, I realized they've been overcharging me this whole time.
