I arrived around 1:04 PM. When I got there, I was told one nail tech had already left for the day. I was then told to see Tim, but he said he couldn't take me because he had appointments. However, I had just seen him leaving and returning, and there was no one visibly being serviced at that time. This is not the first issue I've had. On a previous appointment booked in advance with Ryan, I arrived and he was still finishing another client. I was not given the option to wait for him and was instead sent to a newer nail tech, which resulted in my nails being done incorrectly and I was also overcharged. Overall, I've experienced inconsistent communication, poor scheduling coordination, and unsatisfactory service despite booking ahead. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
