This is the absolute best nail salon I've ever been to! They do a high-quality job that lasts for a very long time, whether it is a gel or regular polish (I have nails). Currently, my nails have been neglected for over 4 weeks due to travel and, other than the new growth, they still look really good. I have no chips and I still get compliments. I've gone to other places when I've traveled and hated it each time. Now, I just wait to come back here instead of wasting my time and money elsewhere. The people here are very kind and pay attention to their customers (in many other places, they only talk to each other). I also really appreciate that they have later hours than most places. It's hard to get to the salon when you leave work at 5 and have to fight traffic. read more

Well now! I'd say I'm impressed and might have found a new nail salon! First off, everyone was extremely friendly! Then the attention to detail. I started out by showing a photo and they did a great job. I'm happy! Can't wait to be back and try another design. And on a side note, I'm a bit of a perfectionist. The line art was not as smooth as the pic but that's because the nail size I requested was shorter than the pic. But the part that honestly impressed me the most is that the lady who did the design part of it recognized it and explained the length problem she ran into. I said not one word of it because personally I was happy with the phenomenal and friendly service. So the fact that she recognized it (other nail salons make mistakes and pretend that it looks nice anyways) and wasn't a "blind artist", that's what I call them, was awesome. I'll be back! :) Love my nail art and the friendly visit made my day. I read the reviews with high hopes what everyone said was true. I'm giving the shop 2 stars because it was clean & seemed to be sterile with their implements. I got a pedicure & gel manicure. I am a nail tech myself so I noticed everything that was done & was not done. The nail tech asked me what color I wanted & that was our whole conversation, which is fine. I'm not much of a talker so it didn't bother me. I should have looked while she was doing my nails but I didn't because I didn't want to be one of those "picky" people. I pretty much got an expensive color change on both my fingers & toes ($50 + $20 tip = $70). She cut my toe nails & never filed them after. Hello? Why didn't she? Light bulb started blinking. My cuticles were not trimmed. The massage was ok, nothing special. When polishing my toes, no base coat was applied. Again, why? I have been a nail tech for over 15 yrs & I always applied a base coat when polishing to prevent the color from staining the natural nails. It was not done. Moving on to the gel manicure, again, cuticles were not trimmed. The gel polish did not cover the whole nail. I should have just gotten a gel polish change if I knew my cuticles were not going to be cleaned. My prior color was black, it was not fully removed therefore black spots are still showing with the new manicure I got done today. Being a real nail tech that would obviously not sit well. It is an eye sore. If the nail tech is willing to let me go out like that..I'm sorry but I will not be back. I really really wanted Nail Max to be my new go to salon but I am & will be on a search for another salon. read more

This review is LONG overdue. I have been getting my waxes here for 8 years now (eyebrows, arms, bikini) and I have never found anyone as great as Nikki. Nikki and the team are always nice, quick and efficient. Although I no longer live in the Bucks County area, I always make the effort to come home and get my waxes done with Nikki. As a returning customer, she always asks me how my family/new job is and I love catching up with her. Amazing establishment and amazing team. I will be a lifelong customer! read more

Had been going to this salon for about a year, they continued to have violent type shows on their big screen TV and during my last visit Hanh was very offended when I asked him to change the channel when professional boxing was airing, this happened during a prior visit when a movie was on that was showing people being shot an killed. I find it very unprofessional to have this type of shows being shown while you are in a spa type atmosphere trying to relax & have a peaceful environment. Shame on you Hanh & Nicki; I was attacked a few years back and seeing this type of violence was very upsetting to me. I will pray that you will have improved your customer service when you reopen. I'm sure some of your customers sit in silence, not speaking up and feeling uncomfortable. Wish you well! read more

I can't believe that I haven't written a review yet! I've been going to Nikki and Hahn since I was in high school. They are the best. My gel lasts sometimes for 3-4 weeks. Jane is also amazing, she's there part time. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my eyebrows than Nikki. When I lived in Philadelphia I would make the trip to morrisville because no one seems to compete. They will always repair or fix if you aren't happy. They are the best. read more

Every nail salon out here is grossly overpriced for the quality of service, but Nail Max does an excellent job for a reasonable price. Nail Max provides quality service, a very clean environment and excellent customer service. The owners are so kind and make you feel very welcome. Also, every pedicure always lasts well over a month.
