Unfortunately I will no longer be going to envy nails. Fiona is very good at what she does but because I I can only go every three weeks I was told if I can't keep up to stop getting my nails done. This week was my last straw. Fiona was on vacation so I let another person do my nails. I picked the an iridescent pink for my dip nails and matching regular color for my toes. . My toes looked great. My nails were matte, not the color I picked. I was unhappy and asked if we could at least add a design because it was so neutral. I was told I should have asked earlier. I left unhappy. The next morning, less than 24 hours later I had a chipped nail. Im headed out on a 3 week trip and needed a repair and wanted the color corrected. I called Fiona and after being chastised she agreed to have someone do the repair and put iridescent gel polish on top. You can see from the photo the difference before and after. I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there. They told me my polish will peel but I felt like I have no choice. For these reasons I will not be returning and lowered my previous review. read more

Terrible treatment . Before paying my acrylic nails, I was not given a proper manicure first which I asked in the beginning to make sure my cuticles were cut and cleaned. The lady working on my nails just continued to apply the acrylic nails. Bythe way, I am also Asian but it seems that as I observed the way the other customers nails where being done, mine was worked on very haphazardly compared to the others.looks like reverse discrimination in my opinion. Used to go here all the time, it was my absolute favorite place..... until I got a refill and FUNGUS grew. Ok I took my nails off and dealt with it and didn't go back. So maybe 5 months later I go back for a pedicure because I swore I would never go back for my fingernails and guess what... FUNGUS grew again. NOT A CLEAN PLACE. One of the best nail salons I have ever been to! I received a coupon in the mail while I was living in Morrisville years ago so I decided to try it out..I have not gone to another nail salon since! Everyone is so friendly and personable. It is very clean and organized. They use hot stones for all your pedicures and even give you a short massage when your nails are drying! This was my first time at Envy after wanting to find a new nail salon! I've been wanting to try this place for awhile so while I was in pa I decided to stop in and get a gel manicure! Their staff was friendly and my lady took her time with my manicure following all the steps to make sure my nails were perfect! I hate when nail salons rush and don't really pay attention to what they are doing but I def didn't have this problem here! I also got a back massage while my nails cured! I decided to try this place based on a recommendation and it was a horrible experience! It took almost 2 hours for a gel manicure! I had about 3 people working on my hails and the final result was awful. To make it worse, the manicure only lasted about 4 days and began to lift. I was so disappointed! read more

We've been going to this nail salon for long time on regular bases. I saw girl there she was amazing when I came in she was no longer working there. So I had some young lady doing my pedicure she looked like she was 15. She couldn't polish my toes I dried 3 times thinking it was ok. Went home and next day my feet looked like day of my pedicure. So I went back asked them to trim my cuticles and scrub my feet more. They told me I would have to pay for pedicure again. Or they can only change polish for me! Also told me we should take my service else where. I asked to talk to manager and they didn't have one ! Will never ever return there again. read more
