Cindy is my go to person for getting my nails done. She takes her time and is super attentive. They are very safe with Covid protocols, and it's extremely sanitary in general. I never worry about getting a fungus or an infection. I like this place, because they have great technicians and nail color options. The price is also super affordable for the area. I love that I can get a regular pedicure and a gel manicure for $55.00. The regular pedicure feels like a spa one, because the ladies use hot rocks and special soaps and lotions. The gel manicures are worth it, and my polish lasts for over a month!! It would last longer, but my nails get too long for personal preference. This "special nail design" was not even visible to the naked eye. Her lack of communication over what she had done was appalling. After leaving the Salon, I called both Mia, as well as Liz (the owner) to express my complete disappointment. They were both unsympathetic and extremely self-righteous regarding this matter. Today, I got charged 68, which included a 4% credit card fee (if you use any type of credit card, they charge a fee). The prices they have listed are not accurate. The services here are very poor, which doesn't make sense why they charge so much. They don't do anything special, no massage while waiting for your hands to dry, no drinks, not even a conversation. I asked for a pink color on both my toes and hands, and I got orange on my feet and hot pink on my nails. I even said the number of the polish to both technicians. I couldn't tell at the salon, but once I stepped outside, I couldn't believe the difference. This place is not worth it in any aspect. I wasn't even told they would charge a fee for using a credit card. He said oh, it's 64 and then said oh, credit card, then it's 68. I had to read the sign that was pretty much hidden to understand why there were two prices stated. I wasn't going to say anything because I've had enough of this salon. I try to justify the price, but their work doesn't match the amount requested. There are so many other salons that do such a better job and offer so much better service.
