Literally the worst nail salon and pedicure I have ever experienced. I wanted to treat myself to something relaxing while my dog went through a procedure up the street at the large animal hospital. First of all, the color selection is very small. Every bottle of polish I opened was thick and gummy and half empty. And it reeks of strong chemicals in there. They clearly have zero ventilation. The smell of acetone etc was absolutely intense and unpleasant. A young guy started to do my toes, and I knew immediately that he didn't know what he was doing. I ended up with a pedicure that a five year old could have done. More importantly, he cut the top of my toe, where the cuticle meets the nail. I went through the roof when he hit the base coat on the place that was cut. He also dug in to the corner of my big toe. I am seriously concerned that I will be dealing with an infection or ingrown nail. I heard one of the women who worked there who was playing around with her phone the whole time, making this kid do every single pedicure, tell someone that this was this kid's second day doing this, And insult to injury, the manager didn't apologize. I've been to Elite Nails at least three times and it's my new favorite place to go for a pedicure (and my very rare manicures.) They're extremely thorough in their work, the shop is pristinely clean, and coming in as a walk-in isn't a problem.They also don't have an overly powerful chemical smell I've found at some places, which I really appreciate. My pedicure polish lasts ages, and my feet always have that perfect balance of being moisturized (but not like melting out of my shoe) and buffed of calluses (but not to the point that my feet are like babies and walking sucks.) They're also very clean by the end and the nails shaped beautifully. They have very nice massage chairs, and there's always something entertaining on the TV, but I feel so comfortable just slouching into the chair with my kindle and just checking out for a while, which I also don't always feel some places. I love elite nails, Helen is great with free hand designs & everyone there is so nice. I never really got my nails done a lot before I found them because I didn't really like the experience at other salons, and my nails always chipped, but since I've found them I love getting my nails done on a regular basis & my nail polish lasts! They have so many colors to choose from & they're always getting new ones in too, so there's a good selection. One of the things I love with their gel Polish is that they use LED lights, instead of UV, so I don't have to worry about my hands aging prematurely. read more

I've tried at least 10 nail shops in this area and none hold a candle to Elite's service and talent. Everyone is courteous and knowledgeable. This is not a shop that is going to tell you they can do something, take your money, and then send you away unhappy. I've always been taken for my appointment exactly on time, if not early, and never been rushed out of their chairs. The manager Helen does a wonderful job of making sure that their schedules stay in order, which sometimes means that they don't take as many walk-ins but as someone who has a standing appointment I couldn't appreciate that more. I've been to Elite nails many many times, and I will continue to go there! They are very sweet and friendly. Super clean, fast, and professional. They have relaxing pedicure chairs that give u a massage while you wait. They have many colors to choose from, and the colors are lovely. They do gel manicure which is what I get everytime. First time coming here. I originally only came for an eyebrow wax but after seeing the reviews I decided on a manicure as well. I had about a 10 minute wait, which is pretty standard. I wish I got the girls name who did my nails and my brows because she was great, very friendly, asked me how I wanted my eyebrows and gave me tips on how to fill them in. My brows looked great, a little red afterwards, but great. She then did my manicure which was your basic manicure nothing special BUT she did an amazing job with the polish on my very short and chewed up nails. I was very surprised at her attention to the polish that would get on my skin and she quickly cleaned it to prevent staining. Typically I notice some nail techs wait until the end and it leaves a stain - not this place. So happy with my results and this will be my go to place from now on. read more

Wanted to get my brows done fast and didn't feel like driving all the way to my usual spot. This place is right around the corner from my house, so I called to see if they had time. They told me to come over in half an hour which gave me just enough time to get gas on my way over from school. Walked in and sat down and was impressed with the interior. It was brightly lit and very pretty. There are plenty of manicure stations, several pedi chairs, and a big screen TV. I waited for about ten minutes before being called back and then was taken to a private waxing room. I don't remember the woman's name but she was very nice. Very professional and they care about their clients. I came in at 5:45pm and had to wait about 20 mins of course because I was a walk in and they had other clients there already. Once we got started I was nervous because I knew they closed at 7. They still took their time - didn't rush through my nails at all. I walked out at 7:20ish very satisfied. I had a pedicure and acrylic nails with gel polish. Usually when I get acrylic nails, salons always make them too thick or fake looking. These are perfect, thin and very natural looking. I have been going here for years with Linda , the owner doing my nails, I made an appointment in advance for nails and a pedicure for my daughter's wedding, taking the morning off from work to have done. Linda has known for many visits that my daughter was getting married. Pedicure goes great, go to sit down to have my nails done - chit chatting about the wedding and halfway through asked her to please even out few nails as a few were crooked before she began polishing, she looks at me like I offended HER and without a word gets up and walks away. Disappears into the back of the shop and here I am sitting for 10 + minutes waiting for her to return, no Linda. Her daughter who also works in the shop walks to the back and comes back out sits down saying that she will finish my nails? Linda then walks from the back and sits down with a customer who is waiting for a pedicure and begins to work on the customer? I was astounded that any professional would behave that way and I was upset as had been coming here for years and she was usually pleasant. I was frustrated but I kept my mouth shut and as I was leaving to go out of town a few hours later for the wedding, let her daughter finish my nails as opposed to walking out as I should have. I paid $70 to have my nails done and Being the better person left a tip for them both- And result? $90 out of my Pocket for a refill,polish and a pedicure and they lost a good customer forever. As there are literally dozens of nail shops around my area with my money green anywhere, what is wrong to expect a little customer service and a shop owner to be a professional instead of acting like she is doing me a favor? I have gone there for almost 5 years and will never step another foot in that shop and their small business just got smaller!. read more

I was never one to go to the same place to have my nails done but the girls here are so friendly and help with any questions you have- not to mention they are the best when it comes to hand painted designs (like chevron!). Will never go elsewhere. read more

The reason i am giving a two star review is because the price is dirt cheap. You pay for what you get. The gentleman who did my nails was literally blowing his nose the entire time he was doing my nails, AND DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS. I repeat he did not wsh his hands. And i dont know his name because he never introduced himself. I had to have him re-file my nails 3 times because he filed them competely diagnol and his excuse was that my nail looks different from his point of view.......ive never had an issue at any nail salon with them filing nails correctly. But it was $29 for both my sister and i to get gel removed and a gel manicure so we paid for the horrible service we recieved. Hopefully i dont catch whatever the guy has....... read more

When I walked in, two ladies were working with two customers, neither of them greeted me. I selected my gel polish color and intentionally stood infront of 1st table to see whether they greet me or not.. the lady at the back told something in their language to the front lady(may be she want to know what service I need). The lady at the front told me to wait as they are busy with customers. After waiting for 10mins, I got my turn, the lady at the back called me and she started doing my nails. She is kind of rude(may be I am wrong, but her face seems to be like that, serious face, no smile...). She is literally very silent and doing her job as she like.. she didnot ask if I want to cutdown my nails or what shape I need.. once she is done with filing and cuticles, she just told "wash".. I understood that I have to wash my hands, she started applying polish.. even the polish application is not good.. there are tiny spaces near cuticles where she didnot apply properly.. overall I am not satisfied with their service, ambience and their behaviour read more

Horrible! I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place. My daughter and I went there to get her nails done for the first time. As soon as we walked in I asked if she could get her nails done and the guy who may have been the owner, said in a nasty and extremely rude tone that he won't do it because she's too young, doesn't know how to take care of them and how they would ruin her nails. I told him how I had them when I was 12 and that my daughter wanted to see what they were like. He was still giving me a hard time and then said, "it's your money, I'll do it but I don't think she should have them!!!" I just told him at that point we will go somewhere else who won't turn my 13 year old daughter away. It would be a different story if he was nice about it and was just looking out for my daughter but he was so rude about it. His tone was extremely unnecessary!! read more

Worst acrylic full set ive ever gotten in my life. The girl talked the whole time to the tech next to us and bad mouthed other clients. The acrylic was so ridiculously thick it looked awful.. all of my nails were uneven and slanted ... my thumbs were completely different lengths and it was SUPER noticeable. After hearing her and the other tech talk badly about the other clients who came in I was literally scared to even tell her about how bad my nails looked .. I couldn't wait to leave. I asked her to do a specific design and I showed her the picture and when she went to put the glitter on, she put it over my entire nail and told me that it looked better like that.. lol ok I guess I didn't want that design then? read more
