Stopped by for a quick refill. The staff was nice and the place was clean, however after 2 hours my gel manicure began to peel.

They do not do a good job on mani and pedicures, every place I have ever been to does hot towel after mani and pedicures and they never put cuticle cream on the cuticles, it was a one and done deal read more

I had taken my 15 year old niece here for her first real pedicure,she was very excited. I was getting a refill so the one lady took her in the back to the pedicure chairs,to which she had her wait a good 10 minutes before even beginning. First the water was cold,but my nice didn't know it wasn't suppose to be as it was her first time. She literally just painted her toes,no cuticle trim no nail filing no scrub to on the heel or bottom of foot. No lotion,no massage and then she just throws her flip flops back on her feet with no toe spreader. She was done in 10min.. Then to top it off she charged he $25 for a toe polish. I got a refill and it was $45,they completely made up this price as we have been here before and it has been cheaper before. I didn't know this till after we left as when I was asking my niece how her pedicure was and she wasn't that impressed and began to tell me how it went. Also I knew they were talking about my niece as well,you can tell when people are taking about people. She is a child and i have never been more disgusting with a nail salon ever,especially how they treat their paying customer. Needless to say we will never be back. read more

Unfortunately this was a one and done trip for me. I got the chrome gel manicure (which cost $7 more) and already the next day, the color is chipping on one nail. The guy that did my nails left the edges feeling ridged and the woman who did my eyebrows ripped the wax off so rough on my left eyebrow that she left a mark. Would not recommend! read more

I have been going to c and j nails 3 for about 3 years or more. They are excellent!!! I have always been treated with the greatest of respect and professionalism. They do an outstanding job on both my nails and my feet and I can't imagine ever going anywhere else for this service. They are meticulously clean and thorough. They treat me like family. They have often stayed late just to complete my service and never rushed or skipped any part of the treatment. I cannot say enough about how much I love this salon and all of the staff and I have been to all of them. For the people who have left bad reviews I wonder about how they were as customers as I have witnessed many times the staff treating disrespectful customers with the most professional and kind responses. They have alot more patience than I ever would. I highly recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I have a love hate relationship with this place. recently stopped going here because my gel nails would constantly chip and change colors. When I would tell Helen(the owner) my concerns she would simply say it's because you got light color. My mother continued to go to this nail salon because she loved it. Now she is noticing that when she gets her gel nails done the next day they are chipping. Bottom line great people, cute little salon. Something is wrong with the gel and my mother and I will not be back. Switched to the nail salon in langhorne square. My gel nails are lasting longer than ever! read more

waited a half hour there were only 2 women working, went there for a gel mani. she asked me if i wanted my cuticles cut? isnt that apart of a manicure? she cut me twice. nails dont even look good at all. when asked about prices they spoke to eachother in their language then she would tell me the prices.. seemed like she just made up a price, as in there is not a set price on how their services? wound up charging me $29 for a regular gel mani. never going there again read more

I have been going here for several months now, every two to three weeks to have my nails done. Today was the last time that I will come back here. The customer service was terrible on many accounts today. For one, I noticed that one of my toenails (of my left little toe) didn't even appear to have polish on it. I was told that it was because my little toenail was "not even there." I have never had an issue with the left little toenail looking like there is nothing on it. I was made to feel stupid and barely accommodated. There was a lot of attitude when I asked for that one nail to be redone. Secondly, their sign says gel nails are $5. I was charged $25. Looking closely at the sign, the number in front of the 5 appears to have been INTENTIONALLY removed. It clearly advertises that gel nails are $5, and this is what I paid last time when I was charged by a different lady. However, this lady argued that it was $25. False advertising. Will never be coming back here again after several long months of actually liking this place. read more
