They tugged at my cuticles with dull nippers. My cuticles grew out a mess for weeks. If your not living in acrylic nails, these are not the shops for you. I went to this salon Tuesday afternoon for a gel refill. All was fine until I got home and my paint job started to peel. I was beyond irritated. This is not the only incident. Last month and the month before, I had nails that would have acrylic chipping only a day or 2 after my manicure. They don't take their time, they act annoyed if you want to take your time picking out a color and 2 weeks ago when I went on Sunday, they are supposed to open at 11 but it was more like 1130. I waited because it was the only day and time I had to get my nails done but looking back I should have left and went some place else. The overall vibe in that place is that they want to get you out asap. I don't know why, they are never busy and I've been there all days of the weeks in several different time frames. But I had the worst experience yesterday getting waxed (eyebrows and upper lip) I usually go to Tracy but they sent a new woman, I've never seen who couldn't understand when I said "eyebrows and lip" it started off pretty rough. She then let the wax, each time sit on my face for way too long, it actually burnt the skin/ripped it on my eyebrows, (see picture). My brows are literally ruined. I have no point in them I just look like a sad emoji, literally. Eyebrows are slanted down take your choice of any of those, that's my face now. I am so mad I will never go back.
