I am so upset. I've been going to Tiffany's since high school. I'm not a regular as I only get my nails done once a blue moon. But I had the worst experience yesterday getting waxed (eyebrows and upper lip) I usually go to Tracy but they sent a new woman, I've never seen who couldn't understand when I said "eyebrows and lip" it started off pretty rough. She then let the wax, each time sit on my face for way too long, it actually burnt the skin/ripped it on my eyebrows, (see picture). My brows are literally ruined. I have no point in them I just look like a sad emoji, literally. Eyebrows are slanted down take your choice of any of those, that's my face now. I am so mad I will never go back. What happened to the Tiffany's where it was safe for eyebrows to be waxed here?!!! Guess I'm buying some brow pens. read more

I am sooooo disappointed that i have to lower my stars with Tiffany nails ..... i have been a regular customer for almost a year and today, we'll... let's just say i maybe looking for a new salon. I wanted a fill in and pedicure and they told me if i wanted to have both i had to be there at 5:15. I left my JOB early to get there on time and when i got there they told me to pick my color and to wait for a chair to open up for my pedicure. So, i did and then i sat and sat and watched the clock turn from 5:15 to 5:20 to 5:30. Finally I hear my name and i get up and the lady says, "We can only do a polish change and your nails today.. we don't have time." My reply, "we'll then why did you tell me you had the time if you didn't?" But whatever, i let it go... and said fine, if you really don't have the time I'll just get my nails done today and come back for the pedicure... wouldn't you know no sooner than those words came out of my mouth a girl with NO APPOINTMENT comes in off the street and asks for a pedicure and gets started RIGHT AWAY! So, pretty much you just took my appointment time and gave it to someone else right in front of me.... I let it go for a bit because I do love DON and he is literally the only reason I keep coming here, but it's now going on 5:45 and I haven't even sat down to have my nails done yet... so i calmly walked up to the front and told the lady I'm not gonna wait any longer, he is obviously busy and YOU double booked him and that's not right and I don't want someone to rush through my nails and not make them look right. So i said thank you, but I'm not gonna stay. She never once tried to stop me from leaving or said I'm sorry for Eve that happened. this place is always a go-to mainly for the prices. prices are unbeatable but it will show in the quality of the nails. not all the staff is nice but they definitely get the job done. they reuse the tools for pedicures which is unsanitary so i don't suggest going for that. otherwise, the manicures are awesome most of the time. was a repeat customer for four years until i moved away. some can complain about the quality of the nails, but when you take into account the price you're paying, beggars can't be choosers. read more

I seriously wish that I could rate this place 0 stars because of how HORRIBLE this place was. I saw pictures from this place for ombre nails and thought they looked really good. Immediately coming in to the shop, it was completely unwelcoming and the guy looked like he didn't feel like doing my nails. I showed him an exact picture of what I wanted and got NOTHING close to it. Without even asking what shade of pink I wanted, he used this BRIGHT pink powder that looked awful and to top it off, he was SO rough that he actually cut me. I used to go to this nail salon a while back and the full set for acrylics was $18. I've gone a few times recently and the prices are now $18 for a refill and $25 for a full set... The price for $18 for a full set used to be fair due to the quality of the nails I get. But the refill i got done recently, my nails chipped on the tops and the polish chips on the tips of the nails every single time.... They don't take their time with the nails & usually hurt me. Here was my experience at Tiffany's: 1. I walked in, just after another girl, and watched as she signed in on a clipboard at the counter. Like when you get to the doctors office. I followed her and signed in, too. 2. Nobody greeted anyone? People barely even looked up when I walked in, and nobody even said, "hi" to me, or the 4 other people who walked in after I sat down to wait for my turn. 3. I had an appointment for 3:30pm. Originally, it was for 6:30pm, but I got out of work early and called to ask if I could come in earlier. I also knew my original appointment was just before closing, so I wanted to help them get out of work on time. I asked if that would work, if it would be okay, if there was an opening. The person on the other line said that was fine, and that I should come in at 3:30 instead. I walked in at 3:25pm, waited until 3:40pm and asked how much longer the wait would be (the first time someone even acknowledged my existence..). I was told I could to go to a pedicure chair then, even though every tech was obviously preoccupied with other people. So I went to the chair and soaked my feet.. for TWENTY-FIVE minutes. After 25 minutes passed, I watched someone be seated in the chair next to mine, who walked in after I did, and start her pedicure. The tech who was starting her pedicure turned to me and said, "sorry, she has an appointment." I said, "I had an appointment, too, at 3:30." It was then that someone was finally sent over to my chair to start my pedicure, too. My question is this: if you're not going to greet anyone walking in or check who does and doesn't have an appointment and you don't even bother to ask, then purposely ignore someone in favor of someone else, why do you even take appointments and have that ridiculous sign in book at the entrance? 4. My pedicure starts, and I notice that they don't use disposable tools (like the pumice) and they all look considerably worn down. Then I proceed to get the world's softest "massage." She literally just runs her hands up and down my feet and calves, like she has vaguely/briefly seen a massage before, and is trying to imitate what she saw, but has also taken a handful of muscle relaxers and can just barely feel her arms and hands. To give you an idea of how bad this was, the lotion started DRYING IN CLUMPS WHILE SHE RUBBED IT BACK AND FORTH. I'd wish for a 0-star option, but the polish job wasn't the absolute worst in the world, so I'll take the 1-star and just never go back. read more

I have been coming to Tiffany's nail salon for over 5 years. I only get my toes done and it's only in the warm weather. The shop is clean and has decent ( not the best) chairs for you if you have to wait. Everyone is pleasant. There have been times when I've had a non English speaker do my nails and I was a bit uncomfortable not being able to talk to her. All in all, my polish always lasts a few weeks and always looks great. I would recommend them for a reasonably priced mani/ pedi in a very nice environment! read more

My go-to pedicure spot! Tiffany's Techs are all pretty friendly, and the $20 price tag is great for a pedi that includes massage chair, leg scrub, hot towels & foot/calf massage! They are always busy, so its not the worst idea to make an appointment if you're on a tight schedule - but I've never been turned away as a walk-in. OR waited longer than 5-15 minutes. There are tvs on opposing walls in both the mani & pedi room, which is great after work to catch the news. I did have one dissapointing gel manicure there that lasted less than a week, but the pedis are always long-lasting (and they do a great french pedi too!) so I'll always be coming back for more! Just remember! If you pay by credit card & want to add tip you MUST ask them before they run your card! read more

Disappointed with the spa pedicure. Went in today and thought I'd treat myself to the spa pedicure. The guy who usually runs the register told me the price was $30 for an hour pedi. Well, that wasn't the case. It was 40 minutes. There wasn't much of a difference from the regular pedicure, except for the somewhat fragrant scrub and lotion (I've had better). DO NOT COME HERE. My sister was getting married and we needed a salon close to the hotel, so we chose this salon. We made a 1 o'clock appointment for 7 people in the bridal party (mostly mani & pedis and just 2 manicures). We arrived a little late so it was understandable that we would have to wait for techs to free up. What wasn't understandable was why the techs were attempting to service clients that arrived after us when most of the bridal party hadn't been serviced or were told to wait at a pedicure chair with their feet soaking for ridiculous amounts of time. Fast forward to my nails. I picked out a pinkish nude color for my gel manicure. The tech (man sitting beside the water fountain) soaked off my gel polish and began to buff my nails for what I thought was him preparing to do a new gel manicure set. After 5 minutes of filing, he pulls out a tray with artificial nails and attempts to glue them on my nails. I pull my hands back and ask what he's doing. He states that the receptionist told him I was getting a full set. I corrected him and let him know that no one in our party booked an appointment for a full set and that we were all getting manicures. He puts the tray back and brings a bowl of water to soak my nails. It was then that i noticed how THIN he drilled my nails. My nail bent completely over with a small push. I was livid because i had been growing my nails out and this man completely ruined them. At this point, they just needed to be cut all the way down but he decided to do an SNS manicure so that the colored powder would dry hard over my nail like an acrylic and i wouldn't have to lose my length. It was a temporary fix because after I removed it, all my nails broke. While finishing up, a pregnant client (who had an appointment, by the way) walks in and a nail tech yells at her to pick the color she wanted. Once she was done picking out her color, she asked the tech where she should sit and the tech yells at her again to go wait at the front because she was busy. Now onto the bride's nails. She opted for a full set because her nails weren't long enough for the shape she wanted. Her tech did the full and before polishing, my sister noticed that there were bubbles all throughout the nails. The tech attempted to just continue by polishing over it but she asked for it to be redone properly. After all, this set was for her wedding the next day. This required removing the entire set and redoing it, which was an extremely long process. This delayed us greatly because we had other appointments afterwards. These were just the few things that happened during the HOURS that we spent at this horrible salon. Overall, stay away from this place. Not only do they not know what they're doing, but they're also really rude and dont know how to run a business. read more
