My daughter's nail design was done well by Mai. Needs improvement: However, I got a gel mani and pedi done by someone else (she didn't share her name) and the polish was extended past my cuticle and onto the surrounding skin on both hands and feet, and the gel polish on two of the fingernails chipped within 3 days. read more

Nail technicians in this so called salon in that shopping center made me wait 20 minutes for someone who was not even there yet. My first time there and my last! I'm so glad I did not spend the money I was going to spend! Nail tech was completely trash-unbelievably nasty and rude before I even got my nails done, and for no reason whatsoever why she was as nasty as she was to me to the point I felt weirdly targeted by her hostility. It's a wonder they do business and get customers. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will not ever recommend this horrible place. Whoever was going to do my nails is trash and she will never be liked by anyone. They are spotless clean inside, nice and spacious, awesome updated massage chairs/nail stations, and my nails always look amazing. I see Mia but everyone there is great. This salon is one of the better ones in the bucks county area. With that being said, it's unfortunate that the level of service varies from tech to tech. They need to pay the money for all of their techs to take classes on how to keep up with current trends etc. Investing in your people is also investing in your business. Half of the staff can't do simple designs. I went in with an appointment only to be told that my nail tech couldn't do the design I wanted and I would have to wait until someone else is done smh. Another issue is payment. One tech will charge $40 for the same service that another will charge $50. If there are different tiers of techs, that needs to be stated before the service so you have the option of what you would like to do. The owner is great at what she does but will double book if she knows another customer will tip better. Plenty of times I have come in with an appointment time with her and she hands me off to someone else. If the rest of the staff had the education and ability that she does I would have no problem with this. Overall not terrible but they absolutely have things to work on. read more

Me and my best friend have been going to tango for about 4-5 months now. We absolutely love it. Everyone who works there is sweet and always does the best nails. I noticed as a younger female some nail salons will try and take advantage of us because they think we don't understand how money works. But at tango everyone gets treated the same and extremely well!! I've heard multiple customers be rude or extremely negative to the staff but the staff never once has gotten rude back. I love this place, it has been my new regular spot for a couple years now. The owner is an absolute sweetheart and super friendly, and all the girls who work here do a good job. The place is always very clean, with nice decor and just a nice relaxing atmosphere in general. I'm not picky about who does my nails here, so I don't special request anyone, but have never been disappointed. They are back open during covid with safety protocols in place, and though they are sometimes busy, they are well staffed so walk-in appts are generally available pretty fast outside of certain busy days and times. read more

I have been getting acrylic nails for over 10 years now and have been to many salons in the past and this is by far the best. my nails last and do not break off. I will go to any one in the salon and they all do a fantastic job. i never had a set of nails I did not like from here. It is a very clean and relaxing environment. The staff is professional, friendly and strive to give me exactly what I want. not to mention they always squeeze me in their busy schedules. I highly recommend tango nails. Well this place is definitely worth the hype! My aunt and I had a girl's day here and from beginning to end it was delightful! At my regular nail salon I get the dip powder, and every week they re-dip. This place apparently takes off the old stuff every time, so your nails never get too thick and fake looking. I honestly did not realize this was a thing that people did, but it totally makes a world of difference. My nails look very natural and healthy now. The pedicure was fabulous! They have lots of pedi options and we opted for the pearl pedicure. Lots of nice little extras, like a paraffin wax treatment. The products used for the pearl pedicure smell and feel wonderful, and the technician even gave me a little packet to take home. Tango is pretty expensive unfortunately, but you get what you pay for, and they do a great job. Totally worth the trip from the city! read more

I was attending Tango for about 2 years and absolutely loved getting my nails done there. Stylists there are very nice and are very welcoming. They would even go to the extent to carry my daughter from the pedicure chairs to the chairs to get our nails done so she did not mess up her nails. One day I took her to our appointment and she was very cranky because she came right after her softball game. They offered me to take her to the store to get her something to eat and come back to finish my nails. The quality of their work is amazing. Just started going to tango. Had nail service twice. Beautiful well maintained salon. First time I just got a refill with gel and design. Cost was $45. Lasted 3wks!!! Wow. That was impressive!!! Second visit I got refill with ombré color and a regular pedicure. Looks great. Only reason I didn't give five stars...$$$$$. $79 bucks for second service. And then a tip!! Yikes!!! I started going to Tango a few months ago and really like the place. I definitely agree with what everyone else is saying about how clean it is and how attractive the décor is. Mia (who is the manager) is very accommodating. The last time I was there it seemed they were running behind so Mia did my nails while I was getting a pedicure. Salon was extremely clean! All of the employees were extremely nice! Pedicure stations were newer with a nice massager. Scheduled a spa pedicure on a Saturday morning with 4 others for a 40th bday pampering and was able to add an ad hoc manicure. Prices were very reasonable for all services! read more

Last night I came here after work. I just wanted to relax and get my nails done for my vacation in the Bahamas. I got a dip manicure with tips and gel pedicure. During my pedicure, I specifically asked her NOT to cut my nails because last time they cut so far down it hurt so bad to wear shoes. She said "oh they must have cut to far down". I said yes, please just file them. Instead, she cut them anyway. She told me "it will feel better and not hurt anymore". I told her "it only hurts when you cut it". How's my toes feeling today? They hurt. I work at a healthcare office so I HAVE to wear shoes to work and I'm on my feet. She didn't listen or respect what I asked at all. After she was done that she took out a towel that was hotter that Satan himself and laid it on my legs. She left it there as she cleaned up. By the time she was finished and got back to me, the towel was since cold and she rubbed it all over my legs . During the manicure, she cut up most of my fingers. And my nail shape is wack. None are even or match the other hand. Also looks like I need a refill already and it hasn't even been 24 hours.They look like pieces of Dentyne Ice gum on my fingers. I used to love this place. The only girl who can do nails here is Maya and that's the owner. This is NOT the first time I had this last completely mess up my nails. The service was ass and I'm not happy at all with the way my nails turned out. I wouldn't be so pissed off if she didn't cut my toe nails or cut up my fingers . Don't go without an appointment. I have never been here before but my sister in law wanted to go. I had met her there, my boyfriend dropped me off. They took my sister in law but told me they were short staffed. Even after I said I was dropped off all she said was come back later. She didn't really care. I am pretty upset. I've been going here for 4 years and love all the ladies who work here. The last few times I've gone it's been one thing after the next. I understand it must be hard with COVID but at this point I can't see myself going back. My last visit I made an appointment with my mother in law and they wouldn't let her get the spa pedicure because she didn't ask specifically for that when she made her appointment. I also made my appointment and didn't request the spa but they gave it to me anyway. They're not consistent with their rules. Doesn't matter if you are a long time customer or not. They scraped all the skin off my mother in laws foot till she bled and blamed her for it. The same thing happened to my foot months earlier. So today I called to make an appointment for a mani/pedi for me and my daughter for next month before my wedding. The owner exclaimed that they no longer take kids due to covid (new rule). She made that up. I checked 10 other salons in the area and no one knew of this rule. The last time they also tried to tell me they had no time to do my pedicure, and changed their minds half way through. So I've found a new salon.
