Was in the area and didn't feel like driving 30 minutes in the opposite direction to my usual nail place, so on Yelp I went! The place is small, cute and very clean. The owner/workers speak English and were super friendly! Appointments recommended due to Covid but I was able to walk in since there was no one else there. Quick temperature check, all staff wore masks and given that I was the only customer, felt super safe. They have probably the largest selection of dip powders and decals/stones/etc I have seen in any store. The tech did a great Job! I never ask for a specific design on my first visit, I usually just ask the tech to do something they are comfortable with so I can gauge their skill level. She did great and I have a feeling that I will definitely be back ! read more

SOOOO I moved from NY to NJ about 8 months ago and have tried 3 diff nail salons before this one. Found an issue with each and every one. BUT THIS PLACE IS BOMB! My job is only about 10 mins from them and they're just convenient. SUPER quick with it! I make appts and they're always ready. Never had to sit and wait. Very pricey for a mediocre gel polish. Although our first impression was very pleasant personnel and clean environment, my manicurist talked the entire time to her younger coworker. She also used her fingers to remove excess polish multiple times which gave an impression of lack of experience or training. I am still removing polish from around my fingers. I also have one nail that must have been missed with top coating as it is dull compared to the others. 4/5 only because I'm very picky and got sns, which I drove 25 min to this spot to get. There is a little polish on my cuticle /the edge of my finger lining my nail which hasn't happened elsewhere when I've gotten sns. Also on my right hand a few of my nails are different lengths, which the salon in my home town is ocd about.. My fault because I should've paid closer attention. I am actually really annoyed with the older guys service I'm a single mom so naturally I have to bring my baby's with me and he seemed totally annoyed that my kid cried a little bit and kept yanking my arm to do my nails his body language was ignorant The only reason it gets 2 stars bc the young guys in their are nice but I will never come back to anyone who feels the need to keep yanking on ur hands to the point u have to tell them to relax! This place is great! I came here with my mom for pedicures, as we've been searching for a good place in the area and have yet to find one we like. After reading all the good reviews on Yelp, we gave it a try and are so glad we did! Peter and Jackie were fantastic- Peter helped out my mom who had an ingrown nail and Jackie did my nails. My mom couldn't stop talking about the fact that no one had ever asked about her nail in all the years she has gotten pedicures, and he clipped/filed it in such a way so it didn't hurt her anymore. Both Peter and Jackie were very personable and we had a great time talking to them and catching up with one another. The pedicures lasted for a 2-3 weeks, which is par for the course for a regular (not gel) pedi. The prices are reasonable and the facilities are clean. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back! read more

I visted pro nails by reading reviews. I am kind of double minded at first reading couple of bad reviews whether to try their services or not as its my first time to this salon. I went around 11:00AM and there are no customers. A lady greeted me asked me to pick gel nail polish from gel polish rack like as we pick for regular polish. I felt little weird at this selection part. A guy did my nails.. he is really super quick.. in like 20-25mins he completed my manicure. I am satisfied with his work.. only thing I felt was he kind of rushed removing dead skin.. other than that filing, cuticle cleaning, polish application everything is good. read more

I did not particularly like this place. They push do powder on you so hard as if they have stock in it. I get my natural nails done with gel polish typically every three to four weeks because my nails are pretty strong. Every once in a while my thumbs break and usually the place I go to in Blackwood gives me a simple fix without adding much to my nails and it usually works. I came here because it's closer to my home as opposed to my job and I happened to be off. Well, the design was sloppy and they put gel polish on top of gel powder which chipped the second day. They also put such a bulky layer on it that it looked clearly like an added nail and since the rest were natural nails, it did not match at all. I only had one nail nail on each hand designed so luckily it wasn't too obvious but they also used glitter pieces on the designs that flaked off by the middle of the week. The two thumb nails I asked them to repair both broke three days later so I guess their method of powder under gel wasn't very efficient either. Anyways I went to the salon I'm used to in Blackwood, near work and my nails are now gorgeous again. A waste of money. read more

If I could give not a star at all I would. Truthfully I had the worst nail experience I've ever had at this place. I went in with an appointment for 1:00 knowing I have to leave by 2 due to going on my lunch break from work. I asked the women who did my nails to do them coffin whem she cut them they were basically pouted so I asked he to fix them and her wsy of doing so was adding lots and lots of acrylic to each nail. The finished product was awful all of my nails looked like theynwere facing different directions. When I went back 2 days later because I truthfully hated them to the point I was going to rip them off I asked to either get my money back or get my nails fixed. They "fixed" them apparently. My nails look a tad bit better but still awful. I wouldn't refer this nail salon to anyone. Note to self if your not going to Grandview nail and spa bensalem for your nails then your missing out. Oh did I mention I payed 40$ for a coffin full set. honestly never been so mad about my nails. read more

I won't be returning that is first of all. The place is nice and the people seemed as well. The young man who did my pedicure was nice and did a good job but I've definitely had better but it wasn't terrible. He than gave me to an older man for the manicure. Holy hell was he AWFUL! He was so overbearing with the yanking of my hands and he seemed irritated the entire time. This was my first time trying the SNS and I am not a fan. But I in no way blame them as it is a preference. He however seemed annoyed I asked him if it was the final product when he finished the first hand. He wasn't damn - my mistake but don't be ignorant about it. He literally dug into my cuticles to the point I was checking for blood because he was so rough. He didn't clean up my cuticles and it just looks sloppy and my edges are all jacked up. Unfortunately I am out $30 and will definitely need to be getting them re done in the next week or so because plain and simple they look like shit. Its ashame because the place seems nice and its close for me but I don't want to have to demand every time I don't want this guy doing my nails. read more

I went to Pro Nails because my usual nail salon was closed that day. What a wonderful surprise. I was immediately offered a complimentary glass of wine, Mimosa, soft drink or water. I took the red wine and it was delicious. There are lots of choices for pedicures. I chose the "Sport Pedicure" which turned out to be a great choice. Then I got a gel manicure. My usual nail place closed and this place was in a convenient area where i run errands. First time was not so bad, guy who did my nails was stand offish and not friendly AT ALL.. but maybe he wasnt having a good day.. second time was pretty bad, i bought a SIMPLE design from the internet and the same guy just said no.... offered no alternative and was very rude.. so i should of just walked the hell out of there but i didn't because with work and my son it's very difficult for me to make time to do this... So i decided to go one more time and give this place one more shot and this time i asked for a design that they had on display in THEIR shop and the women looked at me like i had 10 heads and gave me a hard time about it. My nails looked shotty, uneven and just poor quality. If you are looking for a pleasant experience or even just a salon with good quality, turn around! I gave them multiple chances to redeem themselves. I will not be returning. read more
