They are a nail salon that stays true to their appointments. Some nail salons even if you make an appointment, they don't care of staying on track and time. Worst gel manicure I've ever had. My nails were all splitting by day 3 and, subsequently, all the gel began to chip off. I can usually go for 3 weeks between manicures but not with this one. Nice people but a shoddy job! Plus they're an average of $5 more than other salons in the area for a gel manicure. Won't be going back even though its close to home. read more

I went to Ava's Nail and Spa for the first time because it was close to my house... Best Decision EVER!!! Their pedicure service was none like others! They really give your feet a nice massage and even use hot stones! Also the precautions they used for Covid-19 really made me feel safe and secure! Definitely will be coming back again! read more

Used to go here as it was a great place to walk in for a great pedicure, but the quality has been going downhill. Went for a pedicure, Michelle was my nail technician and she didn't care about the pedicure. She rushed through the pedicure, cut my nails too short, to the point where the connective tissue underneath the nail shows, and she cut my nails crooked. When I tried to bring it up, "they're ok" she kept repeating. Didn't bother finishing the pedicure. Did pay and tip for decency, but will not be going back. Did walk over to the salon next door, Blue Line Salon, the girl at the desk was super nice and scheduled a fix with their technician. read more

Whenever I am in the area I head to this nail salon. It is reasonable and clean. I most recently had a gel mani. $30 bucks. It looks great. They really take their time. Every treatment comes with a little back massage and a paraffin treatment for your hands. I like the extra detail here. They also have finger less gloves for you to wear while getting gel to protect your hands! I had never seen this before and it is a great idea! Recommend this place! read more

Reasonable price. I got acrylic nails (white and pink) and vitamin c pedi, for total of $65. The acrylic nails are very natural and not too thick. I really like them. Edited: the acrylics are so thin, they all broke off the third day. They are not very durable. Make sure you tell them to make them thicker. read more

me and my sibling came here expecting regular salon quality. i mean ig thats what we got if that means shaving down my natural nails until they were pink in spots and having so much acrylic under the nail holding it onto my actual nail causing it to break very far down YET NOT ACTUALLY COME OFF :D i am in so much pain ! they were also very rude when i asked for my nails to be pointy ? this is what i want i do not care if YOU think its ugly. i like it. i was expecting at least a decent shape and size. they are all very uneven and not even slightly straight. also very bumpy and streaky. we are both very unsatisfied with their lack of skill. #BIGREGRETS read more

A manicure and pedicure is $35, the salon is very clean, you sit in a chair that will give you a massage, they seem to pay attention to detail, and their pedicures lasts. At the end they do rub your neck and shoulders...some do it better than others but it is a nice touch. They work well together and seem to help each other. A very pleasant experience. read more

The standard gel manicure is a little more expensive than the competition but Sara was very sweet and did a great job. It's a very clean establishment and the staff is very friendly. They have a great color/brand selection and customers can have their own tools which is a nice option. They also don't speak to each other while working on the customers like they do in other salons. I gave this place three chances with my acrylic. THEY ALWAYS LIFTED. I decided to get my set removed and this lady used a dirty,used card to lift part of the nails off. She was digging the card into my nail so hard, that my pinkie finger nail actually started to rip. Another worker watched as this happened without doing anything about it. Then they had me sit for 30+ minutes soaking my acrylics in acetone and charged $10. However, when I left I noticed that not all of the acrylic was even off. I went in a few days after to get my nails done (I wanted my nails to have a break before doing anything to them because I had acrylics on for a year) and got a gel manicure and a regular polish for my pedicure and I was rushed. THE COST OF THAT WAS $55. When I was getting a pedicure, people were getting a pedicure not that long after me. When I moved onto my manicure, they weren't done (not a surprise because they were a little after me), but they were still there when I was done and left. To me, this just proved that I was being rushed on when others were taking their time with customers. I don't want to pay $55 just to be rushed. Also, they take costumers out of order. This lady was waiting for a half hour when I came in for my acrylics before, and they took me before her, and she wanted a refill, like me. read more

Just got my nails done today by Yumi and she did an excellent job. She took her time & paid attention to detail. Made sure i was happy with the shape and the back massage was a plus and they do a complimentary paraffin treatment too. The salon is very clean which is really important to me. I recommend a visit. I came on a Friday to get a full set. On my way home I notice my nails looked bad the acrylic was uneven and by night time one nail just pop off. I come back on Monday 9:30 am I was treated super bad. The owner Yumi and a staff Cindy catch an attitude even screaming at me because I was explaining how unsatisfied I was . I have never been treated this way specially when you pay and even tip a person. But it will be the last time . Never come here.
