When I first started going, it was my misunderstanding of certain services (gel vs acrylic vs dip) and it was intimidating so I would go somewhere else when I would need a refill ... then I would find something wrong at the next place (sanitation or attitude typically)... go back to signature day spa... go somewhere else then come back... moral of the story, I always wound up back here. One day last summer, I decided to make my return to SDS, and Diane welcomes me. She was super sweet and very easy to get along with. She talked me into the dip powder and how it's healthier than gel and acrylic. Happy to say I finally found my "nail lady"! Highly recommend Diane, and doing dip powder. read more

It's been a while since I've been to this location. It was $38 for dip powder which is a bargain around here. Pedicure was $30. Very little talk happened during services. Pedicure was basic with a short massage. Great option because they are open the hours of the mall. read more

Everything was great! They have new colors in gels and powder! They even have some fans in there to keep it cool

So i came her to get my nails done. The woman was very distracted always looking around at other people and speaking her language to the staff which seemed to be the whole time I was there. . None of my nails are even, I asked where the manager was and I couldn't understand what she said. I asked if she was going to fix my nails and she said she was done. And it would cost 52.00... I said it looks like you were never trained to do nail yet you're in the lead seat. I need the manager! Then i said Ill come back tomorrow when the manager is here. After leaving there I thought that this might be the place I had a problem with before but I couldn't remember . Never will i go back there again. I had the worst experience at a nail salon ever yesterday. The man who did my nails was AWFUL AND DIDNT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. was so rough during my pedicure it hurt so bad and did not feel good. I wish I could give this spa zero stars if I could. I came here on a Friday evening to get gel manicure and a regular pedicure. By the next day my so-called-gel-manicure was already chipping on 3-4 finger nails. Called the spa and was told to go in and they'll have a look at it first before agreeing to fix it. I have young children at home and don't have the luxury of getting my nails fixed. I was lucky my husband was off the next day. I went in and they "fixed it" by repainted over my nails. I should've seen the red flags. A day later my nails were chipping again and it was worse! I had to lug my children out to the nearest cvs to buy myself a gel nail removal kit because I don't have time to go back in to get them "fix it" again. Gel nails should last up to 3 weeks not a day or two. This establishment is a joke! Never go here. read more

Way overpriced, they don't even tell you how Much everything is. No signs on the wall about pricing ended up spending $70 for a mani pedi. Also didn't get what I even asked for. The pedicure was $40 on its own because it was a "spa pedicure" then they put gel on my nails (I didn't ask for) which was $30. Ridiculous and very pissed off about how much I spent. They need to have clear prices and listen to their costumers, I will never go back. read more

My experience is from July 2016. This was my first place to go and get a full set of acrylics put on. The first time I went I just did a gel nail polish on acrylics and everything looked fine. The second time I wanted a specific design and they told me they couldn't do it. I agreed to a simpler design for the sake of time. I was due to be in a wedding and there was no way I could shop around for a new salon before I had to leave. When I got back I found a new salon to get my nails done. To my horror the nail tech pointed out a fungus under the acrylic nail that was done at Signature. I got so anxious I had her remove the nail completely. This put me off what has always been a simple way to pamper myself for more than a year. This place needs better standards and operating policy. read more

She also spent just 5 mins doing the nail trainings sn cuticle and all the bidding and then spent 10 mins on the scrub and massage which I don't mind but you can't just cut and trim and buff my toenails in 5 mins. and the paint job was alright . I've been having my nails done here for several years - only because my manicurist, Kathy, is wonderful. She's friendly and thoroughly professional. However, the salon on the whole is ordinary. Most of the other manicurists do not engage customers at all and the owner is unfriendly. Prices were raised after the New Year...an additional $5.00 for gel / powder. Now I live in area where you go three blocks and pass about four nail salons so hear me out with this. I have been getting my nails done for a VERY long time and have seen the good, bad and the ugly of nail salons. I was here with a bridal party. I immediately see all the nail stations and pedi stations set up and I'm thinking the worst. The pedi was nothing out of the world extrodinary- of course they upsell their "spa" packages. They did a standard pedi and she did a decent job, nothing extra great and nothing terrible. She did a decent job on my nails-I just got a gel refill (kudos to actually using a nail cutter to cut my nails and not the device most salons use). I also paid $20 more then I do for a refill/pedi in the NE but I chalked that up to being in the area it was located. On Thursday (5 days later) a nail breaks, I go back (luckily I was heading back up to the area) they fixed it without charge. They made it right which was what I was happy about. I'm not about to go out of my way to rush back to this place but if I'm in the area with an extra $20 bucks to blow I mayyyy come back or I may just spend my extra money in Sephora haha. read more

Came here for a quick gel polish manicure - they did it so quickly and at such a reasonable price! $25 ("lower" quality polish) vs $30 (higher quality gel polish supposed to be less harmful for the nail). She took time to carefully trim my cuticles but there are some minor details missed in the manicure - not complaining though bc of the great price and speed! read more

I recently got a Brazilian wax here. The woman who did the wax was extremely friendly and personable, but the wax job was shoddy at best. The whole thing took probably 45 minutes which is much longer than its taken at other places in the past, but I was okay with that because I figured she was being very thorough. I was wrong, I got home and looked and she missed many spots. I am extremely irritated because it looks terribly uneven. Instead of waxing in some places she just trimmed, which I have never had happen before. I have also broken out like crazy which hasn't happened before. I definitely will not be going back, and I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Horrible!! Avoid at all cost! First I always show a picture to them and ask if they can do it. Well Julie claimed she can, and even though I wanted regular nail polish she kept insisting on gel. So eventually I said sure why not? The gems may hold on longer. Well the end results looked nothing like the pic. The picture had white fading into pink and instead she topped it with a French white manicure which had a bold white line and silver over the whole nail. It look nothing like the pic. Then she insisted, "oh! That's highlights! You can only do it with regular nail polish"! So why insist on gel?! Then she claimed she didn't have the sponge to fade the white. So why state you can replicate the pic? Just give your customer the news up front! Well I was charged 30.00 and walked out with just pink nail polish on my nail. (I had her remove the gel and just put plain pink nail polish because I wasn't amused and upset.) Oh by the way, the same manicure actually costs 12.00. Yup they ripped me off. So today I went back to complain about the price and the manager, a woman not the guy, didn't even hear me out. She offered to have someone else do it, but they can't do the design and refused to refund me any money because apparently Julie used a powder on my nail which is why the price was 30.00. It still makes no sense because I was quoted 36.00 for nail polish, design, gems. So it still should be less if we removed the price of design and gems since I walked out with the powder and plain pink nail polish. But the manager wouldn't budge on price bracket, no one could replicate it, and had nothing to say to Julie on the whole situation. They had me leave and had nothing to say, not even an apology for the whole situation. Great customer service *sarcasm*. read more

I am only giving two stars for the woman who did my 4 year olds toenails. She was fantastic. My experience on the other hand was AWFUL. The women was rude from the beginning and cut me twice during my pedicure. She then proceeded to use the nail buffer and nail file on me while I was still actively bleeding. I thought maybe she would throw away those items, but she didn't. They went right back in her basket. DISGUSTING we will NEVER go back. read more
