I just recently moved to the area and I was searching up nail salons and this one supposedly had great ratings so I asked if they did that powder over the phone they said yes. So I made the appointment and I went and they said what do you have any nails as a dip powder I need to soak them off, so the lady text me and starts ripping them off with fake tips. First of all you cannot pull them off with tips speaks out can damage the nail bed it is horrible for your nails and especially their nail techs they should know this information. Then they refused to give me the dip powder I chose to do because they don't do hombre like that they already did the basecoat and they refused to do it. They said that they did three coats of the base so they couldn't do any more color of dip. First of all I've been getting the powder done for 10 years and I've never had a problem having thick nails cause my nail beads are so oily I prefer thick powder. They also gave me an attitude as well, first thought you don't fight with a customer customer is always right especially if it's something she wants to get done, I asked for dip powder I should've been able to get that powder they shouldn't have chose not to do it. Because that is my preference I choose dip powder cause it's healthier for my nails. And also I grow my nails out so long and she clipped them down so small they're hitting my skin so now I have to grow them all over again. I would never consider about going to this place I'm trying somewhere else that someone highly recommendeds Plus that also doesn't give attitude to customers. read more

Terrible company. Would never come here again. Yesterday I went to this salon. Told them specifically I wanted and powder in my REAL Nails! When I sat down the women proceeded to try and cut my nails off and ask if I want tips. I told her no thank you I want to retain my nail length and get a overlay of powder(SNS). She then tried to file my mail down short. I asked her not to do that. So again she asked me do I want tips. I told her no again. She barely took off the residue from the last set I had on and tried to over lay it with the powder I asked for. When she heard me say something about me not being happy her and another women proceeded to scream at me and tell me they don't want me to come back complaining and how it was only a little bit of residue left on my nails in which it shouldn't of been any at all. I told them again what I asked for. And this lady tells me "people come here and don't know what they want so we ask to have an understanding " I told her but I'm not one of those people I came in knowing exactly what I want you guys keep trying to give me what I did not ask for. The lady doing my nails keeps asking me do I want tips (fake nails) after I already told her I did not. I still Tipped her when I left just because I'm never comfortable not tipping people. I visited a few months ago. The service was ok. My first gel manicure the color chipped after a day but went back and she redid. I think they're a little pricey compared to other salons in the area, especially when they don't want to apply lotion and hand massage at the end. I was told that they could no longer do but all other salons do it. Not to mention you have full massage parlors and spas that are open and doing full body massages and you're telling me you can't massage the hands.
