Service: Lip fillers My name is Ashli!!! Just warning you…read morenot to ever get your lips done here please!! I built a great relationship with Dr. Brenza! I got my lips done and loved them in 2017. I went back again for touch ups and again for more filler over a course of time! She injected incorrectly in my mucocutaneous line, also known as the wet dry boarder, which caused this. (I'm not a professional, obviously this is what I have been told when searching for places to get my lips fixed!) She lifted up my lip and injected underneath and once finding out what happened to my lips, I asked why this happened and she said she didn't even inject there. Things like this can happen, When the lips migrate I get that, however, when an injector injects right into that spot underneath your lips, and then lies, that's a big difference !!! When going back, doctor Brenza kicked me out of the office and told me I was never allowed to return. I went to many different doctors and they said she has to be the one to fix it and dissolve it. One plastic surgeon even wrote her a letter saying that it may need to be cut out at this point bc it could be scar tissue. My lips are so un even. I found one doctor that did try dissolving it and it didn't budge.. however, nobody wants to try to refill them, she should fix them. I have tried to reach out to her because the last picture is 2023 TODAY my lips look worse and the lumps underneath are bigger than before. She ignores all my messages when all I ask her to do is look at them to see if there is anything she could do. Just be careful if you ever go here!!!! She fooled me with being the nicest person ever!! Also, don't try and say you tried to fix the problem like you do in these other comments. You left me with botched lips for years and they have only gotten worse! I will continue to spread the word.

I had a great experience at the Garden with Nina! She is kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I…read morewould love to have her perform my treatments in the future. However, I was not made aware during the time of booking that the cost of Botox injectables is not necessarily based off cost/unit. In my previous Botox injections, a simple lip flip & nasolabial injection for a gummy smile costs an average of 150-200. Average units for me is anywhere from 8-12. Upon checking out at the Garden, I was informed that my $100 deposit would be subtracted from the total cost. I was then informed at the time of checking out my total cost for services would total $325 for a lip flip!! And that was after my deposit was subtracted. I was informed that VIP members have different perks, and that I would have to pay the price for the specific area. I'm very upset that I was 1) not informed of the cost before booking and 2) obligated to pay almost double for a procedure that should have been significantly less. I loved the staff at the location and my injector however, I feel as though I have been scammed for the services. I'm very disappointed in the pricing and lack of communication and cost before booking. I cannot afford to pay for services for something so simple, and will unfortunately not be able to return.

The reaction was so bad I ended up at Urgent Care and then several days later, at my dermatologist for help. Unfortunately, no help from Garden Medical Spa. The owner call me (after I left two messages) and said this is normal. He never ask me to come in, just continued to say hang in there. After being on medication to heal the reaction, the swollenness has subsided, but the itching and redness is still here. The effect from this process has left my skin dry and wrinkled. It is as if, my skin looks worse. This is NOT the establishment you want to go to for any treatments, as they will not stand by their mistakes or help in any way :=(( I have truly been on my own.

I actually lived in Florida for a couple years and would fly home to see Courtney because I don't let anyone else touch my hair! I had told her since I was a kid that i was going to grow my hair down to my butt and then chop it off and donate it, she was so excited to help me right before I moved! I've had my nails done here a few times as well and they always come out gorgeous and last forever! Including for both my proms. My entire family now religiously goes to this salon. The atmosphere here is like that of a petty high school with overaged working women in Alex and Ani bracelets- with way too much attitude and not nearly enough class or skill, which is not really surprising because you're out in South Jersey at a place trying to pass off as high-end when it's really not. This is definitely not New York City. The seat I sat in was dirty with some hair and something that was stuck to it. They also overcharge without telling you they're doing "treatments" as I believe someone mentioned below. I didn't ask for one during my washing and was given and charged for one. Furthermore, my colorist was handling me and a client who needed a cut and dry at the same time- this is strongly advised against during the pandemic.
